Always fresh food with fat service. Probs are small for the price, so if you're not a big eater this shouldn't be an issue. For me I typically order the mock stick with an appetizer which sets you back around $30+

A hidden gem, have been many times and the food has been consistently amazing. The parking is limited and somewhat awkward, but once you are inside everything is world class ... the staff, the decor, the atmosphere are all worthy of the 5 stars.

My first time here. My mom told me that I need to try this restaurant because you can taste the wok heat in the noodles. She is right. Beef drunken noodles was excellent. Will come back to try other dishes.

My usual ramen spot closes at 3:30 pm and reopens at 4:30pm- which caused me to find another ramen establishment. Came across Hanabi Ramen and ordered the Gyudon beef .

It was like listening to a beautiful- yet technical violin concerto comprised of 3 movements:

The Broth will represent the 1st mvt (Adagio)

The seasonings and the tempura crumbs complementing the broth will represent the 2nd mvt (Allegro non troppo)

The beef and the Udon noodles will represent the 3rd mvt (Presto)

Resulting in a perfect dish, the beef reminded me of a hint of bulgogi (something I make at home) pairing very well with the broth adding such a contrast between a light sweetness and savory note. Perfectly balanced and composed I can detect there was a lot of thought put in the dish and I just loaned for more. Every taste was a new discovery and I was highly impressed. Very homey with a lot of notes and I will be back at the establishment again soon!

While exploring the nearby area, we were looking for a restaurant to have lunch and stumbled upon this casual eatery. The interior decor was a wonderful representation of Americana, with a painting of Marilyn Monroe and others and a wall painted with an American flag, which provided a unique atmosphere while we dined. The service was attentive, and the food was delicious. We particularly enjoyed their burgers, and our overall experience was pleasant.
Dined on August 13, 2023. Best bowl of French Onion soup. With the first sip of broth I was in heaven. Think Anton Ego tasting the dish in Ratatouille. Fillet Mignon and everything else was perfect. Wonderful dining on the terrace with the fountain for ambiance.

Our family has been coming here for last 20 years. Great service and great food. Great prices. We went here for Easter. Ordered drinks, many appetizers and many entrees for 11 people. I did not take photos of all the appetizers and entrees. With tip it was $308. It's better to dine in smaller restaurants and mom and pop places like this than corporate chain restaurants. See my review for the exceptionally LOUSY Cheesecake Factory in Tysons. The meal was for $80 (including $5 tip) for lousy food and lousy service. I don't usually eat at chain restaurants but have gone to CF maybe once a year or every other year.

Support local family owned restaurants like Bangkok 54!

The food here was sooo good. We ordered the miso butter ramen and the spicy miso ramen and both were absolutely fantastic. Our only complaint was that it was absolutely packed- and we felt a bit rushed. Every single seat was taken and there were people standing, waiting in every square foot of the place making the dining experience a bit stressful.

Overall a pleasant experience. The wings were a great size and nice and crispy. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the ranch tasted a bit off and bland for my liking. The Mac and cheese was good but for $11 it wasn’t enough.

We’ve been hearing great things for years and finally thought we’d try Scutra for a birthday dinner. Delicious dinner and great service. Appetizers, salads, entrees, desserts and drinks were enjoyed by all. Our waitress was great and very knowledgeable.
Everything was great and nice! Walked in on a Friday night and was seated immediately. Water arrived as we sat at that was impressive. Chicken meatballs for an appetizer, hot and coated with a crunchy batter. My wife got drunken noodles with beef, and it was a large portion of both! I got the fried chili pork belly, which was a lot of crunchy fried pork belly bits mixed with peppers and the like, really good.

