Such a disappointment at Which Wich. The place was dead silent with a really sad, uncomfortable vibe. The staff just stared at me the whole time, which was super weird. When I went to order, instead of talking, they just pointed at the ordering slips, where you mark off what you want—only for them to enter it into the system anyway. What was the point of that unnecessary song and dance? On top of that, the place had a horrible smell that just didn’t go away. While the sandwich and fries were actually pretty good, the drink tasted awful, like straight-up microplastics. Overall, not worth the experience. Two stars.
Stopped coming here. Simply put, the service was terrible every single time I came to get lunch. Sad to see a good business go down the drain because of its personnel.

What a disaster and bad, bad vibes. One person only — working on a busy weekend night that doesn’t clearly comprehend English and is being worked at a level that no human could maintain. Where is the team to help them? Rather savage circumstances as this person was clearly struggling. Not only did they get my order wrong, after discovering it wasn’t right, I had to stand in line again—only much longer a second time—just to have them make a redo. I won’t return. I’m now avoiding all Subway shops because it’s obvious they don’t care about their overworked employees.

It took a while to get my food. The restaurant wasn't packed. The employees were friendly and the food was good.
We love this place great fajitas service, just a all around five star❤️
We pre-ordered a catering order for our office lunch. About 20 sandwhich boxes. The delivery got here around 9:30am instead of 11:30am like we asked. It was apparent that the sandwiches were not prepared fresh. They had to have made them the day before. The bread for all of them was borderline frozen cold and stale and the lettuce and tomoatoes on all of them were soggy. Literal prison sandwiches. We will not order catering from them again.
Food was delicious however the portions did not meet the price , we usually go to Hacienda ranch same prices with bigger portions . Drinks were served kinda slow .
Ordered food, only recieved half my order. They were "Fish n' chips" and turkey club. The fish n' chips was dry with only (I counted) 5 salt and vinegar chips on the sandwich, that is a joke. The turkey club took the food quality to a new low for me, and I'm not kidding. Bacon bits are VERY cheap form of getting bacon. Anyone with food experience certainly knows this. Jimmy johns, potbelly, jersey mikes, EVEN subway use bacon slices with quality varying on opinion. But this is the first and only sandwich shop I've seen that uses cheap bacon bits and charges premium price for such. That alone is enough for me to advently avoid this place as there is very clearly and effectively MUCH better options. I did not dine in, though. It does not make a difference as the quality of the ingredients doesn't change.
Me and 2 of my staff come in to eat at the bar so we can get faster service. But we had to ask for everything. It took 30 minutes for the order. The food was maybe 3 star. The bartender took forever and I asked for my 3 drinks 3 different times I we got the bill. It was $97. I tipped $15. I left my staff. Heard the bartender say oh, he only tipped $15. Spokennoise after I left so our service was one star Wasn't worthy of leaving a tip? But I normally tip 20%. I just knocked 5% off, but her one star. Service was not worth it very poor bartender. She was busy, but she didn't look up time to make eye contact with any customer. She just ignored us, made her drinks very poor service, very poor attitude. She didn't appreciate fifteen dollars. She's lucky she didn't get a zerobeing aware I worth a5 star tip she was not a good bartender. I will not go back.

Wasted my money. Tried to spell with a manager. They said its impossible because they are in Florida? So this job doesn't haven't have an assistant manager or anyone else who can handle any upscale problem. Wasted $12 on lunch here and asked for a refund and the ladies tried to rush me out as if they didn't wanna get in trouble with their boss. Bad service here. Stay away. Save your money.

I recently visited Subway and had a mixed experience. The workers are cool and friendly, but the place has an off-putting smell, at least in my opinion. The food was just okay, nothing extraordinary, but still a solid Subway experience, which can be hard to find. Overall, I'd give it three stars.

The employees here are nice but the last few times I have been there has been a big language barrier. It is a struggle to order and wait time can be long because of it. Also the last time I ordered a turkey sandwich there were random bits of tuna in it which just about ruined the whole sandwich.

Despite clearly specifying no onions as I’m allergic in my online order, both sandwiches I received were loaded with onions. This mistake could have led to a serious allergic reaction, potentially requiring hospitalization.

Not only did Subway jeopardize my health and safety, but the lack of proper customer service channels exacerbated the situation. There was no way to contact the store immediately to rectify the mistake, leaving me stranded and hungry for the night. This is completely unacceptable.

