Have to say I never understood when people would say oh it tastes oily until I ate here. The spring rolls were the worst I’ve sadly ever had. It’s like they were refried when the oil wasn’t hot. Not only was the outside exceptionally oily when they aren’t supposed to be, the inside was soaked in oil too. Th lettuce leaf the rolls were sat on was drenched in like warm gloopy oil. Made me feel ill. Ate like one and gave up. Although I complained and they did remove the charge it’s still not right.

I asked for a fried egg and anybody who knows a Chinese style fried egg knows the yolk should still be runny. I’d rather not have ordered. Was badly fried. It’s a basic thing you should not be messing up.

In the end the bill states a service charge is added and when I went to pay they ask again for a percentage to be added on via the machine. Don’t feel pressured and click no. Please don’t pay double as they disguise it well.

We have to move away from bills having service charges added for no reason. Your food pricing should already contain your wages etc. Ask for a bill and service charges to be removed before it comes.

Overall a poor restaurant. Sad that I didn’t go to the one in normally go to and luckily only ordered a simple fried rice dish and not roast meats which I suspect would also have been not great.

Orient London is a popular Chinese restaurant in Chinatown, London. It offers a wide range of authentic Chinese cuisine, including dim sum.

I recently had the opportunity to try their dim sum, and I was very impressed. The dishes were all freshly prepared and delicious. I particularly enjoyed the har gow (shrimp dumplings), and the siu mai (pork dumplings).

The service at Orient London was also good. The staff was friendly and attentive, and they were happy to answer any questions I had about the menu.

Overall, I had a great experience at Orient London. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic Chinese meal.

Perfection! Absolutely amazing from start to finish! We came for a birthday celebration and to start with we received a birthday card signed by all the staff. A really nice touch that made the experience even more special! The service was impeccable, staff were friendly and helpful which you would expect from a restaurant of this calibre. We had the full tasting menu - every dish was better than the last. They were all unique, flavoursome and unlike anything we had ever had before. I would highly recommend this restaurant. I am not sure why some of the reviews are so negative. It is easily the best restaurant we have ever been to and we look forward to going back. Thank you for such an enjoyable experience it was a pleasure to dine with you!

What a brilliant gem of a restaurant this is! We started with a delicious Pisco Sour cocktail and had for starters some “Anticuchos” - delicious skewers of chicken, then a bit of “Ceviche”, fish manirated in a delicious salad of onion and other condiments. The main course I had was the “Lomo Soldato do Carne” with beef, rice and chips. We then drank some “Chicha Morada” a juice made from purple corn. To finish we drank coca tea for a good nights sleep. The owner Cezar is a lovely host so happy to provide the tastiest Peruvian food and hospitality! 😀🙏👍

I made a mistake on my reservation but the staff working today were very kind and were able to serve our large group (of 9 people) during lunch. They informed us that service may be slow as there were only two of them at the time but there were no problems at all. As for the food, I’m not a fan of bean sprouts at all, but for their pad Thai, I can always make an exception.

The service is very poor, when i took a look to the menu and then wanted to ask some questions regarding their dishes, a waiter told me that he is going to be with me in a minute he just wanted to hand menu's to the next table and he waited to take their order, i called another waiter he also told me to wait and he went to accommodate other guests this is so frustrated. The food also is not what we have heard about, any Persian cuisine where i come from is better in taste, service and atmosphere.

On of the best experiences I've had in London so far, my favourite club in Mayfair! Staff are so friendly in particular David who sorts me amazing nights at this place and always takes care of me and my friends. The music is always great, the vibe is super friendly and fun, and I would recommend completely for any nights out or celebrations!

Great tasting Bulgarian food in a south west London. Worth the visit for the sausage and chicken livers, as good as home made, we will definitely go back again for more!

This was the best meal we had in our 10 day trip. I would have eaten here twice in one day. The kebabs were perfectly cooked and chicken perfectly grilled. The black sesame hummus is something I would fly back for. I would definitely make sure to make a reservation first or else they will tell you to come back at 10pm. Once inside, the service was superb and the atmosphere was like a Iranian cafe. Comfortable and perfect for getting cushy with friends.

