Four gals met for a catch-up over food. Despite having a group of 80 plus arrive without reservations, we still received excellent service and great food. The menu is extensive and offered options that we all enjoyed.

The food and atmosphere were okay, but the real sell for us was our server, Noah. He was extremely personable, timely, polite, and professional. He offered us genuine opinions on dishes that we were thinking of ordering, plus he was so wonderful to chat with at the end of our meal.
My partner and I would definitely go back when Noah is working because he made our dining experience so pleasant!

Chrys was an outstanding server, literally running around getting things done in a hurry. Highly recommend Chrys as a server, we will be back! Food was delicious as usual

Food is great (excellent even) although portions of the burgers were a smidge on the smaller side (Buffalo burger and ultimate bacon burger ordered).

Love the assortment and options of sides. Goat cheese and beet salad is my new favorite. They really go all out with the greenery too (not just the run of the mill lettuce).

Also I was pleased to see the dessert selection is original. Ice cream Butterfinger cake was ordered and loved it. There were many others I wish I could have tried like funnel fries or lava cake or ice cream stuffed hot cookie sandwiches.

My only other annoyance worth noting was the trays the food came on were reminiscent of commissary/ cafeteria fast food trays... Despite the food on it feels moreso fine dining. Strange aesthetic decision.

My family and I enjoy the atmosphere.(been there many times) The staff are fantastic and so friendly. The restaurant and bathrooms are very clean. The food is always excellent and the beverages are cold. They have a great selection of beer on tap and their Roadhouse Caesars are amazing. It is always a great time when we go there for dinner!

We had an exceptional experience at Kelsey’s Roadhouse in Tillsonburg, thanks to Bobby, the manager. Not only was he friendly and attentive, but he also went the extra mile by speaking French with my friend, which made a huge difference for my friend who doesn’t speak English well. Bobby made sure my friend felt just as comfortable and included, and that kind of service is rare to find. I’d give 10 stars if I could! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the service from Bobby and his team was impeccable. Highly recommend this place!

Rustic looking inside was nice little place. Friendly staff . Only 4 stars cause the fries were really oily, greasy. More then what fries normally are. Would try eating there again next time that way

Went to dinner for my birthday on the 6th of September. Was very disappointed with the food. I ordered supreme fries for an app. Absolutely disgusting. The fries looked like they were scraped of one plate to another. They were warm but not hot. They looked as if the oil was very much over due for a change the sour cream tasted like it was bad. I also ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich. Talk about gross. Was soggy and not in a good way. I cannot describe the taste because I have never ate something that tasted that bad. It's a bar maybe I should have drank 10 beers before eating. The only thing that tasted (ok) was the hamburger quesadilla. I have ate at the mug before in the past and it was decent. So this was disappointing. I'd give a negative star if I could. Will never recommend this place to anyone. And will never be back. On the bright side. The server was very pleasant and she's the only reason I give it a star.

The atmosphere here is always nice. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I have eaten her a few times and the food is really good. But I've mostly been here for drinks. So that's why you only see pictures of drinks. Lol

Probably the only true pub in Tillsonburg, but they don't rest on their laurels. The Copper Mug has great atmosphere, good food, and wonderful service. It's warm and friendly, just as a pub should be. Also a good spot for live music and open mic nights.

The patio was very clean, and the hostess seated us quickly, and gave us seating options. Our server was very quick to serve us our drinks. It was a very busy night, but our server made sure our order was correct, ordered promptly and brought to our table within reasonable time. There were small mix-ups, at other tables around us , but as I said, it was very busy. The appetizer, meal and desert were absolutely amazing. Cooked perfectly, and exactly what the menu described. Will be back again.

Wings were amazing! The beef dip had great flavour, it was missing the hours radish and a good baguette. The service was amazing… we chatted and laughed with her. Great time. We would go back for the wings.

I ordered fries and potato skins for take out. Potatoe skin was ok but the fries were burnt. My 3 year old for whom I bought them didn’t even touch them. How can someone give such burnt fries to customers? Not happy at all.

Our regular “go to” place on the rare occasion we eat out. Friendly staff. Tonight had the best chicken fingers have had in years!

Such good food, OMG! So many vegetarian options. Tried a variety of things and everyone loved it all. Lasagna, Asian bowl, salads. And the staff is super kind - they really just allowed us to take our time, have our space, as we girlfriends caught up with each other.

I love Indigo Lounge! They have a great variety of classes here and the restaurant is fantastic. I highly recommend this place!

We did a “dining event “ at Indigo Lounge and had a great time! The food was very flavourful and the medium was not only funny but excellent. Thanks for a fun evening. We will be back!

Place is in a bit of a weird location. But it's very cute. Staff was nice and friendly. While the food is mostly great the Asian bowl is a bit bland. We ordered fritters as an appetizer and they only had 2 left and the regular order is 3. On top of that it looks well over 30 minutes for the appetizer and much more than an hour for our food. If you have dietary restrictions they accommodate well, but be careful the menu has a lot of things mislabeled so make sure to ask first . There were only two tables when we went for lunch and we were the first ones there so it shouldn't have taken that long. We even overheard the other table complain that their meal was also well over an hour. Hopefully they work the kinks out.

I went here with my sister today to try their food and it was amazing! I had the arugula and feta pizza while she had a burger I can't remember what it was. We both loved our food very much! My pizza was very flavourful and every bite was enjoyable! The crust is both gluten free and keto friendly! They were very welcoming and friendly! Holly was our server and she was a delight! I absolutely recommend going here for the food!

We held a celebration of life for my mom at the Indigo Lounge. The staff were lovely, the food was excellent, and the patio provided a relaxing and pleasant place for everyone to socialize and share memories. It was a lovely afternoon and I recommend the Indigo Lounge highly.

Open for business! We had great service. The server made a few recommendations and we picked the corned beef burger, which was amazing. Really nice fries. Crispy outside tender inside. I like the cozy pub atmosphere. I've been there a bunch of time and it's always good.

Ordered takeout and were pleasantly surprised by food we ate. Didn't have the exact item I wanted to order but offered a great alternative. Staff was very helpful and food was ready and hot at pick up time. Will do it again

Amazing food and even better staff. Always accommodating, caring and friendly. They have the best gluten free menu in town. Quite a diverse selection of unique dishes and pretty much everything is delicious! The best part is I’m celiac and haven never had a reaction to any of their carefully prepared meals. So thankful this little gem exists in our town!

I just stopped by with my family for a dinner on our way back home from Long Point Prov. Park, and we were well surprised by the quality of food, as well as the atmosphere. Garlic shrimps are the best shrimps I've ever tried and Fish and chips is also delicious! Highly recommended to everybody 👍
