Devojka na kasi mi je trazila da otvorim sve kese, torbu i sve racune da joj pokazem jer je na izlazu pistala ona spava zato sto nije razmagnetisala zujalicu koja se nalazi na pakovanju. I posle kao 'izvini'

Probably the best larger market in Novi Sad. It's not gigantic but it has everything one would need and just looks nice generally.

Large store with almost everything you need. Only wish it opened earlier than 8am (others open at 7am so I could go before work).

For some reason, half empty. They never have fresh pastries in the bakery, but will always say it's fresh. Half of the registries don't work.

One of the biggest hypermarkets I have seen in Novi Sad. Great selection of household items, food, veggies & fruits, dairy and meat products etc. Prices are also good. Check out for the sale section, they have great promotions. Although we had a small problem last time we've been there. The item was on sale, but we paid full price of it. We went to customer care with the receipt and they said it was a mistake from their side,the reduced priced paper shouldn't be out, so they didn't give us back any refund. It was a bit uncomfortable, but we are keep shopping there as we like the store. We are just more careful before we pay, checking at the cash point if sales items are really on sale.

Manji market, dobro snabdeven i za razliku od drugih manjih marketa cene su niže, poneke i niže od velikih marketa. Imaju i svoju pijacu.

Expired products, rarely have I ever bought for the price that it is presented. Products on discount are rarely on discount since everything is not updated. Skip this shop if you can.

Long time shopper here, the place is really good. Products are always fresh, and there is huge variety. You can find general household supplies, food and water, cosmetics, alcohol, music records(wow), electronics, clothes and so on. There is a lot of imported stuff that you can't buy anywhere else. Better then the Shopping mall across the street, though the opening of the other one forced this market to improve greatly. I recommend this place

Awfull customer service.

The workers there are super unhelpful and rude once the cashier told to leave if I don't have the exact amount of money, for example the total was 560 dinars and I only had 1000 dinars, he said then leave and I was like can't you at least ask the other cashier if they have a change and he was like you can do it by yourself if not then leave. Sadly enough this was not the first time it happens to me in the same store.

Napominjem da sam redovna musterija bas u prodavnici u ulici Cara Dusana i do nedavno sam bila prezadovoljna uslugom (ljubazni s merom, bez kreveljenja i bla bla bla....)
U poslednje vreme se radnice menjaju i ne bih znala koju sam od novih videla dobro raspolozenu: namrgodjene hvataju hleb golim rukama, debelo seku suve proizvode (valjda ih mrzi da podese seckalicu) pri tom prodaju plasticne vrecice, a sto je najneprimerenije ne zele da pakuju kupljenu robu u zakonom zabranjene plasticne kese.
Ukoliko se obnovi radna snaga i nastavi sa takvom poslovnom politikom, menjam ducan😉

Dobra stvar je što rade i nedeljom, ali su cene i do 50% jače nego u drugim marketima. Zbog bezobrazno jakih cena dajem ovakvu ocenu.

The worst grocery store I've ever been to, and unfortunately it is the closest one to me and open the latest (although sometimes they just close early when they feel like it), so though I try to avoid it, sometimes I have to go there.

First of all, they only ever open one entrance/exit, meaning that half their registers are always down and I have to walk around the block to enter (it's not just me, many people try the second entrance). Second of all, they usually only ever have one cashier, even if the line bends around a third of the store.

They always ask for exact change and sometimes don't even have the change, so they literally steal from you. Many of the cashiers are incompetent or give you attitude unnecessarily (there are several nice ones, so not all are bad).

Without fail, there will always be plenty of stocking going on and the pallets will be placed awkwardly throughout the store. Good luck walking around or finding products on the shelves. Also, since I happen to live nearby, the deliveries happen outside my building and are pretty inconvenient, taking up half of the busy little street we share and monopolizing the sidewalk. Just for reference, on the other side of the building is a 6-lane boulevard with a wide sidewalk, and since they aren't against putting pallets throughout the store, why don't they just deliver on that side?

The produce is pretty awful; maybe half of what they have is edible. Often there are flies buzzing around or there will be a spill. I once bought chicken from them that was rotten, so I avoid buying meat from them. Also, the packaged meat is shoved into the refridgerator shelves so many of the packages open and the meat will begin to spoil.

Forget about finding prices for every product or that the prices will correspond to products position. It is a hunting game to find out what some things cost (I wouldn't dare ask the employees).

Unless you can manufacture your own beer bottles, you cannot buy domestic beer in bottles there. They always require you have bottles to trade in, so I've never had a bottle of domestic beer from them.

Until recently, they had heat blasting on the tetrapak milk stored on the shelves. Maybe they want it to feel fresh out of the cow?

I'm sure it's not just the employees' fault, I see them stressfully smoking outside my building or on the bulevar, but whatever management does to them, they do not have the coping skills to deal with it and they take it out on the customers. I don't know why they all don't revolt and take over the store just to make their lives better. Anything would be better than how Idea is now at this location.

Nice quick shop, working 24/7 nonstop!
Sometimes there are queues on paying tellers due to large number of customers, particularly after hours, when other shops are closed.

It's a decent market that works 24/7. You can buy groceries and stuff like that around the clock.
There's not too much space between the shelves though.