I demand a full refund for my order, as I was unable to consume the food due to Subway's negligence. It is outrageous that a simple request regarding a life-threatening allergy was completely disregarded. This level of incompetence and indifference towards customer health and safety is appalling.

I’m going to visit the store tomorrow again let’s see what they have to say.
I don’t know who the franchisee is but this place has been moving down in food quality. My sandwiches were cold and not toasted, the two associates were focused more on their cellphones than making orders correctly.
My review of Lupe.

I had the Enchiladas con salsa verde.
Food was good, but still had something’s to desire, like more lime, more sour cream, and a bit more spice.

Chips and salsa was good!

Would I go back?
Maybe.

The price, 14 dollars for enchiladas and rice at the lunch menu is definitely a bit prices for the food.

But flavors good and service was good.
Overview: 4 stars by the time we walked out the door.

Our experience started going direction of 2-3 stars, with food and service problems, but server turned it around and manager FULLY redeemed the overall experience.

Details:
My daughter and I were spending our last night of a quick vacation to Dallas by grabbing dinner at Lupe's. She ordered a very basic burrito, and at the recommendation of the server I ordered one of the house specialties: 1/2 lb. meat trio fajita platter (steak, chicken, and shrimp) and recommended house made flour tortillas.

Chips and salsa were good. Charro beans were an extra plus. My daughter had this oddity where the server kept ignoring her drink - a glass of water that she had gotten from the bar prior to sitting down. She wasn't asked for a drink to my recollection and then wasn't asked/given any refills until we asked after the entrees arrived.

For entrees, my daughter really enjoyed her burrito and rice/beans. The burrito was reasonably sized, maybe a little smaller than a Chipotle burrito. She asked for a number of things left out and a few things on the side. They hit about 80% of that ask. She is a bit particular on what she eats and was still good with what was in the burrito. She was a huge fan of the flavor. Big win!

My fajitas were not as beloved. Considering it was a $24 fajita plate and a signature dish, I had some high hopes. The shrimp was pretty good. The beef and chicken, not so much. I had two slices of beef that had good flavor. The rest were overcooked, some with a flaky metallic sheen. The chicken was all overcooked and chewy.

Note: the meat platter photo was taken after a few shrimp were eaten.

Disappointment didn't stop with the meat. The plate really fell flat with its fajita veggies. It arrived with only a small spoonful of sautéed onions, two slices of excessively charred jalapenos, and one mini grilled red pepper.

While the side of guac and shredded cheese were fine. The pico de gallo was flavorless and contained reddish/whitish chunks that were hard to distinguish between tomatoes and onions (in flavor and color).

Disappointment moved to confusion when it came to the house made flour tortillas. The plate came with 4x 12-inch house made flour tortillas. These were the same tortillas used for my daughter's burrito. I now have 4x giant 12-inch tortillas and one tiny plate of fajitas. You would think that a place known for house made tortillas and house specialty fajitas, would have coordinated around making 6" tortillas sized for their fajitas instead of only 12" tortillas used for everything.

When eating my first fajita, not surprisingly I found I was eating more tortilla than anything else. It didn't take long for me to eat all the food from the plate that I found appealing, and still find about half the plate full of food.

Soon after, I asked our server for the bill and a to-go box for my daughter. The server asked if there were issues with my plate. I told her the truth about my meat being overcooked and chewy. I said it wasn't a big deal, we'd just get the check and go. To her credit, she alerted the manager who came over immediately.

I was okay leaving and being a little irked that my $24 plate of fajitas was lousy. I explained the situation and the manager was great in listening. But the manager wanted to make sure she made the situation right - which I really applaud her for. She started by indicating that she was going to take it off my bill, which was wonderful. She also went out of her way to make additional offers including cooking another one up for me there and sending me home with another for later - which I both declined as I was full, and we were flying out the next day. Her offers were greatly appreciated though. It spoke to her customer service and care.

