The view from the bell tower is amazing. Disappointed with the wait times to get into some attractions. Missed some because of this. Put the bell tower at the top of your list. 10 Euros entry fee well worth it for the views.
The main square to visit in Venice. You can find St. Marks Basilica, Bell Tower and Clock Tower, and more.

Restaurants and retail shops all around the square, and a bunch of museums / galleries to visit. This place is usually full of tourists, so if you want to take some nice private photos / enjoy the quiet, I would recommend being at the square at 7-8am.

If the weather permits, a lot of the restaurants at the square will play live music in the patio area for everyone to enjoy.

I would say watch out for the tourists traps, you can find them all around the square.
The most famous square of Venice which is surrounded by the most important attractions of the city. There is a wide variety of shops and restaurants around it that are worth mentioning. Better to leave them early in the morning to avoid the crowds. The projects that take place in the square lose something of its glamour.
We arrived around 10am and it was 36 degrees Celsius and the atmosphere stifling.

One of the most busiest and beautiful places in Venice. Vendors, gondolas, 📷 camera's clicking ,beautiful monuments and cathedrals .The promenade is full of tourists and guides. A must visit, hard to avoid the rush
You can't miss this place when visiting Venice. The Square is huge with many restaurants, shops, and live music. Sitting there and watching people are also pleasant. Since it's close to the river, it's refreshing and relaxing there. The structure of the Church is worth a visit, you only pay 3 euro to go inside and additional 7e to visit the museum.

Way too crowded, we only went up to the top of the tower. We did not wait in line for hours, but spent the day exploring Venice on foot and by boat. The beauty of the city is in the narrow streets and family restaurants.

Saint Mark's Square in Venice is truly breathtaking. It is often considered one of the most beautiful squares in the world. The architecture of the buildings surrounding the square, including the famous St. Mark's Basilica, is awe-inspiring. The pigeons that inhabit the square add a picturesque touch. It's a must-visit for anyone in Venice, offering an exceptional cultural and historical experience. However, due to its popularity, the square can get very crowded, so it's recommended to visit early in the morning to enjoy its charm without the crowds.