The food here is absolutely amazing! Time and time again we leave and are always talking about how good it was even days later. Louie Paparella’s martinis are quite possibly the best I’ve had (especially the Jean De Bon)! Excellent all around!
My husband and I have not been to Grand Cru in years, but it used to be one of our favorite local spots. It’s now back on the list and we are already planning to come back to try a couple of other things.
The service was friendly and efficient. We did not feel rushed, but our dishes arrived so perfectly timed. We had pauses between courses that were the perfect “pause”. Our server, Tuya, was wonderful and welcoming.
We shared the shrimp and chick peas appetizer and the Brussels sprouts salad. Both were excellent, the sprouts were not over charred, I think they might have blanched them. The sauce on the shrimp dish was delicious. Hubby got the steak frites; though the steak was the correct temp (med-rare), it was chewy. The fries were fantastic! I got the scallops with risotto and brown butter. It was so delicious and decadent. Creamy risotto and perfectly cooked scallops.
I highly recommend Grand Cru.

We tried Bangkok 54 today for lunch and ordered spicy cashew chicken and basil chicken. We got them both at the spicy level which wasn’t that spicy but still good. We preferred the cashew chicken over the basil chicken. We ordered over the phone and our order was ready within 15 mins. They also have a small Asian market next door where we got some snacks!
This restaurant serves French cuisine that is delicious, of excellent quality, and generously proportioned at a reasonable price; a hidden gem in the Ballston area.

The service was impeccable and couldn't have been better. We're looking forward to trying more dishes on their menu.

The master of this ramen restaurant is a retired gaming company executive, and his passion for ramen led to the opening of the ramen restaurant. One of the best ramen places in DMV, or I would say in the US.
Great food and great beers. Amazing beer selection. Limited menu, but they do it well. A bit pricey though. Waiter wasn’t very attentive, they seemed understaffed.

Came here for brunch with a friend! $42.99 for all you can eat for 2 hours , $0.99 drinks. I recommend making a reservation through open table as it was busy on a Sunday morning. Service is pretty slow when it comes to ordering food but they quickly remove plates and bring water. Getting our drinks was quick, and delicious! The food tasted good but some items were basic without much to them (ex crispy cheese slider is just a mozzarella stick on a bun, waffles were plain with Nutella sauce). Overall, most of the food was pretty delicious with. Wide variety. My favorite were the dips, veggie flatbread, Mac n' cheese, grits, and eggs Benedict. I would probably pass on the cinnamon donuts, they were very tough and hard to eat. The inside is beautiful, with lots of windows for sunshine and looks newly renovated. Will be back for dinner!

Hardly anyone in the restaurant but had to wait for host to seat us management happen to see we were waiting so long very kind to make sure we were good. Food was alright the crab mac had very little crab on it and the mac itself did not have much taste but looked very good. Would not buy again. $60 after tip for 2 sandwiches and some tasteless mac and cheese.

Ordered fish and chip for friend. But we just got one small piece of fried fish in the takeout. We were very disappointed😿 other dishes are okay..
Can’t imagine anyone would not enjoy the atmosphere, food, service, and wine/ beverages.

My wife and I had a fantastic meal and evening: She enjoyed a reasonably priced wine flight while I had a “ Perfect Manhattan”. We split a cheese board appetizer and the roasted chicken breast entree. We finished the evening with our own desserts and perfectly brewed coffee and port. The total bill was three times less than what we have spent for much lessers meals and experiences.

27JAN.2024 Our waiter was nice and great at checking on us regularly. Cool how the restaurant gives there patrons popcorn in a metal container before they eat.

My first time here and the food came out (as requested)all together. Chicken tenders were thick, juicy, tender, and cooked all the way through. Sweet potato and regular fries were fresh and hot every bit. The beers and mimosas were delicious. Great first experience.

Everything here was just ok. We ordered two pizzas and both were just alright, they were thin crust and each one was personal sized. Also ordered the penne with vodka sauce and it was definitely over priced. The service was very slow especially because we came here on a Wednesday and it wasn't super packed.

Excellent food. The tuna poke nachos - the lobster arancini , the pesto chicken —- all excellent. The cocktails were also delicious. Great environment - very nice servers. All around would def recommend!

