Dr. Tomenko was very professional and helpful in diagnosing my sleep apnea. I got an oral appliance and they were very thorough in helping explain the process and the pros and cons of it. They answered all my questions and gave suggestions for issues I was concerned about. Would definitely recommend them for any sleep related issues!

I received the Solea laser treatment to help reduce my snoring from Dr Tomenko and her staff. The treatment was over two sessions, two weeks apart. During the treatment I felt a heat at the back of my throat, and a slight ache for several hours after. Immediately after the first session I could feel the air moving more freely when I breathed. I also used an app recommended by Dr. Tomenko to record my snoring each night, both before and after the treatment. The “snoring score” slowly declined over time as the effect of the laser procedure set in, and additionally my wife and I are both sleeping more soundly.
Dr Tomenko and her group are very supportive and explain each step clearly. I found the experience to be minimally uncomfortable, and am happy with the results.

The best way to describe the treatment for my sleep apnea is life-changing. I was unable to use the cpap machine because it was bulky and uncomfortable. I was fitted with a small retainer which has completely changed my life. I now have restful sleep and tons of energy. I no longer need mid day naps, I sleep through the night and wake up refreshed. I honestly forgot what life was like before this condition. The consultant, Ally, is very attentive and knowledgeable and explains everything well. I would definitely recommend this office and this treatment. My only regret is that I waited so long to seek help.

After leaving Dr. Tomenko’s office, I was able to go about my daily routine, including eating and drinking, without soreness or discomfort.

I had a really great experience with Advanced Sleep Treatment and coming all the way from Arlington, it was definitely worth the commute. Dr. Tomenko and staff are so nice, competent and thoughtful. I never felt any pressure to make decisions on the spot and they were very helpful when answering questions. I did the laser treatment which made a huge difference to my snoring and really didn’t hurt very much during the procedure or after (mostly just some itchiness/tingling). They also helped guide me through getting an oral appliance and were very comprehensive with follow up visits, including doing a second sleep study which was included in the package in order to confirm that the device was working. Overall, strongly recommend!
