If I could give a negative # I would. I was treated terribly, extremely rude! - cut off and told not their problem and he wouldn't discuss it anymore. my dad went into hospice and died so I accidentally missed a payment. They tried to get me to do a different insurance despite being a customer in good standing for 20 years.
Called to get an auto quote because was having issues getting one online. Was lied to that someone had been working on my quote and was put on hold while they went and worked on it. As soon as the person I was speaking to on the phone realized that I would not be buying insurance through them, they became extremely hostile and rude. Seems like they only care about your money here, and this behavior appears to be a pattern based on other Google reviews. Look elsewhere for insurance.

We’ve had a great experience with Cascade over the past 6 years. We have a few property and auto policies through Erie Insurance with them. Everything went smoothly the few times we’ve had a claim with Erie. Their prices are competitive and service outstanding. They even picked up at 4:59, right before closing one time, ha. Whenever I call they are quick to answer any questions I have and can make personalized recommendations. They respond promptly by email if they don’t have the answer on the phone.
Good communication, easy fast response to any questions. Enjoyed working with. Highly recommend - Top 5 ⭐️

Excellent Service - Quick Returns - No Errors or Audits. My consultant Mr. Kevin O'Reilly for the past 10 yrs always replies back by phone or email or text. Very easy Online tax filing, signatures and payments. Mr. O'Reilly will search for the most deductions possible.
I rarely review anything, but Cascade deserves a review! I've been an Erie Insurance customer for my entire driving life (about 18 years now) and had to switch agents when I moved to the DC area four years ago. My previous agent suggested Cascade as they are located close to my home. Their customer service is phenomenal! I've never had such an easy experience working with agents--even for Erie. They're available quickly by email and phone and work hard to make sure policy coverage and cost met my needs. I've been very happy with my experience with Cascade.
I am in the process of getting a Homeowners Policy, and have spoken to several well known insurance providers. What a difference when I called Cascade Insurance group for a Homeowners quote from Erie. I spoke with Jon Gartrell. He was helpful, educational, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable in comparison to the other agencies I called!! I am planning on purchasing both Home and Auto from Cascade and am looking forward to a continued great experience. I would recommend Cascade for sure.
I was very happy with my experience with Cascade Insurance Group and especially my representative Jon Gartrell. I work in auto sales for Subaru and deal with customers and their insurance carriers on a daily basis. I also have USAA and Jon was able to lower both my annual auto premiums as well as my renters insurance saving me several hundred dollars a year. I'm very satisfied and will most definitely recommend to others.
Cascade Insurance (Erie Insurance), has provided me with the peace of mind that I needed, for the protection I was seeking...for my insurance needs. Cascade gives you that "family" feel, with their outstanding customer service. I started with a life policy and have added other policies through the years.

Keep up the good work!

Cascade, a provider of Erie Insurance, seemed utterly uninterested in keeping my business. First, they raised by auto insurance rate as soon as they could, without any accidents or a change in vehicle, and then refused to negotiate. So I found another auto carrier. The following year, after having water damage issues due to a neighbor, they dropped my insurance due to too many claims, because they made me file multiple claims every time I called in with an update. It is behavior like this and lack of customer service that makes people hate insurance companies.
