I was looking for a good Iranian fast food in the Newmarket area, when I came here for the first time, it was one of my best experiences in Toronto. The food was excellent, the quality of the pizza was very good, and the materials used were fresh. The attitude of the staff was excellent, the environment was very cool, I suggest you to definitely try it❣️
Decided to go after seeing decent reviews and it lived up to the rating. Took our family and the owner and staff were very friendly with our kids and us. The food was amazing and portions well worth the price. The Sandwiches were incredible and the Bomb fries were cooked to perfection. Make sure you get the special bomb sauce as it was the owners own recipe and so good. The kids loved their burgers and fettuccine as well.
My spouse and I have had nothing but great experiences at Bombowich. The staff are always so pleasant to deal with, and the food is absolutely delicious.
We’ve been getting their Persian pizza for some time and it never disappoints. I think we’ll try the sandwiches next time 😋

It is a very nice and cozy place with delicious Persian food in Canadian way. The menu is great, the variations of hot sandwiches and burgers are amazing, the taste is fantastic, the food is very fresh. I love this place, and definitely will come again.
Bombowich is "the bomb". We had the Bomb burger and the Persian pizza. My husband said it was the best burger he's ever had and I ate my leftover pizza for dinner - it was so good! We'll definitely be back!
The food is perfect and fresh and absolutely delicious, but the service is about an beyond!

My family and I came here and had some pizza and sandwiches. The prices may seem intimidating, but the portion sizes compensate for it, enough that one sandwich is more than enough for two people. Both the pizzas and the sandwiches were delicious.

My husband and I came here on a whim and we were very pleased with the atmosphere. It's a chain restaurant, so the general atmosphere is the same as others, but the staff were all very friendly and made the experience that much more enjoyable. Cindy and Leo were great. Food was delicious and the restaurant was clean. We will definitely go back.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Mandarin Restaurant, and I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Fae and Amanda. From the moment we were seated, both were attentive, friendly, and genuinely enthusiastic, ensuring our dining experience was delightful. Fae recommended dishes that turned out to be exquisite—her knowledge of the menu and her recommendations were spot-on! Meanwhile, Amanda's attention to detail made us feel truly special; she anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. The atmosphere of the restaurant was vibrant, yet both Fae and Amanda managed to make our experience feel intimate and personalized. I left The Mandarin feeling completely satisfied and cared for, thanks to their remarkable service. I can't recommend them enough and look forward to my next visit!

If you're looking for a great place for cheap wings that come in a variety of flavours, this is the place. Seating is limited but the prices for wings can't be beat.
We visited the restaurant several times and found that all food portions were generously sized and delicious, following a Persian style cuisine. The staff were consistently courteous and helpful, and the owners displayed remarkable kindness and hospitality. On our most recent visit at 10:30 in the night, the restaurant was relatively quiet, yet they were handling numerous online and mobile orders. When we requested a specific song, the cashier promptly played it for us, enhancing our experience and making for a memorable night. We truly enjoyed our time there and highly recommend it to others.
I recently had a wonderful dining experience at Mandarin restaurant. Gary, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure our visit was excellent. Truly Lovely flowers! Scenery made me so so happy! I ate so much food perhaps I may explode! Service was amazing the towels were so warm and smell like lemons. 5 stars of course! Ground Burger Bar in Newmarket is a must-visit for burger enthusiasts! Their smash burgers are incredibly tasty, cooked to perfection. Pair them with their crispy curly fries, which are delicious especially when dipped in their malt vinegar aioli. The onion rings and Flamin' Hot mozzarella sticks make fantastic starters, but be warned—these will fill you up, so it's best to order them if you have a group of more than two. Trust me, you'll be too full to finish your main meal otherwise!

My boyfreind and I came to Mandarine Buffet at Newmarket and the food was exception, our server Xavier was kind and they refilled our waters often. The atmosphere was clean and there was a large selection for both hot foods and desserts. We left with your bellies full :)

Our experience at Mandarin is always great. The staff at all locations are amazing and the ones at Newmarket are no different. They keep their standards high across the board. Frank and Xavier were great servers and looked after us really well. Will definitely come back!
The burger was nice.. I'll give it an 8/10. Fries were great 9.5/10 . Cocktail was very mediocre. Had a prosecco lemonade and I didn't really like it. My major concern however is that I sat at the Chef's table and I didn't see the cooks wash their hands often enough for the amount of food they were touching with their bare hands. Gave me serious concerns about their food handling techniques. Also the Chefs had their hair flying about and not neatly packed. The ambience however is absolutely fantastic and there's an outdoor area with lit trees, loads of picture spaces. There's also an ice rink right opposite it, so if you wanna have burgers and go ice skating, go for it! ❤️
Can not express how horrible our experience was. We asked for the bill to be split and it was split wrong. When we asked for it to be split the correct way the owner threw the receipt at us and told us to “figure it out”. We ended just paying on one bill to get out of the restaurant and as we walked out the owner tried fighting us, mind you we are three 20 year old girls just trying to get some wings with 2 guy friends. The owner continued to scream at us while we got in to our cars. Our one friend had to get in the car because the owner continued to approach the car to fight him. All we did was ask for the bill to be split the way we asked ! Do not go to this restaurant , I’ve never had such a horrible experience on a Friday night !

