No idea why so many good ratings for this place, it just proves that poeple have no standards and mediocrity is 5 stars for them. Apart from one single waiter, the staff is bored and feels like you’re bothering them. We had 2 pizzas, one was mediocre at best, but the gluten free was very bad, underbaked, and the toppings feel cheap too. It’s a terribe value for the price.
We have specifically asked for a cake without chocolate (the waiter confirmed that it contains no chocolate), and it was full of chocolate in the inside. Luckily my girlfriend noticed it right away.
We waited about 15 minutes for just getting a menu card. By the time they gave us menu cards, other tables who arrived after us already had their orders taken.
Never going to return, I can get much better pizza for the price, or get the same quality pizza for much cheaper elsewhere. Even in Bülach there much much better Italian restaurants, I recommend them.

Last Tuesday we had our family dinner night out in Bülach and for the first time we picked this restaurant in the heart of our town.
It was a great choice as it was not too crowded and the atmosphere was just perfect.
The host was able to take care of our wishes and so we had a great dinner experience at Paparazzi.
I have decided to go for a tortelloni and my wife picked her all time favourite spaghetti with seafood. The kids had a delicious spaghetti with pesto and a pizza Margherita.
What I liked most was the quality of food and the service. You could literally taste the freshness of the home made pesto. The service was outstanding and the host did not miss out on any details.
Of course this will not be our last visit and we recommend it highly to dine in at this location.

A sunny summer evening with a pleasant breeze, a quiet old town, relaxed people enjoying their dinner and you enjoy every bit of your coup denmark ice cream.
This was our experience at Estia this week. I think at that moment nothing would have been better than sitting in this beautiful restaurant.
The service was outstanding, not only the blond lady was taking care of our table but also the Italian speaking gentleman was asking if everything was okay. The food was delicious, be it the calamari or be it the Coup Estia and also the Coup Denmark. We'll definitely visit again.

Here I ate maybe one of the best pizzas ever. Who has eaten pizza in Italy, would say that this is as good as there or even better.

Essen war sehr gut, der normale Burger war echt gross, der Kleine hätte für mich gereicht.
Wir hatten 3 verschiedene Burger. Alle 3 waren sehr gut auch die Pommes perfekt. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt, als wir nach der grösse der Burger gefragt haben war die Auskunft nicht klar formuliert. Somit waren wir mit der grösse der Burger etwas überfordert, was andere sicher auch als positiv sehen würden.
Das Fleisch auf dem heissen Stein an den Nachbartischen sah sehr gut aus und duftete sehr gut.
Vielleicht ein Grund wieder zu kommen.
Der Service war gut. Stühle bequem, leider nicht abgeputzt, Tisch ausreichend gross.

First time in this italian restaurant that I heard so many things about. The manager is so kind, the waitress is always smiling and attentive and the food? It's so amazing that I felt I'm in Milano! Totally recommend it!

Lockere, gute Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Die Wirte und ihre Personall sind äusserst freundlich und locker. Hier treffen sich die «Einheimischen» auch auf einen Feierabendbier oder gehen gleich zum Essen über. Wir hatten einmal Flammkuchen, ein anderes Mal die Nachos. Beides schmeckt sehr gut. Gute Auswahl an Getränken.

A couple of friends of mine proposed me this restaurant while visiting them and I must say that I LOVED this place.
Food was delicious, staff beyond nice and attentive.
Portions were great and same for the wine.
The chef even took the time to spend few minutes with us explaining her cuisine and the story beyond it.

Sensationell gutes Essen bei guten Preisen von 15 CHF / Vegi 13 CHF für Externe Besucher. Freitag ist Dessert-Tag. Ich gehe schon recht lange in die Kantine und wollte mich seit längerem mit einer sehr guten Bewertung bedanken. Ich komme definitiv wieder. Die Mitarbeiter sind engagiert, verstehen ihr Handwerk und sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Für Externe nur Barzahlung möglich.