It was my birthday night and enjoyed all the drinks that was given for me and my friends, everyone was friendly the vibes were there. I definitely recommend booking with david, he is super nice and friendly took care of us the night made sure we had a good time. A night to remember for sure.

First time having Persian cuisine and we absolutely loved it. This restaurant serves small mezeh plates, ideal to share.
It's a very busy and small restaurant and it is recommended to book a table.

KOL takes the crown as my favorite restaurant in London, and 4th in the world. The two month long wait to get a table was worth it.

Let's start with our entrance - the host and hostess were both cheerful and checked us in quickly. We were brought to our table (which was such a comfortable little both right next to the kitchen!) I really enjoyed watching the chefs at work. You'd think sitting next to the kitchen would be loud, but the environment was so peaceful.

Service wise, everyone was attentive and patient with our questions about the food and drinks. I want to highlight the sommelier. We didn't know much about mezcal, so we decided to go with the mezcal tasting. The sommelier was incredibly knowledgeable as she gave us a background on how each mezcal was made. Portion sizes for the mezcal tasting were perfect. I thought I would pass out afterwards, but her pours were perfectly sized for me.

Finally to the food - I couldn't rate it higher. We began with an amuse bouche of a bit of a spicy mezcal soup. It was strong, but I've never had such high quality mezcal where I didn't gag afterwards. We then moved on to a tequila and a mezcal margarita with their restaurant name in the ice cube! I highly recommend the mezcal margarita. The last small starter was a little waffle sandwich with enoki mushrooms.

Now to the bigger starters: yellow pepper with creme fraiche, and scallops with a cucumber. They were both light and refreshing to prepare my palate for the larger dishes. I usually adore scallop, but I think this was one restaurant where the scallop wasn't my favorite. The scallops flavor tasted a bit bland next to the cucumber. I still liked the dish, but not as much as I was expecting.

The next two dishes were two of my favorites: langoustine taco, and the wagyu tarte. We had to squeeze this citrus juice from the langoustine's head onto our taco. It was such a fun dish - I was absolutely playing with my food. The wagyu tarte was an add on, but absolutely worth it. The beef was cooked very slightly so you could taste the flavor of the meat.

The next dishes were vegetable dishes - one that surprised me and one that was a crisp break from the heavier tastes. First, the kohrabi was refreshing and cooling. Next, the purple carrot was actually quite heavy. It felt like eating meat, but it was a vegetable. The sauce was very heavy.

Next up were our mains: a wrapped fish, and the pork cheek tacos. Both were savory and I wished we had another! The pork cheek came with several toppings like mushrooms to pop on top.

Finally, our desserts were each light, but full of flavor to end the meal.

I couldn't give a higher rating for this restaurant. We had an amazing experience and will be back again!

Friendly enough greeting, clean with good music and comprehensive gluten free menu differentiating coeliac and gluten intolerant guests. 2-4-1 cocktails, mostly enthusiastic servers, reasonably priced but weirdly inauthentic food with buckets of rice. Never had a Vietnamese egg roll that tiny, with that flavour profile or sweet dipping ‘sauce’ and one lonely mint leaf. My seafood Laksa was OK, green curry was green and Rendang was punchy and spicy as it should be. But we came for the location, bookability and turnaround before seeing a show. It delivered. Shame their loyalty system was ‘broken’ so they couldn’t give us what was marketed in the toilets, as one of these has just opened near us and it’s deffo good enough to scratch a SE Asian itch.

I can say I have been to a lot of clubs around London and I can say this is one of the best ones by far. The music and the overall vibe are exactly what I would expect on a night out. David (promoter) took care of my friends and I and made sure we were okay and having a good time. I highly recommend it xx

Good food, at normal prices. Service was in general good, but it seemed a bit overwhelmed at some point, when the restaurant was full. The ambience was nice, being a bit too noisy at some point. In general I would recommend it and I would go again.