Known for their burgers and beers, I opted to try their GBB smash which is among the popular. Excellent choice as it was juicy and tender.
Even though it came with a slide of fries, I also stole some sweet potato fries off my wife. Overall, the place is fun and bustling during peak dinner and weekend.

I have ordered here many times and always love it. This time, there was a minor mistake, but the owner was quick and friendly to resolve the issue. The kindness he expressed is all too rare these days. 10/10 business and ownership

Yesterday, I ordered Ma Po Tofu from the Vegetarian section of the menu, have not ordered from here before and I am purely Vegetarian. When I got home after picking up the order, the dish had beef in it - I had almost eaten beef. I spent close to $40 for my food and when I called today (they had closed by that time yesterday) to ask why a dish under the Vegetarian and tofu menu contained meat they said they would not replace it and I should have specified explicitly that it was Vegetarian, as if it were not implied. Disappointed in their service. Was left hungry after a long day of work.
Tried this place for the first time tonight. Food was super hot and delicious. Inexpensive and honestly some of the best I have had. Can’t wait to try more dishes.

Best place for wings in Newmarket! The wings are perfectly cooked and of a large size, and there are a multitude of great flavours to choose from. The restaurant is very clean and cosy, and the staff are quick and approachable.
Ordered 2 double fresh burgers. The taste was incredible along with the sauces requested in it, however, I don't think their patties are actually the weight they claim. The two 4oz patties did not look like they were 4oz. The 2nd patty was smushed underneath the first and barely looked like a full patty. In comparison to five guys, their patty is 3.3oz and if you get the cheeseburger you're getting two 3.3oz and it's more filling than the two 4oz patties in the double fresh burger.

I questioned the server, she showed me the menu and said it was $9.49, it still looked like a 7 to me. The sandwich was just okay, was it worth $7.49? Maybe, was it worth $9.49? Absolutely not.

The restaurant wasn't the cleanest, there were quite a few tables with items under the legs to keep the tables level, and the booth I sat at, had Duck Tape covering rips in the seat.

The manager and staff were energetic and helpful. The burger was great! The fries excellent. The only reason I rated it a 4 over a 5, price. The food is very good but not as good as their main competition, Five Guys. Plus it costs more. They also need to do something with atmosphere, there is none. If they want to make Fresh Burger a destination operation they will need to adjust prices and make it fun to be in.
Walter provided exceptional service during my dine in. He was attentive, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure a great dining experience. I highly recommend this place, thanks to Walter's outstanding service!

Best burger in town, had our first "Fresh Burger" today and it was absolutely delicious. Fresh and flavourful, all the toppings were great and their sauce is amazing. I know where my next burger is coming from and would highly recommend giving them a try, you won't regret a mouthful.
We went for a quick lunch with our 2 boys. Walter was very kind, and even gave the boys hot chocolates and complementary lollipops. The boys were raving about his kindness. Food was good. We'd come again, just for the customer service alone.

Sep 2023 - The first visit was amazing. I asked for 6oz, no sauce, but luckily, Ameen strongly advised against my request. He was absolutely right! The sauce was incredible with the burger. Fantastic service, very clean space, and burgers were delicious. Will not be our last visit!
We went in on Monday and we noticed it was busy and we’re prepared to wait for our food. However, after over an hour of sitting there and every other table sat after us being served, we asked how much longer the wait for our food would be. Our server processed to tell us “well I warned you it was busy…” which he actually never said to us. Had we known it was over an hour before they even started preparing our food, we simply would have chosen a different place to eat. I didn’t appreciate being lied to and then being told it was our own fault for coming on a holiday Monday. Will absolutely not return to this location. Much better service at the other two in town.