Food was good. The pizza crust and sauce is Italian style (thin, light), and we got the Butchers Special which comes with all the meat. There were a lot of toppings, including cheese (which we loved), and those toppings were high quality. Salami was really good. The seafood linguine was also good, and the quality of shrimp was great.

We were not huge fans of the spinach and artichoke dip, which was very milky. It didn't have much spinach, artichoke, or cheese, so there wasn't too much flavor.

We had a reservation for 8:45pm, and they closed at 10pm. They did last call for food at 9pm, so we felt a bit rushed. We had to order our dessert at the same time as our entrees, and I think they made them at the same time because by the time they brought the hot dessert to our table, it was room temperature, including the cast iron skillet it was cooked in.

Came for brunch and at least 6 items on the menu were missing or unavailable including 2 meats, 1 dip, berry mimosa etc. We ordered a hanger steak and waited an hour and a half for the dish to arrive.

Service was super mediocre, we tried to split a bill 2 ways and the server was very impatient, food was fine (what was available anyway) but will not be coming back and not worth the service and cost and stress of waiting an hour and a half for food…..

For on $17 you can get unlimited bowling, including shoes on a Sunday night and a $5 arcade card! And for about $25 you can get a pizza and a pitcher of beer. The pizza alone is about $20. Some good deals.

I enjoyed my meal at Hanabi. I went with a co-worker for lunch. The atmosphere was relaxed and the service was great. We got everything in a timely manner. I decided to get the shrimp tempura as an appetizer and for my main meal, I decided on the chicken katsu. Everything was delicious. I would definitely visit again when in the area!

I didn't realize this was an all you can eat tapas bar. I did like the fact I can sample Balkan food. Service was good, food came out quickly and prices were reasonable.

Pepper croquette- sweet and flavorful.
Grilled shrimp- was ok
Rainbow trout- wasn't crispy
Istrian Gnocchi- I wasn't impressed with the mushroom sauce. They also use that same sauce for their mushroom flatbread.
Kale Caesar- it was good: I'd get it again
Cheese pie-I liked the dough
Stuffed pepper is good but filling
Hand cut fries- crispy and tasty

We would return... We liked the atmosphere and it would be a great place for cocktails and tapas.

Slow service and food was just ok.

adding a bit more details based on the restaurants response and request.

We came with a large party of about 20 people and it took over 15 min to get our first drink orders in let alone any appetizers. The restaurant was pretty empty as it was around 6pm . The service was painfully slow to the point We tried to walk up to the bar and order drinks for a table of 20 but we were told to wait for a server which we couldn't locate. We ordered 3 each of the meatballs, brussel sprouts , deviled eggs and calamari. The deviled eggs never came out. After about an 45m and barely 1 round of drinks we couldn't even get water refilled or order our food. We walked constantly around the restaurant to look for a manager or a server . Finally our server took our order and the food came out but during our long wait we had to again find our server in the restaurant and ask for water refills and a few more round of drinks... During our meal same situation.. no checking up on us and we ran out of water and drinks... when we got up we were pretty much the only table with maybe 2 other tables ..

Also the restaurant has turned the lights on off several times probably signaling us to leave or that the kitchen was closing around 9-9:30 when the restaurant doesn't close until midnight. Overall we were out by 10pm. Lost oppty for the restaurant to maximize revenue and provide decent service as most of the 20 folks all work right in Rosslyn and haven't been here before .

Had such an amazing time here. Came here for a friend's birthday and this was just such a perfect place. We all got the unlimited option so applause to the staff for handling all our orders.

Each little plate was delicious and certain ones like pickled veggies and chicken skewers were ordered multiple times. The variety is truly amazing and in 2 hours we maybe worked our way through 30-40% of the choices and nothing disappointed. The only issue we ran into was that some dishes got lost in the shuffle and had to be asked for multiple times before arriving but that could be chalked up to just how busy it was there.

The interior is warm and the decor is nice but it can definitely get loud in there when it's busy and we found our table having to project to be heard even across the table.