There is just the dinner tasting menu and it is sublime. We didn't do the drinks pairings but ordered off the menu. House margaritas are a strong choice. All the food is, obviously and unsurprisingly, thought through down to the last details and the origins of each item. The concept works very well. The service is phenomenal and the atmosphere is lovely and unpretentious. Would recommend to anyone who wants to spend Michelin starred prices for an unbeatable culinary experience.

This place is crazy busy. I checked the website and had to make a reservation 1-2mo ahead. So, I decided to roll up right when they opened, only queued for 30min. Lucky us, me and 2 friends got an outdoor barrel table. A slight drizzle ain’t a problem cause the food was out of chart, especially the hummus, it was next level, seriously the best hummus I’ve ever had. Love the lamb more than the chicken skewers. The waitress who served us was super cool! Nice and friendly.

Super tasty, not expensive and good experience overall! Karaoke night was a bit intense in terms of sound volume but great ambiance!

Excellent pork bun (chasiu) and egg tarts, you won’t find it in other dim sum restaurants. Best for Cheung fun with shrimps, very freshly made.

Easily my favourite place to go, if you don’t know get to know. The vibes are unmatched, everyone is super friendly/welcoming and the service is amazing. Always looked after by Sarab who goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best night and all round the nicest guy. Can’t wait to come back very soon.

I’ve been to Luxx a couple times now and each time the music and atmosphere don’t disappoint. David and the promoters are friendly and most importantly completely respectful of all the girls that come in. I hold them all to very high esteem. One of the best clubs I’ve been to in London Mayfair. Diverse crowd, good music, the staff are lovely, although the club has a no nonsense policy as it should. The club rep ‘Driss’ ensured we have a great experience the moment we arrived and I have been here multiple times, always a positive attitude and great vibes. Would recommend!

Amazing Mexican inspired dishes and surprisingly very good selection of wine. We enjoyed the dining experience, the attentive service and especially the wine recommendations of Anthony.

Delicious Cantonese style Chinese in Chinatown London. They have set menus available to give you the opportunity to sample lots of dishes at a reasonable price. The Peking style duck was very tasty. One of the best hot and sour soups I've tasted, with prawns and it's quite spicy.

Had to book many weeks in advance to get seating on a weekend evening and kept having to move the booking due to other plans so was super excited to finally try it out. Walk-ins are possible and many people got seated when we went, you just might have to go on the waiting list and hang out in Soho for a bit until a table becomes free. Unfortunately we went here during the heatwave and got sat directly in front of the fire - not ideal and felt a bit dizzy and sick by the end of it all and was desperate to leave. Although the food was good I didn’t think it was anything special considering the hype and the prices. The heat probably did not help tbh. Would maybe give it another chance as long as they don’t seat me in front of the grill again during a heatwave!

First time trying out at a michelin star mexican cuisine restaurant. Didnt suit my palate and the dishes were not fantastic. Service was ok as well. Overall atmosphere was great but could do better for the price tag.

Food is a little pricey but considering the huge portions served, it's worth it. The service is quite slow but it didn't bother us as we weren't in a rush. Overall experience was good and would happily visit again.

The atmosphere was great, the service utmost friendly, the food DELICIOOOUUSS! Very well deserved their Michelin bib gourmand. Also, portions are generous (we went for the “feast” menu for the whole table, we were a group of 5).

If I could give this restaurant 10 stars, I would. It has become one of my favourite restaurants in London, and it was the first time I’d experienced Persian cuisine. We opted for the feasting menu which covered the best of the menu, but it contained loads of food! So only order this if you’re very hungry! We struggled to finish it. My favourites were the hummus, the chicken starter/dip, lamb kofte and rice (I’ve never had rice that tasted that good).

I can't say enough good things about Pizza Club Cricklewood. The pizzas are consistently fantastic, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and their timely delivery and pickup service make every order a breeze. It's more than just a pizza place – it's a reliable and enjoyable dining choice that never disappoints. Plus, even though there isn't dine-in space available, they provide a comfortable waiting area inside where you can patiently await your order. It's a thoughtful touch that adds to the overall positive experience they provide.

