Quick get in for emergency. The female dentist I got was very nice and helped me right away. So I made her my dentist and will continue to see her. The receptionist’s were all nice too.

My experience at this dental office is way above average. The equipment and system for cleaning teeth is amazing. It is ultra modern, uses pressurized water so is gentle and painless but gives excellent results. The staff are highly professional and respectful.

It's been few years that we are visiting Hermitage Lane Dental Clinic. They always remind you about your appointment whenever its due. They are informative, caring, professional .It has friendly environment ,kids get toys to get encouragement to take care of their teeth.My children love to visit there.I will recommend my friends to visit there for sure.

Dr. Dela Cruz is the best. She is a true professional. The entire staff is well trained and friendly. I was told by another dentist that i need a root canal but Dr. Dela Cruz fixed my tooth without root canal. Its been 5 years without any issue with that tooth.

Went here for a dental check up and cleaning. Carmen was very helpful, friendly and gentle when she did my cleaning. She went above and beyond in taking care of me. My experience with this clinic is somewhat pleasant and for sure, i will be back next time for my dental needs.

Dr Cruz is amazing, she’s attentive and thorough, the hygienists, office staff are simply astounding, willing to work with you, they bend over backwards to ensure you’re comfortable, that you feel safe and secure, they work with you on payment plans if it’s needed. Painless and efficient methods for all dental work done. They’re top notch. The office is warm and bright, makes you feel welcome. I can’t say enough good things about this practice. The ladies at Heritage were awesome, friendly and fit me in for an emergency appointment on a Saturday. I appreciate it when a Dentist would come in on a Saturday of a long weekend to help me out. The appointment was made and within two hours I was back to normal and at a very reasonable price for the value I received. I highly recommend Heritage Dental center.

Dr Fong is an excellent dentist ,he’s very soft spoken ,calm and real gentle with his patients and his assistant Jaclyn is also the best ,very friendly and informs me what the next procedure will be.This is the best clinic in the city .I rate them a 10.

This was probably the best dental care I have ever received in my life — and I have lived in three different countries. In addition to the staff being very friendly and doing their best to make sure I felt comfortable and was well informed at all times, their facilities are great and squeaky clean. I went there as a new patient and was subjected to comprehensive exams and tests, which I really appreciated. The clean-up I got on the same day was the most thorough one I had ever gotten. Finally, I was happy to see how careful they were hygiene-wise. They constantly changed their gloves to prevent any cross-contamination.

I loved being treated at Dr Mandeep Singh Chatha. I'm sensitive to any dentistry and here I felt smooth at all visits. Doctor is very gentle and delicate. The treatment and tooth cleaning were provided quite quickly and with minimum of pain during the procedure and what is even more important - no pain after it. Minimum sensibility for my teeth. Thank you doctor!

I would just use Heritage square Dental Clinic. They are much professional and easier to deal with the book. They dont pick their clientele after a vist because you hsve in anxiety and they still got my own business and then I call again to get another tooth removed they booked me and then the next day phone and cancel and say that they can't have me because they don't want me as a client because they sent me somewhere to get put under and I didn't go cuz I didn't want to get put under I just have anxiety with the dentist they got my business and now I deciding not to and book it and then cancel it after I made all the arrangements for the pickup and to go there and get it with the numbing cream and needle I find that very unprofessional and I would not use them I would "cancel" them.

Dr. Chatha has been my doctor for 2+ years, recently moved to this location, he always gives best advice and treatment for keeping food chewing machines(pearly whites) in good shape for long time. He is very professional and has high standards.

When I first went to this clinic three weeks ago with some minor tooth sensitivity and pain, Dr. KAN examined me and discovered that I had a cavity. I then scheduled an appointment to have the cavity filled. It was still sensitive after he filled it, and he stated it might take a few days before the discomfort goes away. After 2 weeks, the sensitivity and pain persisted, so I went back. He took another radiography image and told me that the other side of my tooth had another cavity, which needs be filled to resolve the issue. He filled it and it was no longer sensitive. I couldn't sleep the following night due to pain, and when I phoned them the next morning, they indicated that Dr. KAN had left a note advising that, if the problem persisted, the patient could need root canal therapy (without telling me), and that they had already charged me and my insurance nearly $400. To make a long story short, I needed a root canal therapy in the first place. I visited another clinic that morning, where the doctor performed tests, eliminated the infection. They charged me approximately $1200 for the treatment. basically Heritage village dental clinic charged me 400$ for nothing. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS PLACE SPECIALLY WITH DR.KAN.

I’ve never been treated so well and been so welcomed by a dental office. We were welcomed in with warm smiling faces and made to feel like a part of the family. I had an appt made for my 5 year old daughter and had to bring along my newborn. The staff helped to look after my young baby so I could focus on and comfort my daughter as she needed her tooth pulled. Dr Gibb was patient and nurturing with her, and made every effort to ensure she’d have a positive dental experience. My whole family was taken care of amazingly! i have been a client of the clinic for several years.As a person who has many issues with the teeth, I cannot recommend the clinic enough. Everything-from front desk costumer service to dental procedures are beyond expectations. Dr.Gibb always takes time to explain the options available and he has saved me lots of time and money by not doing the procedures that were pushed by our previous clinic. i have developed anxieties due to previous dental experience but here, the staff is very understanding and patient .I have several procedures done-from crowns to cleaning and filling replacement- follow up phone calls are really nice! Both me and my kids live our dental hygienist, who is fun, patient to work with.Our family moved to Heritage Oak clinic several years ago and I can highly recommend the clinic to any family!

I have been going to Dr. Gibb's Dentist office all my life and haven't had any issues there. Always have been honest with me. Their dental hygienist's are great as well - with a great sense of humor and they really enjoy their job. The staff make, what is usually an unpleasant experience, a more pleasant one, which doesn't make the "going to the dentist" all too bad.

I've had my children's and my own teeth cleaned and we've had fillings done. We have been with this clinic for a few years now and love every staff member we've come in contact with. They are friendly, accommodating, and professional. Both Ron and Andrew Gibb are wonderful dentists. I think the most important thing for me is that my children are not afraid to go to the dentist. They really make sure there's no fear or pain for them(and me),and that we're all taken care of and as comfortable, as you can be, when visiting the dentist!

Dr. Andrew Gibb is an excellent dentist! He is very conscientious; he really cares about his patients; and the quality of his work is on a high satisfaction level.
