Absolutely discusting service Brisbane airport international.
Wife didn't put her maiden name in the booking only her surname and refused entry to fly even though that ais her passport number and she is well travelled. Lady with blonde hair tied back supervisor totally arrogant attitude problem no help what so ever, made to buy another ticket 3 times higher then already paid ticket.

What a pathetic excuse of an airline.
Karma has a way of sorting that out.
Virgin Airlines are rubbish airline pathetic service must be underpaying staff all look Absolutely miserable.

I use them for my primary business and personal travel and I am happy coming from Qantas…

The hot meal (ravioli) in flight was regretfully a waste of the "cooks" time and my money.
Choc muffin was good (obviously made out of house)

Sadly I was a dedicated customer of virgin and would always choose them over other Australian airlines. However, with the flight credits and the cancellations and the poor customer service I have experienced over the last 6 months, I have to give them a lemon award.

Fix your issues with rostering and cancelling flights and try get back to being the organisation we could rely on.