The drink menu is extensive and everything we had was really good. I especially enjoyed the Rakia Old Fashioned and that they had a full rakia list to pick from.

This place is definitely an experience and one I wouldn't mind repeating. Especially since we discovered a whole second dining room downstairs while looking for bathrooms.
So, so sad to write this honest review on what I've considered my favorite Thai place for more than 2 decades!
I've celebrated birthdays here, met a bunch of friends, shared food, laughter and made memories here, too. Unfortunately, that changed a few years ago when a rat (yes a big rat) ran through the restaurant under the tables while a friend and I ate there!!! I took a break from the place for some years (plus I had moved to another state) but I went back because honestly I like their food.
Last January I took my sister there for her birthday and the service was bad and we saw a roach crawling on the wall 😩😩😩
Forward to some months later I did takeout and today did takeout again. The service is worse and no matter how much I like their food it isn't even the same quality anymore. It's time that I seriously hunt for a replacement.
Bangkok used to be much much better than it is now. Sad truth!

Forgot to take photos before finishing my soup.

Atmosphere is really good. Good cocktails and drinks but this time we didn’t get good taste of food. We been there 2 years ago and we remembered good taste of food. This time unfortunately we didn’t taste good, cheese pie was dry and hard , Balkan kebabs was chewy and dry, lasagne was heavy. Restaurant was full during the dinner time and they are doing probably double seating. We will try on the future again and see how are they doing.
Perfect place for our Girls Night. I was looking for a chic, cute place with a cozy atmosphere, and this restaurant brought it all. We both ordered the Chilean Wine Flight which the glasses were generously filled, the Cheese Fondue and the French Onion Soup which was DIVINE. 5 out of 5 stars, will definitely be returning!

Small restaurant that one can easily walk by, serving well-priced, well-flavored ramen. Their house Tonkotsu ramen has an excellent broth, tender chashu, and great noodles. Their chicken karaage ramen is a great second choice!

I also recommend their taiyaki for dessert with red bean ice cream, a great traditional dessert that not many places offer.

There is limited seating, so be prepared for a wait on a busy evening, but the servers are incredibly kind and accommodating.

The place is very small but super crowded! Fortunately, the wait is fast. Foods are great, the eel with rice is most popular, but size is smaller than expected compare to the picture. I highly recommend Barley Mac - a very high end restaurant with a large variety of great and popular dishes!

The general manager, Sam was very respectful, warming and polite.

The servers are very knowledgeable on their menu, and are sure to assist if you are unsure what you’re into that day.

The bar itself is one of the best bars I’ve been at in the DMV.

I have been here twice. The first time: I had chicken tenders and fries. Bro left the fries and I didn’t get enough sauce, but the food was great, I had chips and salsa and plenty of water and the waiter was actually cool. I ended up getting fries to go and they were quick.

The second time: I decided to try shrimp and grits for the first time. I had popcorn and water until I waited. I chose to eat outdoor this time, so I fed the birds popcorn. The shrimp and grits were great. It was more like shrimp, Ruben and grits. The staff is always respectful. I love conversations with them

From start to finish, the service and food were absolutely impeccable. I can't say enough about our server, John. He was so funny and entertaining, while also thoughtful and attentive.
For example, I love this cocktail called Paper plane, but it is not super well-known. We showed John the ingredients and he said "Oh yeah, we can do that". Then, he brings over the cocktail complete with a Paper plane on top and playing the song "Paper planes" on his phone. Next level service! Not to mention, the cocktail was the best Paper plane I ever had.

The fresh, warm bread was top-notch and our appetizer was incredible (got the strudel special). The eggplant/tomato salad exploded with flavor and was so good with the bread.

For entrees, I had one of the specials, salmon with lobster ravioli in a saffron cream sauce. It was so rich, flavorful, and just amazing... and such a value for the reasonable price. My husband had the beef wellington. When it came out, the presentation alone left us in awe. Such a beautiful dish. It was cooked perfectly and it was by far one of the most delicious meals he ever had. I had a couple bites and couldn't agree more.

