Anna Guanche is a rockstar! She is a truly gifted beauty professional! I had the best time in her office and she made me feel so beautiful walking out.

Let me just begin by saying I hardly ever write negative reviews. I usually only write reviews when I have something positive to say. However, my experience at Bella Skin was so terrible that I felt I’d be doing a disservice to those considering getting work done here, if I didn’t write one. I first went in for a consultation with Dr. Guanche back in June of this year to see if I was a good candidate for getting fillers in some scarring I have on my cheeks. During the consultation, she was super nice and welcoming and let me know I could get Juvederm to minimize the appearance of the scars. Even though she stated there was no downtime for the procedure, I had a few events that upcoming week and didn’t want to risk having swelling and bruising so I opted for another time. Fast forward to October, I finally decided to go back to get the fillers done. Again, Dr. Guanche was very nice and quickly got down to business filling in the scars. I left looking pretty swollen, but I knew this was expected and according to the Dr. the swelling (lumps) and needle marks would go away in about a week. I left the office feeling hopeful that this procedure would, in the long run, improve the appearance of my scars. Fast forward to day 6 post-procedure (almost at the week mark) and I still had large, hard lumps on my cheeks where the filler was injected. At this point I was already becoming concerned so I decided to reach out to Bella Skin for advice. I left a message with the front desk and I didn’t get a response until the following afternoon after having followed up regarding my concerns. Per the front desk, Dr. Guanche said it takes up to 14 days for the filler to completely settle so she asked that I wait the full 2 weeks and if by that time the lumps still hadn’t gone away, to go back in to see her. I waited about 16 days before going back to see her. At this time the lumps were intact. I will never forget what transpired next. I waited in the room for Dr. Guanche feeling anxious and disappointed, hoping that she could provide some insight as to what had happened and, of course, a solution to the lumps. When she walked in, she greeted me and asked me what the problem was. I explained. She responded simply by saying that they could dissolve the filler and issue a refund. That’s it. No explanation, no apology, no sympathy for having spent weeks with lumps on my face. Nothing. I agreed to have the filler dissolved so she had the nurse get the Hyaluronidase ready and as we waited she asked to point out the lumps, so I did. Now, before she started to inject I kindly asked if she could bring in the overhead light that she used to inject the filler in the first place so that the lumps could be easily viewed and effectively dissolved. She replied by saying “Nope, we don’t have one in this room” and proceeded to insert the needle in my face. I was in shock. I couldn’t believe how dismissive and indifferent she was of the situation. She was a completely different person than the one I met during the consultation and procedure. When she had “finished” injecting the dissolving agent, I asked her how many sessions I would need to completely remove the filler and she responded by saying only one session and that I would go back to the way I was before in about a full week. Mind you, by this time I had already done my research online and read that it usually takes more than one session to remove fillers completely. I guess you could say I was just testing her to see what she would say…(read the rest of my experience in the attachment below)

The most amazing doctor that I have received treatment from. Very talented and knowledgeable! I have done fillers in my cheeks, lips, chin, under eyes, Botox everywhere, laser scar removal, chemical peel and PRP and micro needling with her and am very happy with my results.
Also, Love love love her personality and her staff. Very friendly and caring.

Great place. Jason is super nice, understanding and cares about his patients. The assistance there were so nice too unfortunately I didn’t get the names but everyone here is going to take care of you like their own child and treat you with valiant respect.

Dr. Luftman is a consummate pro and understands each patient's needs. She is up to date on the latest dermatology techniques. While experienced, her office seems to keep evolving as her field develops newer patient friendly procedures. Very efficient and responsive!!

Very nice, parking is tight, but not bad

I went to this office extremely hesitant because I really didn't think expensive procedures would help my skin. I've had rosacea and awful texture on my skin for a decade and finally decided to see a dermatologist to see if they could help.

I ended up having the most amazing experience. I got my first treatment of Fraxel 1550 and knew I went to the right place. I just recently finished my last treatment and my skin is better than I even thought was possible.

Dr. Guanche knows what she's doing, and is so genuine. She gained my trust almost instantly--and so did her team! They are all the best in the business and are unmatched when it comes to all things skin! I loveee this place!

I went into Dr. Anna Guanche's office extremely apprehensive about the procedure I was getting done. When I got there, the girls at the front we're so sweet and attentive to me and the millions of questions I had. It was honestly so refreshing to walk into a cosmetic office feeling SO welcomed.

But Dr. Guanche is really who blew my expectations out of the water. She is so kind and honest about what she does. She never once tried to sell me on anything and In fact, she even told me to rethink certain procedures I wanted because she wanted me to look and feel my best. Cristine is incredibly good at what she does. I've been getting botox treatments for years now, both in New York City and Los Angeles, and she is by far the best. She's also and incredibly caring and attentive person. You'll love her!!!

Christina was not only so helpful and patient on the phone during my initial exploratory call but once I arrived in person for consult, she took her time to explain everything to me and made every effort to never make me feel pressured. In fact, I felt I was eager to do the IRL procedure but found it so comforting that she gave me many options to take a more cautious approach. My treatment took a week to heal and it was miraculous. As of today, its been a little over a week and I can't believe how my big dark, age spots have disappeared. The procedure was as painful as they explained it to be, which was not that painful, but it depends on the person. The healing process was super easy. The samples they gave to cleanse the face was an amazing product and very sizable. I also loved that Christina called me a few days ago to check in and make sure i was doing well with the healing. Their customer service is impeccable and I highly recommend them to anyone. I didn't think my 43 year old, sun spots due to lack of sunscreen and from being in the sun all the time would be able to come off in 1 session. I am truly amazed! Thank you Christina! I'm bringing my mom next time she visits!

Have been coming here for 3 years now and I can't get enough. Gabriella who manages the spa is nothing short of wonderful. Classy, understanding, always available to answer a question and or a concern. The " girls" as I call them ( front desk staff) are always with a smile accomodating every need, every question. And as I always say....and then there is Kristen. Amazingly talented, always helpful , maticulous but mostly so caring. I have no idea what i would have done without her.

Where do I start, about Dr. Anna Guanche and her practice. First of all, I love this office. The staff is super nice and friendly, Liz and Rosemary are very sweet. Dr Guanche is extremely nice and easy to talk to. One of my favorite things is that Dr. Guanche is very informative and really knows her stuff. I’m an actress and I can’t afford to look done up or frozen, expressionless. I go in for botox and filler, it looks amazing every single time. I guess my favorite thing about Dr. Guanche is she really knows how to sculpt and do the filler where is looks super natural. People always think I went on vacation and compliment my skin. It’s never noticeable that I had any thing done. I have also referred all my girlfriends and they also love her. My friends have done all type of procedures and they always look amazing. I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Guanche!! I have been to many different doctors and know one compares to Dr. Anna Guanche!! Thanks Dr. Guanche for making me look pretty!