As a Mexican, I can say this is not a typical restaurant, it is actually so much better! It was an incredible dining experience from start to finish.

Every detail is perfectly placed. From the beautiful interiors, the smell of copal at the entrance, the furniture and lighting so well executed! But the food, WOW!

This might sound ridiculous, but there was one dish (mole) that truly blew me away, it captured the essence of a night drive back from holidays on a Mexican highway, the combination of flavors and aromas transported me to that exact moment.

We had the Beef Ho Fun, fried rice, Dim Sum Sampler, Salt and Pepper Shrimp and Sizzling Filet Beef all of which were amazing! A little on the salty side but that’s probably why we craved more. They were out of the lobster that night buy we will definitely get it next time. One of my favorite Chinese restaurants of all time.

The food was delicious and the service was very friendly. We went on a Thursday night and it the restaurant fills up by 7pm.

Great Peruvian place - recommended by a native. Food is excellent - portions are big and fresh food. We got the green ceviche with avocado and jalapeño - so good we got 2. Then got the lamb. Both dishes were great! And the service was superb, such a lovely waitress.

If you’re looking for a quick tasty food in a chilled environment this is the place. Super warm and welcoming, music great, service even better. Food nearly got a 10/10 though the katsu sauce lacked a little depth. Fritters were dope af.

I’m very upset with the service I have received today. I ordered at 12:20 am. I informed the staff member when I called that the shop was closing at 12:45am and if it was still possible to order and he said yes, however it will take up to an hour. I said okay. Now it is 1:48 am and still I haven’t received a call or my food. An hour and 25 minutes later. The shop is now closed and I have tried calling the telephone about 10 times, no answer. I am a regular customer I have ordered over 40 times from this shop because of customer service
And food quality. Now after one really bad service I don’t think I will be ordering again. I give a 0 star service for today.

It is very rare to find a restaurant with such a menu consists of so many authentic South East Asian options. We had Thai, Indonesian and Malaysian dishes. The foods were very delicious. Staff were very friendly. Service was quick. It could be very busy during meal hours but didn't take us long to get a table. Should be fine if you are not a big group. They are also doing 2-for-1 promotion for all cocktails and mocktails, all day long!

Bar seat was an ace place to sit and service was swift. There’s a short, decent wine list. Kebabs we’re excellent, bread superb, as was the hummus and feta and I particularly appreciate the massive volume of herbs that come with this kind of cooking! There’s nothing earth shattering about it all, but it’s all very, very slick and delivers what it promises.

Fantastic dishes, novel creations, seamless service and lively setting. We enjoyed every dishes and the pairing was done brilliantly with lots of creative wine and cocktail selections.

A lovely little place tucked under one of the arches. Lots of customers inside speaking Spanish so that was a good sign already. The food was SO GOOD and generous sized portions, and the decor and music added a great vibe.

The food is very close to the Peruvian cuisine, the prices are reasonable, the place is small but comfortable with great Peruvian music played at low volume so everyone can have pleasant conversations while eating. Definitely I'll be a recurrent diner

Overall the food was tasty, the dim sum were piping hot and the filling to dough ratio was good. The duck and pork were tasty but not as good as other places we have tried. The chat siu was very good and the beef was extremely tender. Cheng fun was also extremely tasty.

Staff were attentive and could help us with our requests, they were not as friendly and chatty with us as with other tables.

Overall it was a good experience and we would return.

Amazing food! If you like a test of traditional Peruvian cuisine, this is the place. We went with friends to celebrate a birthday. We had an amazing time. The staff is really friendly and also throw a small birthday sound/party for celebration.

Great selections of foods, cooked from scratch, taste amazing, portion is generous, reasonable price, & clean. Location is very good (near park & station). It might look like an ordinary restaurant from outside, but believe me their foods are very good. Will be back to try other dish ❤️😊

We had an amazing dinner here. The best Mexican restaurant in London. We lived in California and we miss Mexican food so much. To enjoy Mexican cuisine in the form of fine dining with crazy creativity and marvelous flavors is just a very rare experience. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming, a good place for family gathering.