At the end of the experience, the way the situation was handled by manager and server left both my daughter and I thrilled. I may not have loved how it started, but I did love the overall experience!
Don't waste your time or money. This place is disgusting. Looks like they never clean the place. Dark and gloomy in there. We thought it was closed. Nobody was there. Just two women working. Not friendly. There are so many better sub places. Go to Jersey Mike's or Firehouse subs! Don't come here. I would never recommend. Subs have no taste either. Don't even know why we came here. Lol.
Oh and they are very schemey, you ask for certain toppings in your sandwich and they charge you for it but you don't get what you wanted. So make sure you check your order!
We were all very happy with our visit last night and can't wait to return. The theming and ambiance is 100% on point. I love the mix textured faux walls, the lighting choices - everything. I only got a few really crappy pictures but plan to take more the next time we go. The food was excellent. When they bring your chips and salsa, you also get beans that are AMAZING. One downside was the limited choices on grilled veggies to sub the rice and beans (for a low carb diet) but my poblano chicken entree was WONDERFUL. The kids menu includes a small blue bell ice cream cup (vanilla or chocolate) with purchase which was great for enticing our 4 year old to finish his food and his portion size of mac and cheese was perfect for him. He ate every bite. The boys also got the ice cream taco and shared it, it was huge and they said it was delicious. We will be back!
I fell in love with this place as soon as I enter the restaurant, the old rustic decorations caught my attention it just awesome.
The server also was great Kathryn if I don't misspelled her name she was so attentive and give me a good recommendation with fajitas.
I will definitely come back to try breakfast.
2 bars, 2 ambients...
Service was really really fast. The food was just perfect, in size, flavor and temperature.
The bartender was cordial and very professional. Really recommend.
(They have several of sake options and good whisky).
Ok, Yummm!😍 Love the lighting & atmosphere spacious, tall ceilings warm colors. Nice bar area & eating area.
My waitress Lily Barnett & yes I asked her name.
She was so sweet & recommended some great drinks. Just to my taste!

Great to hang out with friends &/or dates.
I loved the atmosphere & I went alone...
I will be back for sure

We enjoyed our meal and the staff was wonderful. Amazing location for a fun night. Celebrated my son's 16th birthday. Great menu for everyone, even non-sushi people.
Second time here in last three days. The sushi is excellent. Highly recommend the Viva Las Vegas roll and if you are wanting something spicy the Yellow Tail Chili Ponzu roll is a great choice. Mango margarita was ok but not remarkable. Strawberry margarita is wonderful. Also recommend the filet minion hibachi.
I went for dinner during happy hour and the food was amazing. The sushi is super fresh and the drinks are delicious. The desserts were also incredible. Our server was Jewel who was very attentive and very sweet. She made our experience very enjoyable.
My group of coworkers and I came for a semi-spontaneous happy hour this evening. We were admittedly a rambunctious group, and alllll over the place with our different orders, but Anna took care of us like an absolute pro. So sweet and prompt! The food is always phenomenal too; I went to the RA in Austin when I lived there all the time and this location absolutely lived up to expectations. 6 out of 5 stars. :)
Usually go on a date night and things are great. Went once during lunch on my own to use my birthday coupon because you can only use it from Monday-Thursday. And waited for 10mins with no service. Then, I had to go to the hostess and ask her to take my order. 5mins later she came out with water, and I asked for the check. It was terrible service, very different from me going as a group. Update: took away another star after my review was obviously ignored. And was told by the owner "glad you had a great time". I'm not sure where waiting for 10 mins for service counts as a great time.
We went here on Friday during lunch time. The service was so attentive, pleasant and fast. We got our drinks and chips and salsa. Their chips are the best I've had. I can't think of anything that was negative. Our meals were delicious. Will definitely come back for more.
Very mixed feelings about our experience here. The atmosphere was very nicely decorated and lit… but the music felt very out of place.
Some of the service seemed great, but our waiter was bad and made the experience not so great. He was not understandable to communicate with and we ended up with salad and soup charges that we wouldn’t have ordered if we thought they weren’t a part of the meal. My husband was brought a completely wrong entree, but we told them it was corrected. My entree was correct - I had the Capricciosa pizza and it came out with no Prosciutto (the whole reason I wanted that pizza). The pizza itself was a mix of being way to crispy for my liking and partially chewy/soggy in some spots. Low quality cheese and nothing special. The bruschetta we ordered was just okay.
However, we ordered a cocktail that was very good and the clam chowder was also phenomenal!
It looked like there were potentially some other good things on the menu, but at too high of prices.

