Worst ever experience!!!!! I will never ever book with massage Addict… I booked an appointment almost two weeks ago. Got confirmation and some days ago got response that massage therapist is not available and they rebook with me some another massage therapist , I confirmed about the change and less than 24 hours are left for my appointment, I got a call from receptionist saying I NEED TO REBOOK MY APPOINTMENT AS THEY DO NOT HAVE ANYONE AVAILABLE FOR MASSAGE…I am really upset because they are not giving me any option , I made spare time just to get massage.. what a waste of time this is…. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL..

I have been coming here for awhile now as I live in the area. Booked an appointment last night for 9 am this morning and was told I was booked with Michelle. I was booked with her awhile back and the same incident happened but I wanted to get her the benefit of the doubt because mistakes happen. I show up at 8:50 in case I needed to do anything and I like being early. As I’m waiting, the front desk gets a phone call and it’s Michelle. Apparently she was going to be 40-50 minutes late all over again, this is the SECOND time of booking with her that I am not able to get a massage. The first time I waited around for an hour for her to show up and she never did, so why would I waste my time yet again. The staff are usually very friendly, and I’m very happy with my massage when I get end up getting one, but I think it is absolutely ridiculous that this continues to happen and all they offer is $15-20 off a massage.

Professional draping & techniques were NOT used at this location and I would highly suggest to other women to rethink.
It was very odd and uncomfortable.
Only two thin sheets were on the bed, so naturally I went under both.
I was asked to only use the one, they left the room for me to move again. My massage was shorted, Rooms were cold, no heating pads were offered and only a thin linen sheet was provided for me to cover.
Incredibly awkward and vulnerable women should be warned!

Front desk staff was not overly friendly, it was almost an inconvenience to have direct billed to insurance.
Asked to remove sandals upon entering, but their entry way was So filthy. I understand there is a lot of construction in the area, but I would have better off keeping my own sandals on before trekking through the filth into the provided shoes 🤢

Was hoping to love this due to location, but will never return nor would I recommend to anyone.

I typically see Simoneth when I get therapeutic massages done because I always have tight muscles and aches. Simoneth is very thorough and ensures she helps massage areas I address.I recommend seeing her to help relieve muscle pain or to get any type of massage done!

This was my first time visiting massage addict, and I had my prenatal massage with Beatrix. She was AMAZING! Super meticulous and really great at making you feel all relaxed and well.

Both my wife and I have been going here since about the time this location opened up. Always a great experience. They have multiple great therapists, so there are always several good options in a pinch. They have direct billing and make the entire experience fairly simple.

Dioscoro is amazing! My son is a competitive swimmer, and he needed a good deep tissue massage. My son came out saying it was his best massage. Dioscoro found knots he didn't really know were present. He gives Dioscoro 5/5. Rating reduced to 4 due to admin in the front.

Margarita is awesome, I always feel like I have received my moneys worth after her massage. The young lady at reception was friendly and the store front is clean and welcoming...what else could I ask for?

I started getting regular massages for underlying health issues just over a year ago and Louis has been my massage therapist for the last few months.
Louis has been excellent working through my problem areas and demonstrates extensive knowledge about the different muscle groups that are causing issues. I appreciate that he is constantly communicating about body positions or stressors that may have led to a pinched nerve or tight muscle group so that he is informed about how to skillfully target an area. Louis is very mindful about pressure and respects feedback professionally. I further appreciate his attention to ensuring privacy and dignity during my massages with his approach to inform me what is happening next and asking for my feedback to ensure I feel comfortable before moving to another muscle group. Lastly, Louis offers suggestions and recommendations about stretches between sessions to maintain my quality of life until my next massage.
I would highly recommend Louis at Massage Addict Braeside (just don’t book during my time slot please! 🙏)

I’ve been getting massages here for a while and everyone who works here is so wonderful. I’ve never had a bad experience, every massage therapist is so talented! Michelle in particular is such a wonderful person and so talented at her job! After every massage I feel so calm and relaxed, and you can tell that she actually truly cares about her clients and what’s ailing them. I’ll never go anywhere else for a massage! :)

I've been coming to this location for a few years now, and I always have a good experience, and have seen several of the therapists and also the chiropractor. I wanted to leave a review for Kaya on the front desk. She is always so friendly and welcoming when you come in, and she's very efficient at what she does. Tonight while I was waiting to see the chiropractor, a customer who was frustrated and upset came in. I watched Kaya listen, and empathize with the customer. She then proposed a solution that had the customer leaving feeling happy, and that her was resolved. She handled the situation with great professionalism. I think she is great with customer service, and you are very lucky to have her. 😊

Great value, friendly staff, Aaron Strashok is by far the best and most knowledgeable massage therapist I've met. My partner and I both go to him for our treatments and have no complaints. He has so much knowledge and it’s very evident.

