Our cashier was rude, when we went to add to our order she responded annoyed and made a face and moved her hands in a turning motion. once we received our burgers they were not fully wrapped and had no numbers were left. when we asked how we would know the burgers she responded “what do you want me to do?” she was very rude and had made faces at us multiple times she even laughed in my face when i pointed out the issue. when she went to change the garbage she did not change her gloves and then went to make our food. literally disgusting.

It was my first time there the burger and fries were amazing way too many fries to be updated but fantastic meal would recommend over and over again

Juicy tasty double patty burgers with lots of toppings for free. You taste REAL BEEF !!!! French fries are delicious and done well(you get A LOT so we share a large for our family)...not greasy. The peanut butter and strawberry milkshakes top everything off perfectly. The staff is very polite...great place for families, or if you want a great burger 🍔 and fries 🍟

It's a hit or miss sometimes. Depending on who makes your poutine, that one spoon of gravy is not always the same amount or even with the cheese. At time a get a really dry poutine. Not very enjoyable. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

Classic Place d'Orléans food court option. You can't go wrong with any of their poutines.

Reason for the star is they suck at Skip a dish, my suggestion GET RID OF IT!!!! you always cancel my order and the money gets stuck in skip! i hate you just for that!!

The food is great but I was really disappointed that they didn’t wear gloves. The person making my food thought it was to eat there so it was overfull with fries which I appreciate but when I mentioned it was to go she used her bare hands to shove all the fries in to the box… I don’t know where the associates hands have been…just grossed me out!

Burger was nice and juicy but the fries were a bit too greasy for my liking. Note that the fries are cooked in refined peanut oil and their allergen information also indicates the milkshakes may contain peanut proteins.

Always good for a fast poutine. Obviously not as authentic as some other places but for a franchise it's nice and well located inside the mall.

First timer! Had Little bacon cheeseburger and regular fries. So happy it was Coke. Burger was delicious and juicy. Very fresh ingredients. Fries cooked just right and overly generous amount. A little pricey so it would be treat to me. Oh and grabbed a handful of peanuts to crunch whole waiting for order to be ready. Only disappointing thing is potatoes are Idaho...we're in Canada with PEI taters available.

The staff here is always so friendly with smiles on their faces. There is a great atmosphere here, and even better burgers — cooked well done and still so juicy! Their Boardwalk style fries are always cooked to perfection with a perfect amount of salt with an extra scoop of fries to satisfy the cravings.

Their fries are some of the best tasting, most perfectly cooked fries I've ever tried but the burger was lacking big time in flavor and juiciness.

I got the bacon burger with pretty much all the toppings and overall it was good but the patties were slightly dry and had no flavor in the meat whatsoever and was accompanied by a soggy bun. As I ate I looked around and read the customer quotes they had posted around the restaurant talking about their burgers being the juiciest and most flavorful, which made me start to wonder if we had ate the same thing! The peanuts were an awesome addition and the restaurant had a chill vibe.
