That's a good massage and worth the money. Recommend therapist saraha for good relaxation.
River Day Spa they are fit for single star, very poor in communication and fake Promise's before billing. Once your payment is done they will change there word's.
They charged for 60 Minute's and ended up in 30Minute's. therapist says she wants to leave for day off and she comes from very long distance. They promised for steam bath, nothing such service provided. I have been cheated for money.. There is lot of communication gap between receptionist and therapist.
Receptionist agreed to his mistake and promised to give service in next visit.
Overall bad experience there is no hook to hang your dress and no proper arrangement's in room.

I had one of the best massages ever! Ellen did an amazing job with the wintergreen and ginger massage. She is very competent and took good care of me. The spa is super clean and has quite a luxurious ambience. And most important, as a woman I felt safe. It’s quite far from where I live, but I’m definitely going to make the effort and combine it with other jobs when I’m that side of town. Superb, keep up the good work!
I went to this spa when I was on 1 day vacation at Bangalore. I took most of the services from half day package. It was expensive for the quality of the services I got. Kim did a great job with the full body massage, facial n pedicure but the other lady didn't do my manicure properly and my hair cut was not great as well.

One of the finest spa in Koramangala and even about managers and therapist they been clams and ready to answers my all questions clam and it worth of taking subscription for better discount deals and even massag was best quality wise and best managers with discipline!!
Had a 60 mins Thai Dry massage. The therapists are just looking for money. They don't focus on your pain areas. They keep talking and finish the session. It's not even worth for 500 but charged 2K!

It's was very good experience visiting this spa one of the best spa of Koramangala me and my wife visit yesterday had good massage but interiors and the therapist are very professional ! Unlike there are others branches this particular branch maintains a good hospitable standards ! Will visit again thank you ruan
There is no communication between the receptionist and the people at their back office. We wasted our time and money and came from far only when they said they’ve a slot available and they confirmed our booking. But when we reached here, they said they only have one therapist available while we asked specifically for a couple spa! Worst behaviour and worst coordination! Never coming back or recommending
The experience at Ruan highly depends on your therapist. All of them are from Thailand. Massage quality and technique isn't as good as other spas that I have visited and the place isnt very well built.
They do make you feel welcome at the spa, but the rooms are just too cramped up for the price they are charging.

Got 90min deep tissue massage my therapist was wonderful, I had very bad neck muscles pain !! She’s worked on it so well now I feel very much relaxing! Oil was hot as well it’s was very amazing experience that I had in this spa I will Definitely will Recommend to my friends! We looking for good deals thank you so much