Got a deep tissue from Curtis. I would absolutely recommend Curtis to anyone who needs it. He was thorough and communicative, definitely will be returning to see him!

Receptionist was very pushy about the membership - I had to explain several times that I wanted some time to think about it prior to purchasing and will not be buying it that day but she kept on persisting. Not a fan of getting memberships being pushed on me and having to explain/justify my own reasons for not buying

I was a little late (to be early) for my first session but the staff helped me speed through the initial paperwork and everything went well. Roxane was great. I was thinking deep tissue but I totally wasn't ready for it and she did more of a hybrid which was perfect.

I have just had the most humiliating experience at Massage Addict Braeside with my 17 year old daughter. This is the second time they have incorrectly claimed my benefits on a claim where they say it isn’t going through and I have to pay up front and submit. That’s totally fine, but the last time this happened, I paid them and my insurance also paid them when I submitted the claim. So I should have a credit on file. Not only will no one call me back about this issue to resolve, the same situation has occurred today with my daughter. I wasn’t there as she is 17 and drove herself and they made her feel like she was stealing when the insurance wouldn’t go through, even though I have a credit on file and a credit card authorization form that they are legal allowed to process if my insurance doesn’t cover. She did not have the money to cover this charge, so they made my daughter sit and wait for me to come to the location and had her in tears by the end of it. The receptionist Pooja refused to call a manager and stated she would be fired if she let my daughter leave. Even though I said I was on my way.

This is not customer service and borderline fraud, when they are accepting payment from both me and my insurance and not giving me credit on my file.

I have been a member for 9 years and I will be cancelling as soon as I receive a call from the manager who was left a post it note to phone me.

I’m a tattoo artist so my arms neck and shoulders are in bad shape. I never have to be specify where exactly I need treatment nor do I have to worry about any areas being missed. She is meticulous and has very strong knowledge of body anatomy to discover, diagnose and treat complex areas that I’m not even consciously aware of. It’s truly remarkable her abilities and passion for her profession - every time I see her I know I am getting above and beyond care. I trust her completely. Thank you Beatrix.

I was just in to the SETON not Mahogany location for a 2 pm massage. Mahogany location experience was good.

Booked 60 minute therapeutic massage for Seton location. I arrived before my appointment time around 250 pm.

I was greeted and given a tablet and a bunch of things to fill out, which took quite a bit of time and went into my appointment time. There was no mention that I was "late" or that there would be a problem of my massage being cut short from the two ladies at the front , in fact, they told me that it was fine and to finish filling everything out when I came back to the front after my massage.

The massage therapist came and greeted me and took me back to my room. I told her that I was sorry that the paperwork had cut into our appointment time and she said no worries at all, nothing was mentioned to me at all at this point either that I would be cut short. I looked at the clock in the room and it was now 2:08 PM. I got under the covers and she came into the room and said that I wasn’t under the covers correctly and therefore had to leave the room again and come back until I was only under two covers instead of all three. Now it’s almost 2:15 PM

I asked for a full body massage as booked. She massaged me and then finished up. I felt it was a bit abrupt. I looked up at the clock when she walked out of the room and it was 3 PM on the dot. I had only had barely a 45 minute massage and still paid for a 60 minute massage. Nothing was ever mentioned at the front about this happening to me between both the front staff and the massage therapist.

I’m very frustrated that this was not communicated to me beforehand, and that my paper work was cutting into my appointment time not knowing that I would still be charged. Very expensive paperwork!

I did speak to the front staff about all of this after my appointment and they said that I had arrived late which is not the case. Very frustrating.

I came here to have some peace and healing, and found this to be very stressful and frustrating and to be very taken advantage of as I was ripped off and was told I was late which is not the truth.

I found the overall experience to be awful. Left feeling more stressed and also out the money.

I like the membership options, which are very flexible based on your needs. I come here specifically to see Andi, as she is an amazing therapist with a broad range of skills. I generally go for the Thai massage, which assists greatly with my mobility issues, but occasionally I need a table massage and Andi never fails to locate and deal with the problem. I have followed her to various locations, and am pleased she is back at this MA, as it is so close to me. Location is quiet, clean and well managed. Happy to be a member here.

This woman is outstanding with her hands & her energy work is top-tier. Whenever we go here we know we know we will be leaving very happy
