Rude, it's not about them

Had my first COVID vaccine shot yesterday. Lauren’s county should be a role model for all sites giving vaccines. Safe and efficient!!! Hats off to all the staff!!

My husband and I just had our first COVID vaccine at your Southern Pines location and I must say the staff from check in to the post 15 minutes waiting period was extremely efficient and friendly. We drove from Perry to your site and I must say your site has the process down to the way every site should operate! Thank you for your knowledgeable and friendly staff!

I don't have an experience because they closed 30 minutes before time. Which was funny because they said if we got there 30 minutes early it would be fine. We drove an hour to get there only to have the door locked.