We ordered the Monday Wing Special with an Honey Dill Sauce and a Chicken Greek Caesar Salad. The portions were a good size and the food was delicious. We will be back and would highly recommend this restaurant.
Great burgers with fresh ingredients as always. I want to thank Amir. As my friend was not feeling well and needed some hot water, he boiled the water and served it in a mug. It was surely heartwarming.
Sheila is the best server I've ever had. She's so sweet and she really cares about whether or not you enjoy your meal. The eggs benedict was delicious. I asked Sheila if holiday sauce was made fresh and Sheila knew exactly why I asked that because she brought me a sample of the holiday sauce because everybody knows how bad bad holiday sauce can taste. The holiday sauce here is on point. Sheila is a awesome person who actually cares and a food is really really good so well made. I enjoyed this food quite a bit and I can't wait to go back if I'm ever close by.
This is the BEST fresh burger!!!! I came in 30 mins until closing and instead of being met with attitude like most places my family was greeted so kindly by staff! They are so sweet at this location, they all made time to talk to my family and small baby:) great atmosphere for sure!

I ordered Kung Po chicken, steamed rice, and mixed vegetables. The dishes were fresh and hot and delicious. I will definitely be coming back to sample more.
Came up to Newmarket to site see and wanted to have breakfast not from the usual places. So we we found this on the map and decided to try. We arrived just past the busy time for this reatuarant and it was less than half full. We ordered eggs beni and the Daybreak hash that has pulled pork. It took a bit of time for these to come out of the kitchen but both tasted great. I enjoyed my Daybreak hash that has pulled pork, home fries, sauteed onions, peppers and mushrooms with cheddar cheese.
Eggs beni with ham was acceptable and a few other patrons ordered beni's as well so it must be good here.
Service is good and priced right.

Excellent as always. Ordered for pick up. Was ready by the time I got there. Burgers are fantastic. Meat is tender and tastes great.
My favourite place for Chinese takeout. Food is always delicious, inexpensive, and service is always great. Not sure why rating is low. Food is always good here.
The facility is very clean and new feeling although not a new restaurant. Food satisfactory to my wife and my tastes. We both had the $3.99 store re-opening special. I especially enjoyed the lightly spiced hash browns. Food would have been better a little warmer. The plates were not left under the heat lights while waiting for wait staff to bring to the table. There is just one server to do everything including cashing out but was fine if not in a hurry which makes sense. Those in a hurry do a drive thru somewhere. The waiter/server was pleasant and efficient. There is extensive competition in this breakfast category in the immediate area. So I hope the under new management reopening is successful.

The burgers are delicious, properly cooked, fresh “smashed” ground beef and very tasty. The bun is light and soft and perfectly sized for the burger.
The fries are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside like fries should be. I read a review somewhere about the fries being “hard” and the person felt they would break a tooth. This is the furthest thing from the truth. That review likely came from someone who prefers the disgusting, mushy fries from Hero burger. The fries are also seasoned with the perfect amount of salt. They are among the best fast food fries anywhere. The gravy is among the best flavoured I have ever had which also makes for excellent poutine with proper cheese curds.

The manager Raj is a breath of fresh air in the fast food industry. The restaurant was a mess. Granted, it was very busy so I chalked it up to the staff being too busy cooking to get out and clean up. I have also eaten at the Richmond Hill location and found that the restaurant was clean and the staff were great but they didn’t season the food well so everything was somewhat bland compare to Newmarket.

Unfortunately they didn’t even get it right with the cooking as the burgers were not cooked through which gave all of us upset tummies that night. I have also eaten at the Richmond Hill location and found that the restaurant was clean and the staff were great but they didn’t season the food well so everything was somewhat bland compare to Newmarket.
Went on Mother's Day and they made it enjoyable. The place was packed, and for the $$$ we had too much! Felt nice considering how many times inflation has made portions so small. Average $$ was $12 for a dish I guess. Thanks for everything. This was our leftovers!

Best wings ever hands down. It's a must go to for wings, wraps, French fries, salads etc... go go go go! I promise get the garlic parm wings, you'll be flying out your seats.
I was at this location on March 23, 2023 and was greeted by Thayanandan the manager. I can honestly say that it was a pleasure coming to this location. The food was top notch and Thayanandan made sure that everything we ordered was cooked to perfection and the service was excellent. It was closing time by the time we finished our meal and were not rushed out. The friendliness by Thayanandan who is the manager made us feel welcome. If you are in the neighbourhood stop by and try them out because you will not be disappointed at all.
Firstly. I would not recommend this location to anyone at all. I had went there today with my girlfriend and her sister. We waited 15 to 20 mins to be served. We’re given no menus. Had to walk up and get our own. My girlfriend had wanted a drink which would have maybe taken 2 minutes to make. But the owner had said oh it’s going to take me too long to make. So can you not get that. So we decided to just order waters. And not give him business. We had ordered our apps. And realized we weren’t happy with the service since we walked in. So I had gotten his attention. And said cancel everything because we are leaving. So once again for a establishment that’s meant for customer service. This location lacks it fully. So I do not recommend this place to anyone. Please do not waste your time and hard earned money here. Wild wings corporation will be getting a email regarding this as well.
The place is a dive bar. They waiter was rude and the drinks are the same price as moxies or any other chain restaurants. I will never come back here again
UPDATE: 3 months later I was going about my life in the store and I was approached by some extremely disrespectful woman saying " why would I write a nasty review". Last time I checked I am entitled to my own opinion and chasing people in the store does not change my opinion. Get nicer staff who don't harass people!

