I’ve ordered from here multiple times and the food has always been good and we’ve never gotten sick.
Tried 3 different items from here. The Papa Rellana was the best and came with salad, very delicious and affordable too. The Sonso de Yuca was quite good too, very interesting local dish. The only did I did not like at all was the Supo de Papa, it was not a freshly made soup and tasted not fresh.
Good and healthy food for a low price. All vegetarian and clean. Fully recommended for lunch!

Otimo lugar pra quem busca uma comida vegetariana boa e barata, com opções veganas. Valor justo. Atendimento rápido. Ambiente agradável. Recomendo!

The food tasted delicious and was very affordable - I pay BOB 88 for the chicken parmigiana which included two large sides.
The menu is only in Spanish but can easily be translated using google.

The only let down was the lack of atmosphere - the restaurant was totally empty at around 7pm which was a weird vibe.

Excelente todo, la empanada de queso humacha es una delicia total. Todo super limpio y preparado al instante. Super recomendado.

En mi estancia como mochilero alojado en la sagarnaga mi local por excelencia fue papa express; platos bien elaborados, a precios sumamente accesibles y que saciaban el hambre. Son de esos locales que uno guarda como tesoros ocultos de las grandes ciudades porque esa relación precio-producto es difícil de encontrar. Súper recomendado si están con un presupuesto limitado y explorando La Paz.

I came here as I'd seen online that they did Jacket Potatoes, which as a Brit made me very excited!! I ordered the Jacket Potato with Coronation Chicken, a side of slaw and some salad. The whole thing was spot on and very tasty! I was pleasantly surprised as often British food isn't quite the same outside the UK. I also had the brownie for dessert, that was warmed perfectly and slightly gooey. 10/10 food. The service was attentive without being too much. For main + slaw + brownie + drink it came to 70bs.
Good menu and good mood, but I took Quesadillas de Alpaca and the meat was a little bit hard I think ! Except that it was good.

Para ser comida tradicional boliviana al paso esta genial, es preparado higiénicamente y atención amable. La comida deliciosa si es un poquito más caro que comprar de la caserita de la esquina pero vale la pena totalmente.

Came for lunch. The place was nearly empty. Food was ready and served in 15 minutes. The restaurant provides complimentary bread before the main dish arrives.

Margarita is a wonderful restaurant, from the wooden floors to the marble tables to the playground for the kids to the BBQ Ribs. The salads and bread where fresh and my wife and I had the grilled chicken and BB ribs. The chicken was tasty, but grilled chicken is grilled chicken, it was savory and not dry. The ribs are awesome, obviously slow cooked as the meat falls off the bone. I talked with others who are frequent patrons and they say the entire menu is outstanding! This is a great place to take the kids in the day and your date at night! The price is very reasonable for what you get. Our meal was only $30, in the states the meal would have easily cost $50 or more. Don’t let the little front fool you, it’s really big on the inside.

Sobre al avenida Sagarnaga, a metros de la Basílica de San Francisco esta este local de comida rápida bien particular con las mejores papas rellenas y empanadas de queso humacha que he probado en La Paz.
También tienen otras cosas como papas fritas, hot dogs y demás pero me quedo con las papas rellenas y sus empanadas, muy recomendable.

Ceviche simple a 30 bs, muy delicioso te dan aumento, su chicha morada en vaso, atienden súper bien volveré, recomiendo el puesto verde de Rickki
Ceviche is good and fish was fresh, price is more than fair considering the portion. Very limey. The place is very gloomy and chairs and table were sticky.

You can't go wrong if you are looking for classic grill and pasta food. You won't find deconstructed or risky dishes here (like some experimental places are offering all over La Paz) which is very good for most people, and still get a complete and fine dinner experience.
Service is on par with the food, they have a couple of parking spots on front, but you can also park on the same street as the restaurant.
While it is on the pricey side, it is well worthy for any special occasion. They have special options for kids and a good variety on the menu.

La decoración preciosa, la comida deli y acompañado de buenísima música. Me encantó.

great restaurant! it was clean and comfortable. They offer delicious meat cuts with a variety of sides like fries, yucca, rice and cheese. You can also have local commercial beer or the home brewed one.

Excellent fusion restaurant. The food was superb and you could see how it was prepared.
Nice little terrase, where you have the sunny side from 12:30 - 16:00. Traditional bolivian food, like alpaca meat and cross over, good red wine & coffee. Nice service.
Sadly I only have to give 3 stars. We ordered grilled trout with quinoa salad and pique with alpaca meat and chorizo. The trout was disgusting! We had lots of trout in South America, this was definitely the worst. The taste was moldy and far from fresh. Perhaps it was some spice but I doubt it. The quinoa salad on the side was also very bad! The owner didn't charge us for the trout which was the least to be done. The Alpaca on the other side was good with a nice overall taste accompanied by the chorizo. So we would definitely come back to try something else. Until then only 3 stars.
Great, high quality food!!!! Simple menú, specific choices. Basic recipes with real flavor and a touch of tradition. The beef and pork always a perfect choice.

La atención es de primera. Y ceviche es muy bueno.
Ceviche con mucha calidad, hecho com Pejerrey del lago Titikaka. Recomiendo totalmente y la señora Claudia que es la propietaria, es una persona encantadora.