Then... coffee and dessert. We had the strawberry shortcake. Best ever... and I've had a lot of strawberry shortcakes in my life. Had this fresh strawberry sauce that gave it some tart... all of the sauces in all of the dishes were phenomenal.

When we received the bill, we really thought it was such a great value with all that we ordered. Especially with the quality, taste and presentation of the top-level cuisine.

I do not typically write reviews, and certainly not ones that are this long, but felt compelled to. We had one of the best meals and experiences ever and Scutra is such a gem. We can't wait to go back. Thank you, Scutra! - Kacey and Jeff

Stopped by with a couple of friends for a casual late lunch couple of days ago and the food was amazing. Our server was very good and recommended drinks and appetizers that came out quickly. The mains came along quickly as well and were very good, burgers and sandwich were nice and juicy and the fries are just perfect! Ramen Quality: ★★★☆☆
As a ramen enthusiast who's been to Japan multiple times, I have high standards for ramen. The ramen at Hanabi Ramen is pretty good with a nice taste and good ramen texture. However, I must admit that the soup lacked the thickness I usually enjoy. It's flavorful, but not as rich as I'd like.

Tsukemen Delight: ★★★★☆
If you're a fan of tsukemen, you're in for a treat here. Hanabi Ramen's tsukemen is more on the salty side, but it's incredibly flavorful and definitely stands out compared to the ramen. But also not thick enough.🍲

Appetizer Extravaganza: ★★★★★
Now, let's talk about the appetizers! We ordered Takoyaki and karaage, and they were absolutely amazing. In fact, I'd go as far as saying that they are better than the ramen itself. Don't miss out on these delicious starters. 😋

Overall, Hanabi Ramen offers a satisfying ramen experience, especially if you're more into tsukemen or love indulging in mouthwatering appetizers. While the ramen soup could be thicker, the flavors and quality are still worth a visit. 👍

The server was kind but never really checked on us (luckily, we didn't need anything). I'm unsure if they offered free refills on pop or not because I only ever got the first glass. It was my birthday yesterday so I went here on my daughter's recommendation. It was my first time visiting a restaurant in the Balkan, so I was excited and looking forward to it. First of all, the bright and understated kindness of the staff was pleasant enough. Since all you can eat, I ordered tomato soup first. I was happy because the bowl was so pretty, but the soup was by far the best tomato soup I've ever had.
The food we ordered was served quickly and accurately, so it's a pity that we ate it all without taking a picture.
As my eldest daughter expressed, the food at this restaurant gives a warm feeling like a home. We all agreed. The food and staff (Mr. Michele) of this restaurant make it the number one restaurant in my life. I will definitely visit this place again and would like to say thank you. Every time food was served on my birthday, the food was so warm and delicious that it made me excited, so much so that I forgot everything and enjoyed it.

Decided to check this spot out for brunch. Waited for about 15 mins before a waitress approached. She was efficient but not very friendly so will chunk that up to the restaurant being busy. We both ordered the fried chicken sandwich and shared the French toast..food was pretty good. The passion fruit mojito was so good though and only 4 dollars.
I may return if I'm in the area but service could be improved.

This place is advertised as the “Ámbar Experience”, but don't be fooled; it's essentially the food equivalent of a Golden Corral.

Food: The quality of the food here is poor, though it tastes okay. It's a mix of a college dining hall and reheated Costco frozen meals. It's not terrible, but it's far from great. Most people don't visit restaurants for reheated food.

Service: Terrible. Our waitress seemed indifferent and somewhat rude. For instance, because the food took so long to arrive, we ended up ordering more out of hunger. Trying to get our waitress's attention was a challenge; it felt like she was intentionally ignoring us. When she finally came to our table, her attitude was a bit rude, and it seemed like she was judging us for ordering more. Additionally, as a non-drinker, I checked online to ensure that the brunch would offer a non-alcoholic option. To my surprise, the restaurant didn't provide one, even though their website claimed otherwise. It was confusing because the bill had separate charges for food and alcohol brunch, but the menu was unclear.

