What a service I received today from a cashier called Ayanda H,what a attitude you need to give your cashiers a proper customer service training,I spoke to the Supervisor and she politely apologized big up to her unfortunately I didn't get her name
It's okay
Dirty. Also the music is unbearably loud and different sections of the store play different songs at once, very unbearable and inconsiderate of customers.
Today was at Pick ‘n Pay megacity I had a very terrible service there were short staffed and the tellers there very slow and this is so disappointing as we are normal used to exceptional service from other retail stores

I had a horrible experience at your store. Why is the smart shopper card that is in the cell phone can not be used, but it can be used at other pick n pay?
It's impressive because you don't experience the step down in quality when comparing township stores with the stress in city malls

It's a lovely supermarket. Clean, organized. I was extremely impressed, for lack of a better word with the floor manager today( I did not get her name), she fetched the last 5kg bag of carrots which I badly needed ,from storage. Kudos to her for being helpful. Otherwise no regrets.
Absolutely neat and tidy place,hats off to the owners and management of this place.Staff are friendly and courtesy also.
The service here is so bad that they don't even deserve 1 star. Waited at the bakery section for more than 10 minutes and when I was attended to I was given bad attitude not even an apology. This is not on, even at the till you wait forever to be given bad service.
Capitec ATMs are very few considering the number of users around the area. Outside Muvo bus lines are inconvenient as people are exposed to the sun and rain when it's rainy.
I give it 4 because it really is a great store lines may be long sometimes but they move quickly but some days cashiers close tills even when it's not their break

I regretted going to this Spar. The veges were so rotten😱😭... how on earth are they allowed to sell this to people????
This supermarket is community supermarket and what I realy like this store is the way they save the customers.
