I'm sorry to say that in 3 days, I wasted hours for trying to get a "blood test result" which required for my child's school admission procedure.

1st day, I went with my family on Saturday. They've asked me to do blood test in the next day as they only take emergency cases at weekends.
Next day again went with family in the evening around 6pm, they said for blood test I've to consult doctor or I can directly update baby's health card from the counter, I chosen to update the health card permanently. They asked me to come in the morning of the following day, 7a.m. to 2p.m. as the counter was closed.
On the 3rd day, went to update the health card at 8 a.m., and from the counter, they said that the process of updating the blood group on the health card had stopped.
In short, no body knows nothing and unhelpful.. if they would have informed me clearly about the process initially itself, I don't need to bring my family to PHC or no need to waste everyone time.
Finally, I decided to go to a private clinic for the blood test.
I'm so sorry to say this but this health care centre really is a terrible one. It is so unorganised, doctors are gone for prayers for hours on end and then youre left waiting. Lots of staff members are not only extremely unfriendly, but they're unhelpful, unwilling to assist you when you need them. There are definitely some exceptions, but overall I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Unprofessional receptionist. The niqabi worman in the ultrasound reception, she is so mean and rude she doesn’t know how to speak to patients or treat them.
My appointment is at 3:15 pm to check on my baby, I went there just after I finished work so I got there 45 minutes earlier.
The receptionist duty starts at 3pm no one was there, they have been going in and out without even sitting in there places.
15:20pm came and I had to go to the main reception I was asking will be anyone there I have been waiting for nothing!
I asked the receptionist there and the one who is supposed to be in the ultrasound reception was there holding her cup of coffee and chatting and laughing with her colleague.
The niqabi woman said go go wait wait there you have to wait, her colleague asked her gif she going there or not ? She was like no she waits she have nothing to do.
I am pregnant and she treats me this way shame on her !!!
When I went back I found the other one just came from the bathroom ( their duty starts at 3pm and till 3:20 no one sat in the reception)
The niqabi woman followed me later and found her colleague there she started shouting on me holding her cup of coffee here’s the receptionist why you calling me then !
If you want to be professional and take care of patients hire good talking people, it’s a reception ! A health centre where people go there to treat them selves not to be shouted on like we are at her house.
I had very bad experience from receptionists and nurses from airport health center. I was in an emergency condition with severe throat pain and severe head ache in which I can't even move my head and swallow saliva. The receptionists ladies were not at all aware about the conditions and refuse to consult the doctor the day I went.They were very rude and not respecting to the patients and not ready to understand the seriousness about the condition of a person. They were busy with mobile phone and talking each other without
giving attention towards the person infront.There is no one to provide proper informations about medical queries and about the services of the health center.Everytime they waste my time for long waiting without a valid reason.
Such a disgusting and unprofessional behaviour of the staff here. Black Tan malbaari sitting at the document section looks like a “Bhangi” & and has pride upright. I spent entire month chasing for my health card as I got this centre online ,for stupid electricity bill I’m denied and I’m paying Medical fees from my pocket. Shameless don’t even have courtesy I was wounded and that “Bhangi” prevented me from getting health card. I’m a single female with no mother or father, husband or either brother, nothing. Treating an orphan so brutally. I stay in company accommodation. My company gave me letter head and Kahramaa for preparing health card, yet they denied. No courtesy to even dress me as I was bleeding 🩸 so much, sobbing in pain. The staff present here must be reminded that they are representing country’s health centre. I am an employee serving this country and not a random begger knocking your door that you got the rights to chase me and deny for public services. If a lady or a girl is single doesn’t mean she’s litter, waste or garbage. Treat them equally as a married female and should be provided with equal benefits as them. SHAME ON YOU: Airport Heath Centre.
I'm truly at a loss for words when it comes to thanking the incredible hospital staff. From the moment we walked in, their warmth made us feel like we were on the path to recovery even before the treatment began. Our heartfelt gratitude to HMC for providing top-notch facilities!
Came to try to get vaccine for cat scratch but they said they could not give me because its not my health center.When I check with them what is my health center they could provide.But as per the nurse I was supposed to vaccianted within 24hours.I called the helath center she told me to go to but online its showing they are close and now I called them in front no body pickup the call.I tried to tell if they could do anything she said only of emergency case. I told her if I should be vaccinated within 24hrs is ot not an emergency case.But shesaid its management decision. What a policy.Shame on you.
Doctors , nurses and the services provided by PHCC old airport are superb. Behaviour of some receptionist staffs are very rude .
Very very bad behavior from the females in reception (qatari). Even emergency cases they are not giving token for consulting doctor. First they will decide the depth of emergency and then after only medically certified nurses and doctors can decide the level of emergency.
Also need to wait every-time as they are talking to each others without giving priority to their works. Because of their bad attitude and not having sense to know about the patient needs and illness we asked, do this is a hospital? She said No.
Even they don’t consider it as hospital to work properly.
If there is someone to manage each phcc who have rights to control these ladies too it would works better and also need a number for complaints.

Very poor quality of people.. No one is responsible. When I came for an emergency to make lab test. No one in the laboratory. we need to wait more one than one hour. After we find out him making cigarette in his car. The securities are very worst. We don't know whom to ask help.

The worst health center i have ever been room 38 is very rude

When they confused people to go to the other room no need for numbers

Once you reach the other room they are asking for numbers

You have wasted your time no proper communication in all departments

Pharmacy is not very accommodating when you try to ask questions they will shut off immediately without hearing
I took my son with fever , for 39 degree they gave priority 4( before 35 patients waiting)
Really I was shocked..

Probably the WORST reception in Qatar. I've been to different clinics and hospitals before and they receive people well regardless of their intention. The Arab ladies at the reception are the worst, laziest, most horrible I've ever encountered. Even though you are already standing in front of them, they would just chat as if you're not there. Then they would turn to their phones. You would be shy to just say "excuse me" because they are so occupied with their gossping that you'd feel like you'll disturb them. Once you have their attention, they will just look at you as if they're annoyed and ask you, "what?" I told them what I needed and just enumerated not even explain but just enumerated what I have to do and in a hurry then went back to gossiping. I would understand why they are in a hurry if the queue was long but it was just me. The nurse staff at the entrance was more helpful than those ladies. If not for the doctors and other nursing staff, I would never go back there.
Went to take 3rd vaccination,l in female ward.
Go straight and take token. Ask the receptionist ( DESK IN RIGHT SIDE)which room go. If 11 stay infront of 11 not anywhere else.
Don't go to security lady and ask. She will misguide you and tell us to wait inside the covered area. Don't be fooled.(i will add where not to go)
Don't forget to take hard copy of vaccine certificate 2 doses,health card,QID.

Then another day i went to take new health card.. seperate section is their for female.. so all good , safe and clean.. But their language is difficult to understand. If we ask again and again they get angry. (Just personal experience) all are not same..
All the staffs are really helpful and efficient, I had visited them for COVID testing for my travels, the team guided me in a proper manner and understood all my concern. They infact tried to help me when my flight got postponed overall this branch of PHCC is great.