Final Thoughts: In today's economy, this place is not worth the money. The food quality is subpar, the service is terrible, and they need to clarify whether they offer a non-alcoholic brunch menu, as stated on their website. The DJ was amazing though.
Bff is the place to go for craft beer lovers. The food is exceptionally delicious and the prices are great. Awesome atmosphere, relaxing music, friendly faces. Staff is great

I've been going here regularly at least for the past year (would come about twice a week). The staff are AMAZING, especially the manager Felicia, the PSO Billy, Kim and the bartender Joe! BIG shout out to them!! They finally brought back some of their weekly specials as well

The Best in Rosslyn, for those who look for good food, live vibe, good crowd, and reasonable price! Tried Stake Salad and Peruvian Chicken (with side salad) and love both of them. The crowed was professional and it had a cool and live atmosphere. Will definitely come back to explore the menu!

Fantastic place for a bottomless food restaurant. Each dish was very unique and had lots of taste. Highly recommend going with friend because it's small dishes meant for sharing. The menu is very broad and diverse so even if you're vegetarian you'll have tons of options. Unfortunately if you're vegan though you're out of luck. Mostly everything has cheese. Overall 10/10 experience with a great ambiance to top it off.

My favorite burger place to go in Arlington Area.

I usually get their Good stuff burger - which basically is like a pizza in a burger from all the cheese and mushroom 😋

Price is pretty average for a burger - about $10-20 per person? (Depending on if you get combo meal or not)

First visit ever. Best fries I've had in a while. Cuban was excellent. Craft beer selection was okay. Service was very friendly but speed was erratic (drinks could have been taken care of more quickly; food delivery was great). Prices were slightly higher than expected, particularly on the beer (Maine Lunch price was highest I've ever seen). But overall, the experience was very good and we'd be happy to return in the future.
The President Obama Burger was great! The only reason Im giving this review a 4 is that the burger was a little smaller than expected. But I have to say this is the best burger I have had in DC this week. The first bite was a flavor I've never tasted on a burger its kind of hard to explain but It was so good. You have to try it.

First time in the city and at the tavern. I had the chicken la mesa which I thought was fried chicken salad. The chicken was undercooked a little for me but I ate some of it because I was hungry. It wasn't a breast but thigh meat, not a big problem. I hated the sour yogurt dressing and the artificial bacon bits! I just wasn't that impressed for $22. I'll try a burger next time.

This place has the potential to be awesome. However, it missed the mark a bit. I got the Brussels sprouts. They were ok...really tough and not a lot of flavor. They would be awesome if they had a sweet, spicy, smoky butter sauce. Goat cheese bruchetta was nice. The burger was not anything memorable. I was hoping for more. Cheesecake was yummy.
I really loved the burgers. I was a bit skeptical at first sight. I got the Prez burger. The full name is the Obama burger. I recommend it. Everyone in my family got a burger. Everyone seemed to like it. There fries taste like David's burger.
My native Thai dining companion says that it was all fantastic, although the satay was a little dry. Which is a damn fine endorsement. Oddly, wasn't as spicy as I'd hoped for, but that's often a local adaptation. Overall, very nice. The mango sweet sticky rice was fantastic. Who am I kidding? I'd drive here again to eat and grab some food to go from the adjoining market. If you like authentic Thai, then it's the real deal.

Thanks Amf staff we had a great time, we used the Friday night special and bowled all night for 30.00 per person
Good Stuff Eatery does just what you expect and does it well. Burger is incredible, fries and sauces are solid, and shake is the freshest I have ever had. Definitely recommend!