Korean fast food eat in and take away. We had the bento and KFC soy garlic and they’re both delicious with generous serving. Had the morning rice drink which is really good. Little Korea in the city. Thank you!

Amazing seafood cooking from Ecuador. Good price too! This place i highly recommend it!

I recently dined at Banana Tree Soho and had mixed feelings about the experience. The menu was great, and the service was decent. However, the food was excessively oily, to the point where it felt heavy and unhealthy. It would be beneficial for the restaurant to reduce the amount of oil used in their dishes for a more enjoyable dining experience.

Great food and fast service! Everything we had was delicious. Our servers Karin and Juan were amazing and helped us navigate some food sensibilities we had. (Peanut and shrimp which is hard with Asian food) The green curry is amazing

Hidden away under a railway arch in Elephant and Castle you will find a little bit of Ecuador in the shape of Costa Azul. This cafe/bistro serves typical Ecuadorian food such as cerviche, churasco platters and loads of fresh seafood dishes. I plumbed for the chicaron de calamar to start which was fresh and tasty.For my main I had the parihuela soup which is stuffed full of fresh prawns, squid, mussels and cassava in a spicy fish broth.Never tried Ecuadorian food before but would definitely come back to try more. Generous portions, reasonable prices and a lovely South American vibe.

A bit pricey for what you get especially as there are no expensive ingredients and their protein (meat /fish) are very small in portion.

If you want the best pizza experience, you've come to the right place. This utopian establishment is, not only one of the cheaper places to eat, but the quality is not comparable to other chains (especially papa johns). A true experience of real customer service and an overall world class pizza.

Peruvian cuisine is my absolute favorite and made sure to visit this restaurant during my work trip here in London. I was received with open arms without a reservation although I’d recommend making one if you’re coming at a busy time or with many people. I was alone. I had traditional ceviche, fried yucca and aji de gallina and it was some of the best I’ve had especially the ceviche. The food presentation is very pretty and higher end quality but with the down home feel. They carry Peruvian beer, Inca kola and pisco and much more. This place filled up as I was here awhile and some customers were even clapping for their food when it arrived. What a treat I wish this place was near where I live. I highly recommend this place!!!

Recommended by my Ecuadorian friend. This is the first time I tried Ecuadorian food. Good potion size. We ordered two dishes between the three of us and still can't finish them. Very authentic food.

I use to like their pizza and potato wedges but unfortunately the last two times the quality was not even close as before. First time i ordered spicy chicken wings too. I never had such a terrible experience with food before. Taste disgusting. They should not be allowed to serve anything like this as food!!!! Never order from this place again, sorry...

The last one was incredibly good!

Portions are good for the price given.

Unfortunately service is not the best, there is lots of room to improve in that area as we were not shown a decent customer service.

The good news for them is that food was so good that I'd be happy to come back.

Last but not least, music was so loud that we had to be almost shouting to hear each other. I must say that it good Friday 10pm and I guess that everyone was in a party mood but us two.

Anyway, whoever has been making encebollado and ceviche should be congratulated. Good work on those two!

Formerly excellent, the new chef is just not good at his job. Decided to prioritise a large party that arrived after me and when asked had made my order but forgotten it. Leading to a cold meal and a 25 minute wait.

If a young man with glasses is behind the till, find somewhere else to eat.

Really bad service experienced for the first time been ordering for about a year and half placed an order for 2 vegi deep pan pizzas, both came quiet over cooked, thin base, I called the branch up and I got told to send a photo of the pizzas in return for a coke bottle on my next order, terrible I will not be using again and recommend anyone one that wants too not to bother. All I requested was to give me a portion of garlic bread, and wedges when I order next time, I could have requested for another 2 pizzas to be sent but I didn't because I thought I always order from the place!!

Combo Menu so that came with some tasty chicken dumplings that was hot and sizzling from the frying pan. It's a great place for mindful eating by yourself and watch people from the window seat.

Pizza club has prices for collection of £4 for 9 inch and £6 for 12 inch. Other sizes available.

