Top Travel lounges in Boston, United States

This place was always my favorite lounge until recently. Ever since covid it’s changed. The staff at the front desk are very nice and the host inside is very accommodating. Regardless of all that I have to drop 3 stars because I feel that this should be an oasis from the terminal chaos and it was not. The cleaners were making so much noise. The girls stocking up the counters and coffee station could care less the racket they were making while doing so. Maybe not do that when people are in the lounge because it was worse than terminal noise. If you want a serene visit this will not suit you. If you suffer sensory issues this place will not suit you. The chairs that used to be comfy but are all filthy and severely worn. They need to do a lot better in this lounge.

Busy. Decent breakfast offerings (make your own omelet, oatmeal, Danish, fruit, yogurt, capuccino machine, etc). Ladies room was a little messy, but attendants cleared plates frequently. Major complaint -- freezing in there!

If you're a United club member you got to check out this lounge. The views are amazing! You can see planes arriving and departing from the runway. The Food is great also and the club is very spacious and clean. The Staff is very friendly.

The Boston American airlines admiral club is spacious and well-appointed. There are areas to catch a nap and plenty of seating for eating. I was there during the change from breakfast to lunch and there were plenty of options on the complementary bar and menu. Staff was friendly and also areas of the club were a little worn, it was clean and comfortable.

Denied entry. Arrived at 6:50 PM and asked our boarding time, which was 7:30 PM. If you can’t get us in, just tell us right then instead of wasting 40 mins of our time. We could have just bought food elsewhere.

To management: Consider solutions to an overcrowded lounge. It’s not difficult. Raise the price on entry, further limit the time in the lounge, or offer a to go area for people who just want a snack before their flight.

The personal is quite friendly. However, the food is my phone not good as you are used to Lufthansa Star Alliance in Germany

Clean welcoming Admirals Club. They have water coffee and snacks as they do it every Admirals club. Guacamole station was starting to set up at 7am. The club feels spacious. They have a bar where some drinks are included. I love watching planes.
You can watch and spot American Airlines Delta and Canadian Airlines planes from this club. Wi-fi available as always and at Admirals clubs it is usually a good connection. Coffee was hot. This club I am describing is located near B4 .

Variety of food available, business center to get your work done. Could easily take a nap during layover. Initially we had to walk around to walk 4 seats together....but then suddenly a lot of spots opened up.

Grade B (80} Nice clean place to spend your down time at the airport, clean restrooms and even showers if you need it, but the food is terrible at best. I usually just have tea and a fruit and order a sandwich. They are now putting on a prepare bar where in the morning they prepare an egg/avocado toast, in the afternoons Guacamole and chips prepared semi fresh.

It was very busy but plenty of staff. It was difficult to find two seats together, but we eventually found a couple of comfortable seats looking out over the gates.

Price of bar drinks were included for everyone and the available snack foods were good quality.

Plenty of staff roaming around keeping the entire area clean and tidy. This isn't easy because of the high turnover of people, but they did a great job.

The lounge is all the way at one end of the terminal, so if you are not on an American flight, you could have a 20-30 minute walk to your gate.

A very nice lounge that was not as loud as you would expect with so many people.

I have been turned away (or told there was a super long wait for Priority Pass) multiple times. Today I was able to get in easily. I’m glad I didn’t wait on my previous attempts. The desk staff are surly. Yes, surly. It’s cramped and the food selection was hummus, soup or macaroni salad (for something substantive). Not that tasty, either. The wait staff were all friendly. That was the only reason I gave 3 stars. Bathroom was not particularly clean. Next time I’ll stick to one of the restaurants and pay. I wish Amex would put in a Centurion.

This was one of the better United Clubs I've been to, better food quality and spacious lounge. Good view to relax with as well.

Quiet, clean and not too busy. Was so quiet that a nap was possible. Lots of electric plug outlets. TVs in a separate room. Only negative was that 95% of snacks, meal options and soups all contained milk. Every single soup! Plenty of fruits, salty snacks and chocolate. Just minimal lactose free options. Easy to access and nice staff. The place was spotless as maintenance & cleaning was a constant.

Centrally located between gates in terminal B. Easy to find. Has phone booths - great for calls if you can land one. Open and airy. Large open glass windows with a view of the tarmac. Well maintained and clean restrooms.

Very nice AAdmirals club looks newly redone with plenty of room and seating. Nice views across the airport tarmac - lots of food options, very clean with phone booths for privacy on the phone

Lots of different seating areas and plugs 🔌 everywhere!

