I been visiting Garden Restaurant last 35 years. They make tasty Biryani. These days, I mostly eat mix fried rice which they make very delicious.
There is big hall to seat was popular with my office people's ample place for big seatings Well known place in & around but that charm is going off i personally felt that taste & freshness is going off
I have ordered food from this restaurant on Zomato and trust me the food was stale and rotten and chicken was also about to be stale, They just heat up the biryani and give us so that while we eat when food is hot we cannot recognise.

Biryani here is very very good.. I had a good tasty meal after a long day. The staff here also gave good service. It is a place that everyone should taste.
This is the worst biryani ever eaten. The meat was black, not dark it was black. Look at the reviews here, except paid influencers, all others have rated them 1 star. It should be less than that. Instagram is full of fake reviews too. “Paradise hotel should close shutters soon to have give the people of hyderabad such below standard biryani”

Service was not good.behavior was not good.Stele food they gave .i took chivken curry and tandoori roti.both were worst. Roti was too hard and chicken piece was rotten.veru bad experience.i won't recommend to go there anyone. We change chicken and took butter paneer ,but that taste also was not good.after eating i felt no ok.
Had ordered combo which contained Paratha, curry and biryani for 499 which is value for money. Single person can easily finish. Food taste was very good but it was little cold still the taste was good. Special mention to the staff Ramesh and Chiranjeevi who was absolutely brilliant in the service. Must visit from my side.

Had a biryani combo. Kebab served was good. But biryani was not up to the mark. When the extra rice was served and we mentioned about the taste they served us some extra masala. And yes that was the taste we were looking for

Very good experience of having Biryani in Paradise. Good environment. Online menu and payment option. You need open Google lens and scan a QR code printed in the Table and order online.

Unfortunately, we rarely found any items of interest. The service was fast due to the limited number of customers present, but the taste did not meet the high standards set by Paradise. This place would be better suited as a delivery counter rather than a dine-in option. In summary, our overall experience was unsatisfactory.

My family went there to have lunch on this Sunday. We ordered a combo chicken biryani and a mutton biryani. Despite only a couple of tables being occupied, we had to wait an additional 30 minutes to receive our food, and there was only one lady staff member serving everyone. The taste of the food was below average, and there were only a few mutton bones without any meat in the mutton biryani. We were completely disappointed, and I would never recommend anyone to go there. They are tarnishing the reputation of the Paradise Biryani brand.
Ordered Combo meal for 2 and was sufficient and tasty. Food was so freshly cooked and the service was so good. I recommend this place.

Restaurant is nice and decent like the ambiance and all. Food is good, taste wise but we had a problem with the services ( we ordered garlic naan and they bought us butter naan, after we told to waiter he started proving us wrong. The we ordered butter naan, after some time a person cane who took our order, then he told sorry. But for now please have it. Because it may take another 10-15 mins, soo we ate it.) Matka icecream was not so good, it was taste less but apart from this there are some other stuff which you can try, Tea is awesome workers will clean the floor every minute, All in all it was good.

Worst way to order which is through an app via qr code scan. Pathetic, all items show available but when ordered most of them not available is what is told by staff (whichbis only one guy swrving and cleani g). Still sitting and wishing to get order in the restaurant to eat! Nightmare experience! Pathetic app! This was past 7:45pm.

I even shouted at the service guy and asked him not to let the cook out of kitchen otherwise I will beat him! Nonsense. Paradise what wrong with your food standard? Send your staff to eat ar Pistahouse once! Only because of the name Paradise and it is attached to my childhood memories I endure going there with family. I have to rethink seriously other options!. We ordered chicken biryani along with dragon chicken which tasted good 👍. I hope it is an aged hotel with no ceiling fans, only table fans are there. Service is good coming to gravy we found that it is not good. Remaining biryani is good.

We just came for lunch at 1:45PM on 6 Feb 2023. No one was bothered about customers... later one person came and asked us to move to another table for which we accepted politely. We asked for combo order of 499/ per head but the waiter refused to take the order saying minimum bill should be 1000/- which is ridiculous. We then asked for 2 royal mutton biryanis she accepted the order. After 5 min one man came to the table and said mutton biryani is not available. This is such a bad experience for the customer . Are they not trained as to how to receive customers and also on how to take orders.... worst restaurant

Do visit the place, food is absolutely amazing all the curries seem to be delicious.

To all dear Medico's, was totally disappointed with the outlet quantity and the pricing. There are many better options with in the 2km radius of this paradise. Paratha not even the size of palm..chicken curry with 3 pieces priced at 250 is big time flop... Biryani is too bland and out of dummmm... Not recommended if you're looking to have a vibe full dinner..

Worst experience ever and didn't expect such kind of service that too from the world famous biryani outlet. Staff was totally busy with his mobile doing something instead of taking orders. All the tables were not cleaned once the customer left after eating. How can others eat in such a worst environment. Somehow I managed to eat where my bill was 398/- but that guy who billed for my order swiped my card for 795/- I asked him why. He replied stating that it was by error but he did it twice. Finally I figured out he can't make it so paid by Cash.

There’s a hair in my idly…they changed my idly but the old man next to me said that i could’ve eaten it…they chargers around 50 for a plate of idly, the least they can do is maintain hygiene!

It's really very affordable place! Really good place for students! The maximum price of the dishes is 50/- .....the place is really small...it might be inconvenient to eat there but you can takeaway the food....this place is pure vegetarian....but taste is really good... I would definitely go back again to buy here....

I heard about this place from a lot of people in HYD to try it out for its biryani. Biryani was delicious and authentic. Quantity and quality was also good. The restaurant ambience is nice and clean, the staff was also very polite and quick in service. There are some unique sweet dishes also which you can give a try. You can surely go here if you are a Biryani Lover. 😀😀
The world's best biryani is in Bowenpally. Opened couple of months back this outlet is an offshoot of the famed Paradise foodcourt which was founded I953 in Hyderabad.
Ordered a Nizami Mutton, Royal mutton and mutton supreme; well marinated, soft succulent pieces of Mutton on a bed of daawat basmati rice and secret spices.
Combine it with their hardcore biryani sidekicks; the mirchi ka salon and raita and you are in Hyderabadi 'paradise' already.

You will find Only pure fast food. And the best thing is the taste will be good and with good service. This was the first place where they ask customer the reason of there's any leftover in the plate.

Good budget friendly hotel..very fast service as well as nice behaviour or staff and owner....Very cheap and tasty food is available...They have starting dish from Rs 25 to Rs 50-60... Quantity served may be less but it's tasty and sufficient if you are ready for snack after 2-3 hrs of eating or u can order any two items and it will be more than enough..

Have been eating there since a decade now. Taste's simple and yummy. What I like here is it's a plane food with less spice's. Though it's heavy rush during peak hours, it's a pocket friendly mess exactly opposite Secunderabad Railway station. If you wish to see typical south Indian food serving, then you need to go at rush hours. Let me tell you in advance, you only get South Indian meal's, Sambar rice and chapathi. Parking's a problem though. Adding some photos for you.
