I am surprised you stole from my credit card meanwhile you didn’t give me any service.The phone no you put on your website will ring severally but no response.I was debited of $145 without any service.Your location at Gambrill deducted my money.I have called to complain but no one picked my call.

DO NOT subscribe to massage envy! They stole over 200$ they charged me for 12 months credit. Account was deactivated without my knowledge and unused credits were confiscated. The subscription would be useful if it wasn't impossible to book an appointment at a convenient time and location but I could never book when I wanted so was paying subscription every month but not using it. They took them from me!

Good ambiance. Getting an appointment on an existing membership subscription or regular appointment can be HARD! Which defeats the point of subscription in the first place or wanting to go in for an emergency massage session..

The massage experience itself , I would rate it 60%.

Lovely isn’t so lovely! I booked an appointment with Crofton Message Envy for a 90 min facial. I had a family emergency the next morning. Attempted to contact the office by phone because I booked through app.(can’t cancel on app) After calling that location several times, I was able to get through around 940am. She was extremely rude. (Telling me what the policy is…mind you! I have been a member for 10 years.) it’s not what she said, it was the delivery. I believe customer service no longer exist. I’m just really disappointed with this particular person. I have NEVER experienced this type of attitude…but there’s a 1st for everything.

ETA: Turns out the "receptionist" was actually their new manager 😵‍💫

I've had a membership with the Waugh Chapel ME since 2016--over 7 years, but no more. Customer service has gone down the drain. At 9:55 this morning I entered to check in. The receptionist was eating at the desk, and seemed confused that I was checking in. That's because my 10AM appointment had been cancelled without anyone telling me. She casually informed me that my masseuse is no longer working here, "We sent out a notification." Well I never got a text, and I certainly didn't get the courtesy of a phone call offering me an opportunity to reschedule. No apology or even feigned sympathy from the receptionist. She could have looked to see if another massage was available today, but nope. To add insult to injury, I scheduled a babysitter in order to have this appointment today. What a waste of my time and money. Today was supposed to help me relax, not feel more stressed.

This last visit was very different than previous ones, less care. No warm blanket or neck/shoulder massage. Other visits I’m left alone to underdress my top and get under warm blanket. Not this time. My facial felt shorter than previous too. She did check on my level of reaction to my skin, which was appreciated. I had no pain. Also no steam this time either? This may be my last facial here, moving to another location.

Tiffany has been my massage therapist for about 5 years now and I wouldn’t trade her personality and skill for another. She is great at what she does but you can also talk to her if needed. She’s the combo you want when you think of massage and therapy!! Oh and her schedule is usually booked 4-6 weeks out but simply ask for a phone call when her new schedule is put out so you can get your appointment. You will not be sorry ❤️

I had a wonderful first time experience with Tiffany as my massage therapist. She literally was super patient and kind throughout the entire experience. I was running a bit late, but she made sure that I received a full experience.

As always, my experience with Brittange (who did mg facial) was AMAZING!! I hardly recognized myself when I looked in the mirror. My skin was glowing!!! She never ceases to amaze me with just how in tune she is with health and hygiene. She recommended custom products for my skin and helped me develop a healthy skin routine. She has a wonderful personality and she’s VERY CLEAN! I love love love that about her!!