Service was quick and the food was good. I had the Hawaiian Bowl and it was good but didn't stand out compared to poke places
This was an impulse visit to a new place. The food was ok. For their prices I really expected more. Had the almost $9 gyro. Arby's gives you more meat. Paid $4 for the Greek potatoes which turned out to be 4 small potato wedges that were a bit dry but ok. The dolmades were very dry and underwhelming. The sauce that came with them was not.. good. Ate the baklava but it was ok at best, a bit boring. We paid for 2, around $45. Left still hungry.

This location is not as good as the location on Greenville avenue. However, it’s still good on occasion! On this trip, I noticed the chicken was precooked and they only heated it up on the hibachi grill. Unfortunately, because of this, my chicken was very dry. Additionally, the red sauce tastes completely different than the red sauce at the other location (it is better there).

I appreciate the price and how quick it is to order and go. I also appreciate that it’s a relatively healthy meal.

I will continue to come to this location for lunch because it is close to my office, but I’m glad I live near the other location for dinner.
This was my first time here and it was soooo good. 2 waiters took care of my table which I thought was cool because if one person is busy the other can still tend to my table. We got there during happy hour (3-7 on Saturday’s) and tried 6 different things I think but it was all good. We even had coconut crème brûlée and omg super tasty. The drinks were cute and delicious. I will definitely be back
First and last time I ever walk into this place. I was the only customer. That should have been my first clue. I ordered a “large” (10.5”) turkey sandwich and was given a piece of cardboard … and a crayon … to indicate what I wanted on my sandwich. After I selected several toppings (veggies, Dijon mustard, oregano, hummus, etc.) they were quick to point out the ingredients I had checked which they were out of. No hummus. No spinach. I took lettuce instead. They must have been out of Dijon, too, because they put some nasty yellow mustard on it which, had I known, I would have prevented. There was hardly any meat and scraps of veggies. Lots of cheap mustard, though! A ten and half inch turkey sandwich and a medium iced tea cost me seventeen dollars. And this was NOT a Jersey Mike’s or a Firehouse sub. It was like a school cafeteria sub. See photo. Nope. Not for me. Like I said, the place was empty at rush hour. Do better.
Went to Antonio Restaurante last night with a friend was impressed with food and service . My favorite part was tiramisu dessert and Mama Mia drink.
Just what I needed for a light lunch. Left the chipotle next door and came here. I grabbed the chicken bowl with mixed veggies, rice and grilled chicken. So fresh!
Atmosphere was great, so much attention to detail and clean.
Totally forgot the pics… will grab some good ones next time. Great spot!

The food was good almost great. It was our anniversary and the service was fantastic, Kayla was top notch and got them to add a special message on the desert. Atmosphere is nice and cozy, slightly on the cold side. Although the food was slightly pricey I would visit again if I were in the area
I ordered two regular pepsi drinks, not only I received cherry pepsi, but once I opened the container there was a peice of receipt in each of them! This is a food safety issue and I literally could sue them! If I could I would gove them -5 starts! Shame on you!

I came across this restaurant on the nextdoor app where it had very good reviews. I am more a cheap guy than the one who goes to restaurants often. But, since it was our wedding anniversary, I wanted to go to a place that had such good reviews.
The restaurant lived upto all expectations set by everyone. Service from Moe was very good. He explained all their specials. Although I couldn't gather all of it but he was patient enought to repeat them more than once. The food was very good. We liked everything we tried.
Everything was cooked to perfection. Apart from the outstanding table bread with seasoned Olive oil, we tried 'Salsiccia Con Mozzarella', 'Costoletta Di Maiale All' Agrodolce' and another dish - I cannot recollect its name - It is one with perfectly grilled sword fish topping probably a Fettucine with Marinara Sauce. We had a Zingari wine and a Bellini coctail for drinks. The complimentary dessert for the occassion, a Tiramisu was awesome. And none was very expensive. They are well worth the price.
Also we liked the complimentary Valet service. In all, we loved the the place. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.
Tried Little Greek for the first time through catering. We had the gyro and chicken wraps. We all thought that the food was really delicious. The pita was puffy and yummy and was the perfect vehicle for all the ingredients wrapped inside. Everything was packed neatly. Would definitely be down to get Little Greek for catering again.
Gotten food here a few times. They are super fast, let you customize, and the baklava is a "must" add on. I like the online ordering option too. It is not necessarily the best ever Greek food I've had, but I have enjoyed everything I've had on the menu, and if you need it quick, this is the place.