Good portions but the quality of the food was severely lacking. The shrimp was cold and barely thawed from frozen ( not cooked ) and had a very off-putting fishy smell . The noodles were flavourless on 2 seperate dishes and left an uneasy feeling in stomach . On a side note have had the lo-mein here and enjoyed it but would not order again after this experience. Disappointed overall and regretting eating it.
Decided to give this place a try and I chose it based on the other reviews and the were so accurate! The food was delivered piping hot with large portions. Lots of vegetables in the dishes and had great flavour and quality. Everyone in our family enjoyed the dishes. We will for sure order again and this will be our new Favourite Chinese Food Take Out in Newmarket. Highly Recommend.
I ordered soft poached eggs and they were done just right. Many places overcook their soft poached eggs, not at Daybreak. I did not see maple syrup on the menu. The toast came dry with 2 packets of butter, 1 packet of peanut butter and 1 packet of jam. The pancakes came with table syrup. I don't eat table syrup so I used the butter and jam on them. Our Hostess ensured our coffee was topped up. Excellent service. We will return.
Really loved the wings here. Came on Monday during their specials and had such a great experience eating here. The flavours were really good and the service was even better. Definitely coming back again to this restaurant!
Great breakfast spot at a fair price. Friendly and fast service. There was only 2 people working (one kitchen and one front of house) but they worked really fast. The restaurant was more than half full and everyone got served pretty quick. I was really impressed. The speed of the service did not even lower the quality of the servicr or food. I was very satisfied with my overall experience dining here.
Server was proactive with refilling my coffee cup with I loved because at some other place you need to wave them down. Definitely coming back here the next time I'm in Newmarket.

Spiciest (and most flavourful) wings I've ever had! Try the Power of Nelli. Make sure you have a sweet drink ready.
A simple Chinese takeout with a seizable options on the menu, centralized around Cantonese and North American Chinese food. 3.5/5 is my actual review.
We got the Seafood Yung Chow Fried rice, Szechuan shrimps and Vegetable Lo Mien. I loved the wok hei from the Yung Chow fried rice while the Szechuan shrimps seemed be more on the watery side, lesser on the spiciness although still flavourful to complement the rice/noodles. Furthermore, the number of shrimps could have been more generous in the Szechuan shrimps as opposed to having more capsicum slices and onions in there.
As expected, the lo mien was very simple but packed with fresh vegetables which we appreciated. When paired with the Szechuan shrimps, the combination faired well for a dinner.
Overall, it is a very reasonably priced Chinese takeout which I would consider patronizing if I am in the area and I am in search for fresh food, without tearing my wallet.

Wings were great! Owner gave us a great attention, food was great portions were awesome, well definitively come back, if you're driving around you should stop by, place is a little small, but service is great! Got wings and beer, prefect combination!

This restaurant offers lovely atmosphere which is fully supported by amazing services and fantastic foods. It took me so much of effort to stop drinking coffee after pots after pots and to put my cutlery down with overloaded stomach. I’m so glad that dinning-in is finally back!
We came to this location for the first time last night on Tuesday for half price wings. One of the owners was our server and he was super chatty, attentive and nice. The food was fresh and came out quickly. We had a selection of different flavour wings and I tried the battered mushrooms, which were delicious. When we were leaving, the other owner came out from the kitchen to chat with us and see how our experience went and offered some lollipops to my niece and the rest of us at the table. I was really impressed with the amount of care, service and friendliness from the owners at this location. They made it a very pleasant experience and even though I personally don't eat wings, I will come back here for more battered mushrooms or a light life veggie burger because we had such a nice experience. Thanks!
Excellent wings. The wife and kid loved the Chicken burger. High quality chicken perfectly cooked. The fries were also perfect and the potatoe skins we also amazing. Very happy we tried this place out and we will prefer here again.
Great wings! Tried this place for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised how delicious everything was. We ordered the single deal and a single order of wings. The wing flavour on the combo was the Original Mixed Spicy Island which was a tangy tropical dry rub with sauce drizzled on top, spice level was on the medium side.. Pretty neat taste. The single order was the Creamy and Messy Home on The Ranch which was more on the hot side with a lingering heat.. Also very tasty. The fries were nice and crispy as well. There are a ton of different flavours on the menu and we will definitely be back to try out more. Highly recommended!
