Perfect place, excellent service, close to the centre

Comimos hamburguesa mejicana y bocadillo de lomo con beicon, pimientos y queso y una ración de patatas. Todo super rico. Además llovía e íbamos con la perra y nos dieron opciones para poder comer allí con ella. Todo de 10
El pasado fin de semana estuve en el bar ya que hubo una exhibicion de coches. Tras pedir algo para consumir, el trato de la camarera fue un tanto arisco y desagradable. Los baños estan sucios y con mal olor, faltos de higiene. La barra bastante sucia y no lo limpiaba mucho. Al pedir un pintxo estaba frio y no bueno. Comida precocinada y de mala calidad y el servicio malo por no decir horrible.

Of all the areas at the airport ,this is the most cozy to get a good coffee, and quick food to sit or take away. People that woris there were helpful, fast and treat customer right like it should be. lots of space to sit comfortably and have some charging point everywhere and the cafe workers or owner would not hurry you up. So for me its was a good experienced being in Bilbao .

No esperaba encontrar una franquicia en un aeropuerto donde poder comer productos de tanta calidad.
Hemos comido unos bocadillos que estaban recien hechos, es decir, los han hecho al momento y no como en otros lugares que ya los tienen preparados.
Pan crujiente y calentito, al bocata le untan tomate y añaden aceite. El mio era de lomo y estaba riquísimo. El de mi amigo de jamón (era paletilla ibérica en realidad) y brie (con el queso medio fundido). Solo recordarlo me entra el hambre.
El servicio muy amable y rápido. Me ha sorprendido ver que solo había un camarero y a ratos veía salir una cocinera, entre los dos llevaban el local 🧐. La terraza es grande y siempre que podían el camarero o la cocinera salían a recoger las mesas o limpiar el lugar. Personal muy profesionalizado.
Sin duda un lugar que recomiendo.

Very nice chicken salad.
Truthfully the food was good and the portions were amazing even though my drink was only filled halfway up. The real issue lies with the workers. They are rude, take forever ever to fulfil your order (as a result of this the line was halfway down the airport, I've seen boarding qués that are shorter) and the restaurant itself was filthy, unhygienic and unsuitable to consume food in as the workers don't even bother to clean the tables. Also, we were travelling with a celiac and there was no gluten free options available and they were forced to pretty much starve (in saying that Bilbao airport as a whole shares this issue as there were no alternatives so the blame doesn't exclusively lie with burger king to be fair). I am a huge fan of burger king and this has not changed my opinion of the company as the issue lies with the workers and not the company. Please sort this out.
Pasamos a ver si podíamos comer por la hora que era y no fue posible. Se ve bien para tomar algo. El ambiente cuando entre no es de Mía favoritos. Pero esto es a gusto del consumidor. Pero bebería algo sin más.
Food like always, just Burger King. But I was harassed 3 times while eating to leave a review. I wasn’t going to, but I’m leaving a two star review for the annoying representative of the review committee, that was full of assumptions of who I am based on what I look like. Leave me alone. I’m eating. Thank you.

Not your average BK burger. This was a great burger :)
The food was alright. The whopper I got was a bit dry. It’s a decent option compared to the normal airport places and prices. I wish the bacon was crispy on the fries but it was a bit soggy. Overall it wasn’t too bad for fast food

Tostada was probably heated in the microwave...after2 mins it was chewing gum . Not much alternative made this place my alternative. Staff is nice, though! 😂
Love it! The restaurant has such a nice environment and the decor is traditional and yet pretty, the food is pure and delicious. Don’t miss it if you ever come to Bilbao or traveling across Biskaia!
Excellent Burger King. Great selection on the menu. The Mediterranean burger was perfection, the meat was lovely and juicy. The staff were very helpful and friendly and offered to make my ice cream fresh after I had eaten my meal. Facility was clean and ordering was very quick. Onion rings were a small bit under cooked.
Very good Basque restaurant. The menu is always excellent. Both fish and meat are good choices, therefore the tasting menu with half dish is both is a really good option to taste more dishes. Also excellent desserts and selection of wines

Thanks to covid, most restaurants have been closed on the airport, giving this place a virtual monopoly.

Very nice restaurant, settled in a historic house. Service was superb, with large tables (you will not feel squeezed or rushed in this place), paired with great food. Had pate - would highly recommend; steak was done just right (high quality meat), and deserts very just the right finish to the meal. There is ample space outside, so if you are visiting during warmer months, you can enjoy dining under the stars. Must visit if you come to Bilbao.

No le pongo 6 estrellas porque no puedo, no se puede pedir mas, personal super amable y atento, y eso que llegamos a la hora del cierre, comida casera, pero casera de verdad, superbuenisimo todo, raciones generosas y encima el precio ridículamente barato. Los que han puesto comentarios de 4 y 3 estrellas no se que diantres quieren para poner 5 estrellas, dibujos con salsa en los platos con raciones ridículas?????

Place is wonderful. It is very close to the airport and has a unique and rustic atmosphere. Food is good. The only negative comment I could have is service. We were a large group, served by many waitresses and all were quite indiligent and careless.
A good place for a coffee, beer, or a snack. Of course you will pay airport prices, for example a chorizo baguette plus 2 cups of coffee cost 7€. The service was fast and friendly. There are also charging points where you can charge your device while enjoying a coffee.
Amazing place, perfect since the minimum details, the food was wonderful, I can say that one of the best I have tasted in Spain. The service was excellent, attentive and careful. Would recommend without reminiscent!
Very good meal at this airport ! Nice fish and desert.
Last sunday, we ordered two of the 'beef and sweet potato' dishes, as described on the card next to a sample of the dish, at the counter. What I received contained no 'sweet potato' and was not something that we would have chosen for our two young children. When I very politely explained this to the lady who served me, she quickly moved the card from its current location on the counter, to a new position, next to another dish. She then told me it was impossible to now receive the correct dish, or a refund. She checked with her manager, who agreed with her. I left the two meals with the waitress, uneaten. After a hugely enjoyable two weeks enjoying great food and service in the Basque Country, this left us frustrated, out of pocket and our two young boys hungry. What a shame.
I was treated disrespectfully by one of the staff ( badge nr 21 ) after ordering food in english. I felt very discriminated when he told me no english...and that we were in HIS country and he doesn't have to speak in English.

Leider war das Lokal ziemlich voll und alle stellen sich nicht wirklich diszipliniert an der Theke an. Das Restaurant ist ein Selbstbedienungslokal mit typischen Spanischen Snacks. Trotzdem hat das Bocadillo mit Käse und Schinken zu dem frischen Bier gut geschmeckt. Alles ist frisch zubereitet.
