You come to see the price for a two hours massage. That's 4100 IDR and when you come back that's a new price of 4800 plus 18% tax. I don't like when people lie just to catch up you.

A family member bought me a gift voucher from this spa. I was travelling and unfortunately could not make it before the voucher expired. I called and requested for an exception but they outright have refused. I guess they are happy to take money and not provide services for it. Please be careful before buying any gift vouchers from this place because this just shows how inflexible they are and their ethics as well.

I had the most amazing experience here. It was my first time in Myrah and their service and hospitality is absolutely unmatchable. From the moment you step in till the moment you step out, you’re taken care of. Cant wait to be back here soon!

The rooms were a bit unhygienic, not clean and quite cramped up. And clearly, this place is not designed for a foot massage. There are no recliner chairs, they do not have in house masseuses and source them from out, they're not the best with just a foot massage. I had a terrible experience and will never go back again. Please physically check the place before you ever wish to get something done.

was comfortable throughout, and kept me informed through each stage of the massage. I liked the room the massage took place in, lighting, candles, soft relaxing music, sacred space. I was offered socks to keep my feet warm. The towels were warmed up and I had a nice fluffy robe. Gorgeous. Really deep massage into my tissues, a lot of tension released in my lower back. Alexandra is very skillful and knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend her. Great attitude and attention to detail.

Always had a great massage. My favorite is Balinese but the Asian blend is also excellent. Myrah is a must for you if you need the best massage
Was glad they could fit me in at short notice. Massage was nice facial was ok. The decor is lovely and spa like with the right lighting. Some spa etiquette is needed to improve. Such as the therapists need to have everything prepared before the treatment to avoid a lot of noise and time wasted within the treatment time. They also need to be quiet as you can hear everything from outside the room. The facial needs slowing down as it’s not a facialist place it’s a spa the movement should be slow. I think the therapists need a bit more training for a Spa environment. The reception area had used cups from other guests. I was asked to pay when I was having my tea at the end no need for this I was paying on the way out this just isn’t professional. Overall it was nice but I wouldn’t say it’s luxury. Still a lot to improve on.

I have been coming to Myrah since a while now. I really like the variety of treatments available. The place is lovely and clean and gives me a sense of calmness too.

I was in Mumbai for the day and opted for a massage - the premise was very inviting, and the entire experience was friendly. The message was on time, and what I wanted - my masseuse was receptive to my feedback as well. I definitely recommend Myrah.
Visited today and wanted a massage, but seemed to be closed and had no staff available. After talking to the staff, not recommended, very disappointed!

Took a 90 min deep tissue massage the other day. It seemed like the therapist wanted to rush, and finish the session as soon as possible. Massage was 3* the whole time was 3* however the therapist seemed sweet, so 4* for her work ;)

From start to finish, I had such a relaxing experience. We were asked what our target areas were to focus on, what we’re looking for in a massage and given customised recommendations for the massage options that would suit us best. The staff here are so friendly, and the massage therapist targeted specific areas I mentioned which alleviated a lot of stress. Our session ended with Myrah’s signature honey rose tea and chocolate which we couldn’t get enough of. I can’t wait to come back, this was a luxurious experience and such a treat. One of the best Spa's in Mumbai for it's serene ambience, cleanliness and hygiene and courteous and well trained Staff. Myself and my wife have been regularly visiting it for the last 6-7 years and the service standards are consistent. Earlier Yan and now Dawa at the front desk and therapists such as Suvarna are very courteous.

Myrah is perfect. It is the only time I’ve walked into a spa, and asked for a membership post the therapy.
Their spa is spacious, super clean (including the washrooms), and the therapists are superb. Importantly, the rooms have great ambience and the shower is en-suite , so you don’t need to walk out of the room post your massage.

The spa is clean but not organised, at the reception I had requested Deep tissue massage, to my surprise the therapist Juhi who did my massage was declaring that she is doing this kind of massage from last 6 years, I am a therapist and healer myself and I take regular massage and give too, I know what’s deep tissue & what’s rubbing oil on body with out any technique… total disappointment feel like wasted my 60min in which therapist took one break for water and finished the massage almost 15mins before time, overall wasted 3k on this spa.

Okay I booked as Hayaat for my appt and took deep tissue therapy this is an honest review because I am very fond of spa so I keep visiting different spa but tak mostly the same therapy deep tissue firstly front staff was good the guy was polite. Therapy was good but Idk how they count the time he provided me the room at 6.10 for 6 appt and someone please explain them time starts from wen the service start NOT FROM WHEN you provide room for service😑 50 mins massage not happy. Secondly I found masseuse was little unprofessional and rough like not checking weather I am comfortable, she was little rough on my body too, then wen I came from shower she came didn't close the door and said “Mam dusra client wait kar raha hai” very rude to say some one like that in service industry. Thirdly bathroom was very unhygienic nothing was good about it shower not working, not cleaned, bodywash and shampoo was the same somehow I managed in that unhygienic bathroom because I was unable to go out in that hot with oil on my body. I don't know how people rating 5 star for this place I am concerned about how genuine the reviews here are? I won't probably visit Sorry😌

The Masseus was very unprofessional she came 10 mins late and didn’t have the courtesy to apologise then she started the massage with no knowledge of which oil she was using, I had briefed her right at the start of my Swedish massage that I want very light pressure which she completely ignored and kept on massaging with a lot of pressure because of which I was in immense pain.
In middle of the massage her phone was ringing ,it ranged twice and also she was reading her messages.
She was also humming a song in between which was so dam annoying I couldn’t relax one bit.
She kept on asking me a lot of questions in between which was not necessary.
It was so far the worst experience I had.

The experience here was fantastic. Polite and highly professional staff. Got an aromatherapy body massage that helped me destress completely- Thankyou Malini.

I visit here for facial and for body relaxation it was an amazing therepy I just loved it and the staff's are so polite and complete hygiene.. surely I visit again.
The price is proper for the services.

I only wished they should have offered green tea post they session as it calms the nerves.
Also there was an ac glitch that day but I guess the staff compensated for it with her amazing techniques.

Terrible service. Came for a manicure and pedicure but the staff ha sno idea what to do, there were mosquitoes all over and the towels were dirty. Never coming back.

The place is not as fancy as you think , especially the way they portray in their pictures, and it is also pricey.
The massage was 4/10 . Ambience 0/10.

It was literally painful experience to go for a deep tissue massage at this spa. The masseuse applied extreme pressure and with use of elbow, the massage was every minute a pain, specially the shoulder area. Despite saying again and again that it is hurting, extreme pressure was exerted by the masseuse. It stillis painful after 24 hours.. I did not pay for this pain, caused!! Never coming back again!!
The best SPA there in Lokhandwala Complex to be honest, The therapist are also experienced and professional.

Disappointing experience. The masseuse who worked on me seemed to be insufficiently trained. Ambience was not satisfactory. Plus the rooms don't have proper massage beds to give the masseuse enough room to move about, which leads to you having to sit up or change positions multiple times for them to be able to give you a massage. The rooms are very small. You might be able to get better experience at their rates somewhere else.
We visited this place as we got some coupan.. I must say they are quite professional and ensured personal hygiene and safety during Pandemic situation. A very well kept place where you would want to visit again n again.