I stumbled upon this place one night and listen I’m glad I did. They had really good food. I was surprised they had beef ribs and they were so good and well seasoned. I wish they have given more meat but I’ll be back.

Food is good but portion size is not worth the money. I’ve been to other gyro places with better quality and you’ll get more for your money. I ordered two falafel plates for about $28 but should have been no more than $15 for the portion size they give (including both plates). Also the falafel taste like its freezer food that comes already prepared and then fried in store. I personally prefer the taste of freshly made falafel. But that’s personal preference that may be helpful to someone like me.

Just for reference I only took a bite of the falafel in the pic but did not eat anything else because i wanted to share the small portion size for this plate. Rice is barely there…

I got the stuffed jalapeños, seaweed salad and chicken with half veggies and half rice. It was delicious but I wish it had more veggies and less rice. Will definitely return next time I’m in the are!
This is the salad I got for $11 plus tax!!! This is crazy. Mostly olives and 1 scoop of potato salad. This is a scam.

Spoke to the manager about this and he sounded like he didn’t care. Zero customer service at this place. Never coming here again. You can get a better salad for less money and better customer service at chick-fil-a.

Got the shrimp and rice combo. The shrimp was definitely good. Overall all, ehhh. Service wasn’t the best either. Walked in, (wasn’t busy at all), but person at the register wasn’t the friendliest; wasn’t rude either, but could tell they weren’t happy. I stood at the counter awkwardly after I ordered because I wasn’t sure what to do next afterwards. I did tell the person taking my order that it was my first time so I needed a bit more time with the menu, but yeaaaaaaa, I don’t think I’ll be going back nor recommend(but hey just because it’s not for me, doesn’t mean it won’t be for you).
Not to mention, once I asked for a water cup, I had to ask where everything was and again, not the best response when I asked.
Always love coming here.

Skip the focaccia... Pictured here because we ordered it for the first time. Their table bread is tasty and goes so nicely with the seasoned olive oil!

Each of the entrees taste distinctly different which is nice. Sometimes I feel American-Italian restaurants get away with one white sauce and one red sauce... NOT Antonio's!

I love their carbonara, tortellini, ravioli and risotto! Of course you can't go wrong with dessert. Pictured here is the mascarpone cheesecake and traditional tiramisu.

I got the shrimp/chicken combo w/ noodles and thought the noodles were really good. The shrimp/chicken was fine as well. I got the sweet/spicy chicken as a side and didn’t really like it. I thought the chicken would be crispy but it wasn’t and the sauce didn’t wow me either. That being said, I thought the main combo was great, but chicken needed some more work.

Also they have veggie patties🥰😍,
MY sandwich was very delicious, and fresh. I ordered the footlong, veggie patty sandwich on white bread, with American cheese, lettuce spinach, tomatoes, red onion, banana peppers, bellpeppers, pickles.
I definitely recommend 👌 ❤

We went here to grab some quick dinner and the food was AMAZING!!! Really tasty 😋

The portion is huge. I can only finish half of the box at a time. The seasoning is great!

They have lots of tables inside and the decorations are nice. If you take a picture with the car on the wall, you will receive a free appetizer.

Staffs are super duper friendly 👍 Service is very fast as well

Loved the food and ambience. Very authentic Italian taste. Perfect place for a date night. Appropriate price for a fine dining restaurant. I love their herbs with olive oil, it tastes amazing. Ravioli sauce was very unique. Even the bruschetta was very different than the ones I have had at other places.

Great wine selection, amazing food and service. I've never felt so welcomed at any restaurant in the area as I did here! I ordered to the Eggplant Parmesan-- amazing! The bruschetta was presented beautifully and was delicious! Every meal delivered to our table claimed the praise from our entire group. The chef, Antonio himself, stopped at every table during dinner to ask about dinner and service! Blew my mind, how classy! A definite stop if in the area!
My family and I really loved this place. We had two pita sandwiches that were delicious and overfilled with ingredients. I had a Greek salad and the rice with veggies. I really enjoyed the salad; it was fresh and tasty with ingredients like beets and potatoes. The rice had a delicious seasoning and it went so well with the grilled veggies. The size portions are large and the price is super fair for the food. The only thing I didn't enjoy because it didn't taste fresh was the baklava. Nevertheless, I still feel we had a great dinner!