You can choose base and up to 3 toppings from a fairly large list.

İnside on a rainy Sunday afternoon there were three or four people serving, a couple waiting or ordering. The inside looked clean.

In January 2023 I revisited.

The place still looks clean. You can't see much of the cooking as you see piles of pizza boxes. The various sizes and choose your crust and three toppings is there.

It is now £2.50 for 7 inch, £5 for 9 inch, £7 for 12 inch and £9 for 15 inch.

You can pay by card.

Took 10-15 minutes to cook the pizza.

Service was fine.

No toilets visible for customers.

Absolutely amazing experience, the food was incredible, the portions were jaw dropping, the staff were extremely friendly and I almost fell in love with the flavours and tastes of the dishes. Everything was throughly cooked and presented at a flawless level. I would without a doubt recommend anyone to visit and try out this superb cuisine, especially if you are interested in exploring Ecuadorian food.

If you want to eat sweet chili sauce with bibimbap, with chips , with chicken , with pork and with kimbap ! This is the place for you ! It was so much that the food was swimming in it ! We couldn’t finish the then no matter how much we tried ! It was awful! I regret listening to people, coz apparently those people haven’t eat authentic Korean food ! The bibimbap goes it’s usually served without sauce so ppl can put as much they want , but here that chili was too much !And as a big fan of Korean kitchen I can say that’s has to do nothing with Korean food but with sweet chilli ! I would rename this place Sweet chill bento !

The food was really great although they could probably go lighter with the sauce. There was only one person working who seems like she couldn’t handle the service all by herself. It was only us when we arrived, we ordered a chicken burger and she gave us pork. It could have been a serious problem if it happens to someone who can’t eat pork.

We didn’t want to complain because it got really busy and she seemed very stressed. A lady walked in asking about an order she placed online 15 mins ago, yet it was not even started. Sorry to say but the way she managed the situation was very hard to watch although she tried to stay calm and smiley.

Will not come back during the peak hours again….

Also menu said different prices than they actually are.

Okay so the best toppokki I've had in East London☺ the Udeng was delicious too, (fish cake soup). Great service, great attentive chefs who come out for a chat and ask how the food was, lovely place will be coming here often now that I've found it👌🏽 Need to go through the whole menu now 🤗 decent prices too, Bento Bap chaegu👍🏼😊

I had a doner kebab early hours of Sunday morning. An hour after the kebab I was throwing up violently and having symptoms of food poisoning. I went to the hospital today as I still have symtoms and they said its a stomach virus caused by contaminated food. Be careful what you order from here, especially if its a kebab!

Had the Katsu curry Bento with the dumplings and miso add on... £10.90

Quantity and quality wasn't bad but not the best Katsu I've had... Maybe I'll try the Ramen next time

It was the best kebab in Cricklewood - it was. I have received completely cold mixed meat. Returned to fix it up in hope they will gave me at least new meat with old stuffing, but they just heat it up, so now even salad was hot, bread was gummy in some old oil - just discusting. I`ve been with them many years and it is over - keep my 7 pounds just shame to waste food - it landed in a bin. Good luck

This is one of my favourite South American restaurants near Elephant and Castle. 🤩

My favourite menu is mixed seafood in coconut cream. The portions were generous, which is why my bf and I loved it. Moreover, the food were cooked very properly and with all rich flavours and sauces. Sooo good!

We went there twice so far and funny thing is that we kept ordering the same food; mixed seafood in coconut cream for me and Ceviche for my bf. 😋

The pictures show 4 different food because first time we were there somehow instead of getting mixed seafood, I got prawn in coconut cream. But it’s ok because it was also good!

This place is delicious. The seafood and meat platters are great and so tasty. Highly recommend the prawns dish too. The flavours are so rich, and great value for money because the servings are generous and the ambience is great and homely. Definitely make a reservation, especially on Saturdays, and make sure you go early (5pm) as the Ceviche dishes sell out early.

Halal food was provided by The Golden Grill since 1983 at this location.
It's nice, especially kebab and roti.
