I recently visited the Royal Oak Spa, and it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a tranquil ambiance that immediately put me at ease.The facilities are top-notch, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed. The variety of treatments offered is impressive, catering to every need and preference. I opted for a Swedish massage, and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. The therapist was highly skilled, attentive, and ensured I was comfortable throughout the session The Royal Oak Spa exceeded my expectations in every way. The professional and friendly staff, combined with the luxurious environment and exceptional treatments, make it a must-visit. I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Highly recommend!

One of the finest spa in Koramangala and even about managers and therapist they been clams and ready to answers my all questions clam and it worth of taking subscription for better discount deals and even massag was best quality wise and best managers with discipline!!

There are lot of restrictions for members in terms of redeeming the sessions, Mainly validity is of very limited time, and at once only 1.5 sessions can be redeemed, if we want to take more than 2 sessions at once , that is not allowed , and no flexibility to extend the sessions if necessary, i never seen these much restrictions to members in other Spa Centres.

Therpaists are showing lots of attitide, Especially Meena from Thailand is very arrogant in nature,

Recpetionists will not obey and understand the clients needs and requirements, she is not ready to provide list of therapists available, She simoly alot the arrogant therapists who doesnt know how to behave withe clients.

No proper welcome and respect for members. Receptionist will not give proper information about the therapists, And therapists have no patience to listen to the clients, Overall experience is average to poor.

Such a good place to get relaxed had full pain in neck and back really here therapist are well trained n gave good service, will visit again nice place n good staff

Had a 60 mins Thai Dry massage. The therapists are just looking for money. They don't focus on your pain areas. They keep talking and finish the session. It's not even worth for 500 but charged 2K!

Not so good, the person in reception was not so kind from the beginning to the end. No greetings, when I come and go. Also didn't give proper explanations on their services. The room has quite old bed and no steam shower booth. It's just a typical massage shop in metro area. The masseur were not bad, but due to noisy room conditions I couldn't fully take a rest. Actually noise has come through from out of the room and the next room. If you want to go there, just remind my review.

It's was very good experience visiting this spa one of the best spa of Koramangala me and my wife visit yesterday had good massage but interiors and the therapist are very professional ! Unlike there are others branches this particular branch maintains a good hospitable standards ! Will visit again thank you ruan

Don't take membership, after taking they will put conditions to use it. The receptionist is creating her own rules which would definitely spoil their business soon. Many are complaining regarding their membership issues . Hope the owner gets some time to check how the receptionist is handling clients , never go here .

The experience at Ruan highly depends on your therapist. All of them are from Thailand. Massage quality and technique isn't as good as other spas that I have visited and the place isnt very well built.
They do make you feel welcome at the spa, but the rooms are just too cramped up for the price they are charging.

Got 90min deep tissue massage my therapist was wonderful, I had very bad neck muscles pain !! She’s worked on it so well now I feel very much relaxing! Oil was hot as well it’s was very amazing experience that I had in this spa I will Definitely will Recommend to my friends! We looking for good deals thank you so much

DO NOT GO....We booked a basic package in mantra mall branch and it was told by manager over there that we can take the services in any of their centre without any extra charges over it.....now we visited jayanagar branch and the manager Varsha first spoke rudely and then asked for extra cover charges or we have to go back to the mantri mall branch and sort things in own

Totally unprofessional behaviour and very bad behaviour with customer.. it’s a fraud offer basically and they will at last gonna charge something or other and will not refund your money at any cost.

My friend and I went to this place expecting a nice spa, but it definitely is above and beyond! Great welcome great explanation and welcome from the manager made us feel at easy right away.

We went for the gentleman's special. definitely was something I haven't done before!

My therapist was Jyoti and one more was Mahi there was amazing, very clim and professional. one of the best massage I've ever had, especially in Koramangala..!