Told me they were full and on a waitlist. I waited two hours (flight was delayed) and they messaged me. I go in and it is EMPTY. There was a woman in the lobby area with some sleeping kids who was still on the waitlist. She lost it. Priority Pass should devastate these people. Creating fake waitlists for an empty lounge to deny service. Also the food inside was a joke.

Very nice United Club Lounge. Larger sized one. Here at lunch time and there is a nice salad bar with regular plus an Asian slaw salad, a broccoli cheese soup, New England Clam Chowda' (of course) a pasta dish, the usual meat and cheese. Banana Cake which is always good IMHO. BBQ sliders with add-ons like jalapenos and pickled onions. Apparently I'm not as picky as some of the other reviewers (Alex and L BUDD). I thought it gave you a decent selection. I do want to say that although I like the snacks bar (gummies, nuts, cheese puffs, etc.) it would be nice to have some small bags to take some on the plane. Many of the flights don't have decent low carb options and you are always stuck tossing out the candy or crackers. I put in all the reviews, but they have the Illy Coffee makers for your espresso drinks and brewed coffee as well. I don't see a Coke Freestyle Machine which is becoming more common at the United Clubs. I'm sure the bartender can put a splash of lime juice in your Diet Coke if you'd like.

Full bar. Sam Adams along with Stella, Coors and Bud. I'm not a wine person, so I didn't check that out.

Seating. Some nice dividers between sections of the area. A high top bar along the windows looking out over the runways. Lots of seats that look out over the airport because of it's location. It's 3rd floor (looks like second over runway) so a nice view over the planes at gates. I liked the Phone Booth areas. Nice for people to take long, loud calls, or maybe you need a spot for a quick business teleconference. Other than that, the typical United Club seating. Comfy Leather seats with power and USB (don't plug into the USB!! see my other reviews), High top tables with power, 2 top and 4 top dining tables, and as mentioned above these very nice seats along the window which is where I'm writing this. I didn't see it at first, but there is one of the 4 seat James Bond villains chair groupings. No one was there petting a fluffy white cat, but I'm sure they are just getting some food.

The bathrooms are beautiful (<achem> other reviewers). Brand new, polished tile, nicely done (no squeaky doors). I'd like like Alex to post a pic of his bathroom at home for comparison.

Calm and relaxing on a Monday night. Very impressed this club actually had a working espresso machine! Food was okay. Clam chowder was 👌✨

One of the better United Club options with a good variety of food for a light meal. For breakfast there are many different varieties of hot egg dishes along with cold cuts, bagels, oatmeal for a strong continental breakfast offering. For dinner, the best thing was the New England clam chowder which was very authentic and tasted delicious. Good seafood flavor although wish there were more clams inside. Good variety of other cold cuts, made-to-order salad bar was quite good. Not a lot of good hot protein options unfortunately. The cookies however are massive and extremely tasty. Definitely one of the best options and better than most other United Clubs.

We reserved at The Lounge, across from gate C.Entry concierge was helpful informing us of a gate change.
Our flight was late evening so broccoli cheddar soup was available.Fresh fruits and vegetables. Pita and hummus. A variety of snacks, brownies,cookies and sodas. A full coffee station, and also a small open bar for beer, wine and mixed drinks. Bathrooms in the lounge, no need to exit and
renter. Plenty of seating arrangements. A designated computer area for recharging phones and plugging laptops for the people not headed to a vacation destination.The lounge is comfortable and the staff circulates often keeping the areas clean and supplied.

Decent United Club. They have some hot and cold food options, and of course a full bar. Wish the food selection was a bit more expansive.

The lounge is decently sized and offers seating ranging from tables, couches, and bar seating facing the windows. Nice view of the tarmac.

The bathrooms could be nicer for a lounge and the bathroom door squeaked terribly when opened, although I assume that has been fixed. Not a bad place to kill time, but not worth paying for access unless you have a long layover or you have complimentary access.

The breakfast was severely limited and seriously NOT WORTH the entry. The only hot item was the cheese omelette and it didn’t look pleasing. The bar opens at 8am, FYI. Staff were amazing and place was clean but the breakfast is a failure if you ask me. Coffee is coffee, can’t get it wrong. The bathroom (lady) wasn’t very clean. I definitely won’t be coming back for breakfast. I did visit this lounge during the evening at one point and the evening visit was MUCH MUCH BETTER than the morning, food wise.

Solid lounge with fresh food. I see people saying it's limited but honestly for a priority pass lounge in north America, it's probably above the average.

There are lots of really good workplaces as well with dedicated tables and office chairs.
