Walmart super store near Getzville.
This place is huge, has groceries, home goods and everything else.

Busy place, parking lot is ample, but as the physical store is at the back of a large plaza, it can be time-consuming with traffic.

This place is often out of common items, such as, grapes or a brand of deodorant. This could be lack of staffing. They lock up many basic items and you have to get an attendant to unlock the merchandise cases and then carry a portable lockbox to the register- quite a hassle. It is much easier to order online and pick up your products at a designated time.

Although prices remain lower than competitors, the out of stock goods and time wasted getting your items is not worth the drama.

We all no Walmarts no stranger to terrible service but when there’s only one register lady at a return line and the employees just keep coming back up to talk to her but not help with the long line. It Has to be noted. The lady was also very rude like she always is.

Walmarts typically aren't awesome, this one is downright awful. Have never seen so many rude employees in one place. Had probably $100 worth of stuff and decided to just put it down and leave. I know retail isn't glamorous, but at least have mild manors and a smidge of pride in your job.

This is a sad post, not an angry or a fed up one. I think I used to be happy to shop here. Now I only go there if I have to. Parking lot is filthy. Bathroom is messy and dirty. Items are broken in the bathroom. Not very many associates to ask for assistance. But when you do they don’t understand what you’re saying and sometimes vice versa. Patience is a requirement. Even some of the customers have no respect anymore. I had to actually step in and tell the woman in front of me at the check out that it wasn’t the cashier’s fault there’s no price tag. Final thought…I would only entertain a visit if you start in a good mood and you’re not in a hurry.

I usually avoid this Walmart and go to other ones because the smell of pot usually knocks you out cold before you barely turn into the parking lot. But I was in a hurry and needed to stop. The store was very clean and tidy compared to all the times I have been here before and the place was trashed. There were multiple checkout lanes open and overall had a pleasant experience..I may try this location again. It is closer and more convenient.

Depending what you are looking for. In terms of beauty essentials, the area was small and most items weren’t available which was unfortunate as we were visiting from out of the country.

This would be great for groceries and homes items. The staff was friendly, there is a subway inside

Was there 9/21/2022, the store was even more of a mess then usual. Racks everywhere, employees hanging out with two or three people. Some of them were actually acting like they were shopping instead of working. You see them on their cell phones. So many shelves were out of stock, shelves not properly labeled, some items on shelves were moldy, clearance aisle so disorganized. Items on shelves dirty, you go to an area and see items that don’t even belong in that area. And look at some of the choices of clothes. There were a couple of managers on the floor but they are of no help they are just as immature and lazy as some of the workers so they don’t enforce anything. Update visited 8/30/2023 just as bad, customer even yelled out does anyone work here, some of the male employees are creepy, store is still a mess, employees on cell phones, gossiping and nothing is on right shelf or priced correctly. They never should have gotten rid of the price checkers because it was convenient for the customers to use, good luck finding an employee and asking them for help. I try to avoid this location like a plague, just conveniently close by because of an appointment. Plus it was extremely busy with university and back to school shoppers, there was three registers open, they can have all those employees watching you checkout, put them on the registers, they are so worried about theft!😡