This is an amazing restaurant and bar in downtown Arlington. They have a full menu of American style food to choose from and a long list of draft and bottled beers. There is outside patio seating available which makes it handicap friendly. It is centrally located within walking distance from most major hotels in the area.
It is next door to the View of DC and closer enough to Theodore Roosevelt Island Park to take a quick walk, so it is good for people to dine here and see the local park.
We got steak sandwich and onion burger both were very good and would recommend. The desert was the bread pudding which was excellent and a must for first visit.
The staff was very friendly and the place was very clean.
It is themed as a sports bar which is not my favorite but the food is much better than expected.
Would highly recommend going here when in Rosslyn.
Great happy hour menu good food and ice cold drinks can you go there tell them Miami sent you.

A classic burger experience with lots of different options. My favorite is the Steakhouse Burger, but their classic Farm Burgers are also delicious. They have a great selection of condiments/dip bar (even a mango, Old Bay, and Chipotle sauces). This location has a nice outdoor dining area, but be prepared to know what to order ahead of time, since the menus are hard to see while waiting in line.
Enjoyed the whole vibe and set up of this AMF bowling alley. The employees were friendly. If you dont come during their special deal times you will be paying per game per person. So for two people and for 3 games we ended up paying 38 dollars. Luckily, we had our own shoes. Will definitely have to come back during their special deals time so I can have more time to enjoy bowling.

Went here on a Friday for an early dinner. Happy our pricing was good. I’m from the Midwest so critical of any pizza. Overall a good thin crust slice. Apps were delicious. Nice selection of ciders and beer. I appreciate the causal vibe.

Celebrated with family at this marvelous restaurant. The seafood-themed appetizers we ordered were savory and fresh. The meat entrées had robust and nuanced flavors. Everything was nicely presented and our waitress, very cheerful and helpful. Great place.

We found Town Tavern online when looking for a place to meet a friend visiting home from California. This place was between our homes and fit the criteria (full bar, diverse selection of food)

As you enter the restaurant it is open and welcoming. Our server, Clenilson D was personable and knowledgable with the questions we asked.
We started with drinks and an order of fries while we decided on lunch. The fries were insane. They were hand-cut, cooked to perfection and seasoned with the right amount of salt. The malt vinegar elevated them to the next level.
For our meal we each ordered a burger. I ordered the bacon cheddar burger, while my husband and friend each ordered the Tavern Burger. The burgers were excellent and highly satisfying.
We finished our meal with a cappuccino, which was also excellent.

We planned on leaving, but decided to stop at the bar and have 1 more drink. The bartender, I think her name was Aubrey, was friendly and helpful as we tried to decide on what to order for shots. After her description of the Peppermint Martini we ordered those. They were rimmed in crushed candy cane and had a mini candy cane on the side. They made me feel like we were in a Christmas movie. Probably a Lifetime Christmas movie because Hallmark isn't big on alcohol drinks.

This will be our go to for our annual Christmas lunch with our friend and we may even go down during the year.

Merry Christmas and thank you for the great meal and drinks.
Cool place in Rosslyn. Really recommended. Food, service and atmosphere. Exciting and varied menu with an ok price level.

Brussels & Blue ($11)
Tasty dish, with both sweet, crunchy and spicy elements. Large dish so suitable for sharing.

Bacon Blue Burger ($16)
One of the best burgers I've ever eaten! Incredibly juicy and good tasting! I'm not usually a big blue cheese fan, but this was absolutely fantastic. The fries were thin, well seasoned and nice and crunchy.

Roadhouse chicken
Wow what a salad. Doesn't get much better than this. Juicy and good chicken in a good and varied salad with a very good dressing. Could easily have ordered this again!
Great friendly vibe in the outside area , quieter inside for private conversation. Menu was extensive as Carlos our waiter was attentive and efficient. Bruschetta was great . My friends ordered lamb rack which was huge , shrimp and andouille pasta , monkfish and I had lobster fritters with a salad beautifully presented. Great night we all thoroughly enjoyed the food etc but the very loud annoying drunk woman at a nearby table was a little annoying. Should have been handled quietly by the Restaurant rather then raining on 50 peoples dinners. We ordered a cone of silence for her ! We will be back though !

