Isabella Cao is awesome!!! I was down to the wire (one day) to enroll in a Medicare Advantage plan. She gathered all my info and came back with a recommendation that not only fit my need but has a zero premium!! She walked me through all the steps and let me ask questions along the way.

0 stars if I could. Blatant disregard for DNC requests and they still refuse to stop calling me. The LAW states that if a consumer tells you to stop calling you HAVE TO ABIDE.

This disgusting excuse for a company does not care. They will continue calling you and calling you for years on end even when you tell them to stop. And what do they say when you get angry and tell them to stop?

“We can’t do that. You have to call a special number for that”

You people are sick in the head and I’ll make sure you pay fines for your continued disregard for peoples privacy

I found Isabella to be very professional and very much a great help in finding my medicare insurance. With her help I was able to save over $800 in getting a new crown this year. Tenzin was so very helpful and informative about Medicare. I ended up saving so much money and learned so much about medicare that no one has ever done. She Explained everything in simple terms that I could understand with my level of comprehension. She did an Over excellent job. She deserved one heck of a raise. HIGHLY recommend her!

Tenzin was very friendly! She helped simplify multiple Medicare plans for me and even helped me find a dentist that works with my plan. I would highly recommend her. Tenzin is a breath of fresh air, I have never had an experience with Medicare that was this thorough. She was able to help me with very expensive drugs and no one has been able to do. Isabella Cao contacted me to see if I needed help with my Medicare plan. I sure did. She offered to meet me at my house and go over different plans. She emedeaitly got started on my plan. She came over when I had questions. Probably about 4 times. She was so helpful and very pleasant to be around. My plan has changed several times and she knows before I did. She was great and we're in touch often. I keep her number on my fridge. I've referred people to her and told them what a great job she did for me and how easy she made it to come up with a plan.

Care Oregon came thru on my prescriptions an the OTC card. BUT they offer a $50.00 credit / bonus if I have a virtual visit by phone. I completed the visit but NEVER GOT THE CREDIT. I called several times an now I have been taken off the care Oregon plan because I don't have state coverage..wow..

I'm absolutely thrilled that Diane Faligowski took the reins and got me the best Medicare insurance for my specific needs. I'm overwhelmed by how great my new Medicare coverage is (which I hadn't known existed until Diane introduced me to Devoted Health) and by how easily and thoroughly she walked me through the policy setup process. On top of that, over a month later I had asked Diane for help on another insurance issue and she simply took care of it immediately. I don't think there's anyone like Diane, and I'm extremely lucky that I found her.

They are a wonderful group of people compassion, caring, which I know means basically the same thing but they’ve always been there for me and I will continue to have them as my carrier there. Calling☎️every government agency and non profit🚫📈 in Multnomah County🏢 requesting support more than once. Telling us there were no shelters🏫, not even for DV. Care Oregon 🩺stepped up to the plate without hesitancy. Sure it took me sometime researching🔎💡📔📑 to find the golden ticket 🎟 ✨️, but my Endocrinologist⚕️👩‍⚕️ at Providence and her team🦹‍♂️🦸🦸‍♀️ assisted me making sure my daughter and I🫂 were safe. 🛌🛋. They said I have appointment at 11am. No one ever talked to me. So I called the number they gave me. They said Ruth Saunders is running late an hr and I should Callback if she never talks to me by than. I don’t understand why didn’t she call me she’s running late? She called me an hr and 10 later. She was professional and friendly. I took off three stars for being late.

I had care with my chiropractor for over 2 years through Care Oregon and suddenly they decided they wouldn’t cover my visits with her. I am 6 months pregnant, in the middle of a pandemic, and need chiropractor care in order to be able to move around every day. I had an extremely traumatic experience with a previous chiropractor and was very comfortable with my current one. I told all of this to Care Oregon and they still denied care with her. They do not care about the mental health or physical well-being of their customers.