Super nice place with delicious natural fresh food. We went for lunch on a Saturday and the atmosphere was quiet and very nice. The service was excellent. Really recommend it.

We had dinner with six people and chose the Meze plates for 4 persons and some good wine. The Mezes were nice, even if some of them could be more identical (more spicy) for my taste. Personal is mostly very charming and fast. Coffee is very tasty. The prices, although pretty high, match most places in Switzerland.
This popular friendly Italian restaurant is right in the heart of Bülach. The salads come with a basket containing 4 different home made dressings and the pumpkin soup was garnished with truffel oil. Very yummy. Actually, we were there for truffels and the pasta with truffel sauce was perfect. The veal scallopini with truffel sauce was delicious but very rich. I should have ordered spinach instead of risotto as my side. All in all, this is a lovely place for a night out. I'm looking forward to going back to try the wild boar chop which is flambeed at your table.

Absolutely wonderful, from starter to dessert everything was perfect. One of the most delicious steaks I've ever eaten, with a worthy side dish as a welcome addition. The Coupe Danemark surprised me with a creative addition of cotton candy on top of the ice cream. The staff was friendly and I will most definitely be coming again!

Das Essen ist vorzüglich, ausserdem auch noch kreativ und ansprechend präsentiert. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht. Der Service ist ebenfalls toll, das Personal sehr freundlich! Wir werden wiederkommen!
Grosses Lob an den Küchenchef - der sich übrigens persönlich bei den Gästen vorstellt. Die Gerichte kommen frisch zubereitet und mit viel Hingabe dekoriert auf den Tisch. Im Garten herrscht ein fröhliches und angenehmes Ambiente. Ein Besuch lohnt sich auch am Mittag. Der Service ist schnell, freundlich und aufmerksam. Sehr zu empfehlen!

We had a great evening at this rather new location in the old town of Bülach. The food, the service and ambiente was great and I will definitely go there again. Btw, they serve homemade bread which is really delicious.

A wonderful Friday evening with amazing food and live music
Always polite staff, speedy, friendly and helpful. A nice bistro in the heart of Bulach. As far as I could figure out they have a good selection of various wine sorts and are knowledged on their products. Definitely a place to visit when in Bulach.
The food was OK, although the meat was super good. The service has much room for improvement, from paying attention to orders to being overall cordial. The whole experience was mediocre and one good stake will not improve the rating. I don't think we will be back. The whole idea of supporting local businesses after the daunting times of a pandemic kind of fall off when the service ends up being such a negative experience.
We took beef and veal on the hot stone, it was excellent. Very tender and the sides and sauces were top notch. Will definitely be making another visit next time we're in town

Gleis 7 kann ich nur empfehlen. Einfache aber nette Ambiente draussen an der frischen Luft. Die Hamburger sind Spitze und die Pommes sehr fein. Immer wieder.

Quaint location in the old-town black Smith shop. Friendly staff that serves local craft beer alongside the regular Swiss brews.
Freundliche Bedienung. Günstige, sehr leckere Speisen. Recht große Portionen.
Ambiente etwas überholt. Eventuell wegen Anlass zusammengestellte Tische und dadurch eher etwas laut.
Trotzdem werden wir es wieder besuchen.

Das Essen ist jedesmal absolut in Ordnung für den Preis. Es gibt zwar nicht viel Auswahl, aber das Angebot wechselt immer und als Firmenkantine gibt es deutlich schlechteres.

Where to start? Bad service, bad food, bad overall vibe. Asked about a dish and the waitress told me that she didn't know...since she can't cook! Ordered wine, glass empty but no-one would bother to refill our glasses had to get wine from other table and serve ourselves. Ordered drink for daughter - took 20 mins to arrive - Sunday evening with low guest count. Zero attentiveness. My pasta was overcooked and close to disintegrating. Spoke to other people I know and sadly, this experience seems to be the norm. Let's hope feedbacks like this one help them see the problem.