Great burger prepared and served perfectly as ordered medium rare, no bun. Cheese balls and pastrami sammich also delicious. Now about the service... It was great, Jamie Lynn took good care of us, as us 2 San Diego residents explore New England and enjoyed a great dining experience.
❗ Escargot DELICIOUS! So flavorful with fresh herbs, philo dough and great texture!
Warm brie, very creamy and light.
The biggest lamb shanks we've ever seen!
Steak was on point and the white chocolate bread pudding was also amazing. Staff was attentive, fast and super friendly.

We had dinner at outside table. Feels more social distanced somehow. (Actually indoor dining is same because windows are all wide open). Food is tasty but feels very high calories, definitely can add up to your “winter layer”😆 chicken wings and burger are great! I ordered “Paneed Chicken”. Slightly sour flavor which reduced a lot of heavy gravy taste. Great combination with some cooked kale underneath and fried “cloudy” dough around the whole plate. (This is definitely a satisfying dish if you’re super hungry!)
BFF Asian cuisine was really good sushi and not crazy expensive. The menu variety of rolls and dishes is great. Drinks were decent too. Service was good except there were a lot of weird unmasked men leaning really close on the bar to us and kept coming up to order lol. But it's a bar so to be expected probably. Just not the most comfortable during these Covid times.

Nothing about this place disappointed us! Amazing wine and cocktails, great food! Their Halibut in the July special was the best! Add a crispy chicken sandwich and stuff shrimp peppers to it and you get a perfect rainy summer evening.

This is one of my favorite places to eat in Crystal City. Their burgers are solid, but I always go for their Caesar salad. Their herbed fries are really tasty, and their ketchup mayonnaise dipping bar is fantastic. Go on your birthday and you get a free milkshake.
Was able to get in during lunch time quickly. Ordered the sampler plate and beef bird's nest noodles. Sampler was very tasty and the beef bird's nest noodles were even better. Serving size was just right. Very fast service and great staff. Will be returning for Sushi soon
Still a great venue during COVID.
Buffalo Wings & Rings was an unexpected surprise. Their wings and rings were delicious! They give Wingstop a run for their money, except for the ranch dressing. It comes in at a close second. The service started off a little "not good", but for whatever reason, it improved towards the end. Our server seemed more attentive to his other to tables. So much so, he sent two other servers to assist us several times. Until we ordered a couple of shots, then his mood increased. He's lucky the food was fantastic, or we would have left.
Great location! I love rio mambo, every time I go I have a good time with good food and drinks! We always come like 10 people and there is always room to sit, we don’t have to wait! The environment is great and the prices are super fair. They are always running very great deals specially during happy hour, in both food and drinks, and if you are sitting in the bar area you get $.99 cents snacks (see pictures). The servers are a little bit slow but super friendly!!
Our family had do much fun!! Even the smaller kiddos enjoyed themselves!! Staff is wonderful, was very helpful at getting our group set up. Would definitely recommend visiting here!! We will be returning next year for our Family Reunion in Texas!!!

My favorite spot in Arlington. I work in a kitchen and don't like to cook on my day off. Nice wholesome food with lots of healthier options although I usually go for the comfort food. Nobody else does good mashed potatoes anymore.
This is a good, pretty inexpensive European-style bistro, with a decent beer and wine selection and a good selection of light plates. The outdoor dining area is very pleasant when the weather is right, and is mostly shaded by the tall buildings surrounding the area and is also lined by small trees. The indoor seating used to be a bit problematic: you'd end up smelling like the food because the seating area was so small! They've moved to a larger space now, so I doubt that's a problem. The service is generally good and helpful, although I had to remind them to bring my draft beer the last time I went.

I didn't try these myself, but the menu has a fair number of European dishes that aren't that common here: frog legs, snails, duck and so on. My dining companion tried these and liked them very much. The pictures shown are of deviled eggs, baked brie, potato gnocchi, duck strudel, escargot, and frog legs.
