Had an incredible dining experience.The food was absolutely delicious, every dish was a flavor explosion. The steak was particularly outstanding. Our server, Ashley, was exceptional - attentive, friendly, and provided excellent recommendations. Definitely recommend this place for a fantastic meal!
First I need to say that the food is excellent! We had the petite filet and 22oz T-bone Steak. Both cooked and prepared well. Mashed potatoes also very good. The veg was eh but we were there for the steak.
Our beef (pun intended) was the service. Although our server was extremely attentive and really communicative and great, waiting an hour for medium rare and medium steaks was baffling. But more confusing was the drape in the women's bathroom for one of the stalls. If you are steak place and charging your pricing, clean up your kitchen and get a door for your bathroom stall. Otherwise, the food is worth the visit (maybe just takeout and loads of advance time to the kitchen)

The course is in excellent shape. The fairways were wide and the greens rolled well. We’ll play River Valley Ranch again.
I hear lots of bad things about Key West for a decade now. Now its the smelliest place in town. The place smells like a sewer. So, why go? It's always been like that. I'd usually swing by stick my head in there and normally there would only be 3 people in the joint any given day.
Please do not give this business your money. I went out to play golf yesterday and on the 4th hole a massive thunderstorm rolled in. We sat in the cart about 30 minutes waiting for it to blow through but there was six inches of standing water on the greens so we went to the clubhouse. We waited another 2 hours but the thunderstorms continued and we finally asked for a raincheck. That's when we were told "No rainchecks. You are welcome to go out there and play." There was lightning and the course was not playable at all due to the greens being covered in standing water. They do not care about their customers
My wife and I are visiting the area and looked on Google for a place to grab supper. We checked out Flame with managed expectations. When we arrived the host was very friendly and seated us immediately, without a reservation. The restaurant was quiet and well kept. Our waiter, Justin, was at our table very promptly and gave good suggestions and feedback to our questions, having never been there before. My wife and I ordered the standard ribeye, medium-rare, and the risotto with chicken. Everything was cooked perfectly and was delicious! After our meal, Justin named all the dessert options off the top of his head. We decided on the cheesecake with cherry bourbon glaze. While not freshly made, It too, was delicious.
We may not be through here again, but if we are, Flame will be on our list! Great job to everyone involved.

DO NOT RELOCATE FOR A JOB WITH THESES CROOKS, They will lie to you, cheat you out of vacation pay and consistently break labor laws, I've always said , a man is only as good as his word, Steve and Chad have proven they are no good, so hopefully this helps someone, to not make the mistake I did.
It is a really nice golf course with awesome views but the pace of play is horrible and makes it not worth it to me unless you know it’s not going to be busy
Some of the best catfish I’ve had in a while with good portion size. Man at the window was also very nice will definitely be going again!
Always a must stop in anytime day or night karaoke Wednesday..was a blast!
Great experience. Nice staff. Greens, tee boxes, and bunkers are in good shape. Lots of water but does not really come into play. Same with bunkers. I played the blue tees but will play the black tees next time. Great views. Can’t wait to play again.

We went once before and honestly didn't enjoy it as much as we hoped. BUT we are so happy we went back ! The food was phenomenal and the server was The Best and made the experience even better. Justin I want to say was his name. Can't say enough good things about the whole experience. We will be back.
Would have been five stars, however my wife and I went there for the first time(on my birthday) and I really wanted the tomahawk steak. The waitress came took our order only to come back about 10 min. Later and say they were out of the tomahawk and offered me a porterhouse instead. The steak was great but not what we went for.

Everytime I come to Carbondale I always play here. Course is great and the customer service is outstanding.

Favorite happy hour location in the valley! The view can't be beat, the food is really good and the wait staff is friendly and efficient. I haven't golfed here, just enjoy a cold beer, good food, and and the great view of Mt Sopris.

Just spent over $1300 for three groups for a team tournament matchup. The owner yelled at us all through 18 rushing us through to finish. It took us 4:40 to get through the round on a stacked tee sheet. Pretty normal on a full tee sheet. We had money riding on all the three groups and he yelled at us rushing us through. This owner was rude and escalated the situation versus allowing an extra 4 minutes to putt out. Don’t golf here and go to Lakota links or iron bridge. Much better and friendlier courses. This owner is a clown.

After my clarifying first edit, they deleted their original response and now claim they will be getting a lawyer. This is Google review lady… the owner (your husband) stepped out of line and ruined our day of golf and now you’re threatening me with a potential lawsuit? Doesn’t make any sense to me. Just a further example why I would stay clear of this place.

We had such a wonderful lunch at RVR, and the unexpected surprise of “crashing” a very special 75th birthday celebration for a local resident. The views - absolutely stunning, food was delicious, Joe was a wonderful server and we enjoyed chatting with the Pro Shop Team. Thank you Golf at River Valley Ranch for a memorable day! We look forward to visiting again next summer!

Flame Bar and Grill turned up the flavor on their food! While there I ordered a Rib Eye steak that was cooked to perfection! Got a side of mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. The steak was juicy and the mashed potatoes were flavorful and fluffy. While the Mac and cheese could have been a meal on its own. While they were pretty busy there, the wait staff checked on us a couple of times to make sure everything was taken care of. The prices were typically in line for what you would expect for a steak. Lastly, the parking was free and we had no difficulty finding a spot. Would definitely go again!
Our first guests came into town and we celebrated with some fine dining at Flame Bar and Grill. We did not have reservations but we will do that next time. We had a drink in the bar which was very nice and wonderful friendly service. We then sat in main dining at truly the best table with only a 15 minute wait. We saw very large parties being served if you have a crowd. Our server was very nice and attentive and we did not feel rushed at all. Food was great and prices were fair for what we ordered and portion size. I would save this stop for special occasions we are definitely going back to try other things on their menu!
The bartender was very nice and welcoming. The kitchen is permanently closed until further notice, website advertisement is 100 percent outdated on google. It smelled like a portable potty in there lol 🤢the decor is outdated with paint peeling outside and inside. It obviously needs to be cleaned out and given a fresh facelift. The location is good. He said the business has just changed ownership so we will see what happens. As for me if they take care of the smell and get some Good food going I’ll give it another try but let’s see what the new owners do first.

The one bartender in the evening Jackson is his name, wonderful man, he is fast on his feet, and when the bar is crowded, I never seen any like him can work under pressure l I had to tell him I tip my hat off too you Jackson. Need more karaoke nights, was their for the DJ Thurs night no DJ and no karaoke on Thursday so sad.

Very nice bartender, drinks were good, beer was cold, gambling room is private. They have a great back room with pool tables and darts. A great place to hang out, listen to music, play games and be with friends.

As we were waiting on our food we overheard the couple fighting. Almost like the guy was slapping the girl around the trailer with all the bumping and screaming we heard. Next thing you know we see her walking out trailer firing up a cigarette. Guy was rude Food was just "ok" not worth a 2nd trip (my opinion).

Good prices, great food. The burgers are perfect with the crispy edges and great flavor. Mac and cheese is so cheesy and some pretty darn good bloody marys. We had the mac and burger and the funguy burger.
Went to the restaurant inside Key West called Mac N Dogs and it was fantastic. All beef dogs and some of the best Mac n cheese I've ever had. Really good portions for such low prices.
There's a seating area for the restaurant, but it's still attached to the bar area, so not a quiet place to eat if that's what you're after. The full bar does provide plenty of drink options though

Karaoke nights are fun, we like singing. Good karaoke crowd is encouraging. Bartender and dj are friendly. Place is clean. A couple pool tables, beer pong table, and several slots are available.
