How do you let a player continue to play in a game who threw punches at the other team and caused a whole commotion. That should be grounds for ejection period!!!!!! This organization is awful! Do better!

Horrible. Raciest. Treated our team unfair.

Refs are really horrible sometimes, noticeable bias in these high level games. But there are some refs that pretty good.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! $120 Gets You A T-Shirt & Non matching hat as well as doubleheaders every Sunday... If you're lucky you'll get a 2 hour break between games... Not us though. Not one all season. Aweful Coaching, especially when the coach decides to Ump the game And still try and coach even though there are two coaches in the dugout. Coach does not understand that Several kids on the team have played together for years and play certain positions. He places them in alternate positions which creates Safety issues and hurt players. I.e. someone he perceived as having a hurt arm (was stretching his arm oddly All Day Long) was catching, in outfield, at first and then All of a sudden when pitching during the heat of the end of the game with 1 deciding run needed was pulled and the game ended Blaming it on the kid's hurt arm. I have never seen a coach pull a 14 year old without even asking them if they could make 2 or 3 more pitches. No Umpires, and if the game is tied the coach will call it because you know, we waited 30 minutes for an umpire and started late, so we will give it to the other team. NO Communication from Gopher State or MAYAS organization. 2 weekends in a row in Hutchinson, 1 weekend without playing a game with any Hutchinson team... Oh and Now the parents are being asked to provide another almost $10 to the league for no reason. I am appalled at Gopher State. I am appalled that there is Nobody to contact. But it goes to show that there is ZERO communication. I hope that All parents reconsider their use of this organization. It's not worth the time or headache. Use your local leagues or make Sandlot ball with the kids you know.

Prompt and direct responses. Focus on youth benefit and developement is evident and strong!

As a youth baseball coach we have had a great experience with myas staff.

This organization has a very poor awareness, accountability and response to children with Autism. I unfortunately found this out when my son with autism was asked to leave a meet because of a huge meltdown. The directors response was, mocking, uncaring, blaming and made excuses for the staff member that asked us to leave because my son was making a "scene". Personally very disappointed at the lack of commitment to being an inclusive organization.
