They cancelled my appointment 2 hours before appointment time because they realised they did not order treatment medicine required for me.
I called on Monday to make an appointment. Apparently they had a spot on Wednesday so I cancelled all my work meeting to meet my dentist on Wednesday. Suddenly Wednesday 2hrs before appointment, they called me said they do not have treatment medicine in their stock.
I felt very unprofessional. After I pointed out this is unprofessional, the receptionist apologised. (I really think receptionist did her best no complaint to her).
But overall, this is really unacceptable and unprofessional excuse for this pre-scheduled treatment plan.
Not only me but also other colleagues had to suffer due to their unprofessional arrangement.

Ik heb vandaag een afspraak gehad bij Tandartspraktijk Wippolder voor een doorzichtige beugel en ik kan niet genoeg lof uitspreken over mijn ervaring daar. Vanaf het moment dat ik binnenkwam, werd ik hartelijk begroet en voelde ik me meteen op mijn gemak. Kim heeft me fantastisch geholpen; haar vriendelijkheid en professionaliteit maakten mijn bezoek echt aangenaam. Ze nam de tijd om mijn vragen te beantwoorden en stelde me gerust over het hele proces. De behandeling zelf verliep uitzonderlijk goed, en ik ben blij met de resultaten tot nu toe. Ik kan Tandartspraktijk Wippolder en vooral Kim niet genoeg aanbevelen voor hun uitstekende service en zorgzaamheid.
Ik en mijn gezin komen jaren bij de tandartspraktijk wippolder. We zijn zeer tevreden met de vriendelijkheid van de assisteren en de tandarts. Ik heb zelfs meerdere mensen aangeraden om bij hun in te schrijven. En het is echt een aanrader om je bij hun in te schrijven. Zelf hebben wij 2 jongens die lichamelijk en geestelijk gehandicapt zijn. Waarvan 1 die heel veel pijn had, maar hij kon na het weekend bij zijn eigen tandarts in het ziekenhuis< vanwege hun handicapt> maar toen de tandarts van de wippolder het hoorde heeft hij hem gelijk actief ondernomen. We zijn daardoor zeer tevreden.
Wij komen hier al jaren met het gezin. Tandarts Dima is altijd erg vriendelijk en geduldig, ook met kleine kinderen. Bij pijnklachten kun je snel terecht. Alle tandartsen en mondhygienisten hier zijn kundig en vriendelijk

Ik ben al meer dan 10 jaar een zeer tevreden patiënt van deze praktijk. De tandarts (Clara) geeft duidelijke uitleg tijdens de controle en behandelingen. De tandarts en assisten nemen ook de tijd voor jou als patiënt als je vragen hebt. Dat is erg fijn. Nu een aantal jaar vaker naar de mondhyiënste (Mirela) en zij neemt ook de tijd voor jou als patiënt. Zij geeft jou tips en daadwerkelijke hulp voor het zelfreinigen van je gebit. Na de behandeling voelt mijn gebit echt schoon. De assisten aan de telefoon zijn behulpzaam met het maken van een afspraak. Ik ben heel tevreden over deze praktijk.
I am quite content with the people from dentalways. They are kind, accurate and very professional. Except for the lack of parking space (sometimes) there is little to wish for. And that problem is not really their fault.

Erg tevreden over deze praktijk. Er lopen heel veel vriendelijke en aardige tandartsen/ mondhygiënisten rond, dus ik snap alle negatieve reacties niet. Het lijkt wel of ze over een andere praktijk hebben…
Meestal ga ik naar de mondhygiëniste, waarbij ze mij helpt om mijn gebit schoon maar vooral gezond te houden.

Ben je 5 minuten te laat dan word je naar huis gestuurd. Aangezien dat je zie dat ze staan lekker te kletsen, krijg je toch te horen dat ze al lang met de volgende klant bezig is. En maakt het niet uit dat ik zie dat in de tijd "je doctor" heen en weer hangen te niksen...
Geen aanrader voor je. Ik ga ook naar de andere kliniek met een betere kwaliteit, klantgericht met mensvriendelijkheid zoeken.

Ik kom hier al jaren zelfs nu ik niet meer in Delft woon. Een hele kundige tandarts, je kan er altijd snel terecht en je wordt echt gerustgesteld als je angstig bent. Mondhygiënist zit er ook en je bent met 1 bezoek helemaal klaar.Ik ben super tevreden en blijf hier gewoon komen.
I had a minor orthodontic emergency during the holidays when a piece of wire was protruding from my braces, causing discomfort to my gums. Unfortunately, my own orthodontist was unavailable at the time. So, I reached out to DTP for assistance and despite not being a dedicated orthodontic clinic, they went above and beyond by accommodating me on the same day. The staff were also friendly and the clinic was clean and nicely decorated :D

Wij zijn dik tevreden. Zowel voor onze tandzorg, mondhygiëne als voor onze beugels. Het team is zeer kundig, we kunnen altijd snel (zelfs ‘s avonds) bij de praktijk terecht.

Kom er al jaren ook met gezin zo goeie tandarts lief voor de Kids en voor mensen met een grote angst. De assistente is ook echt een lieve meid die altijd met je mee denkt. Wij als gezin zouden geen andere tandarts willen.
Al jaren lang kundig geholpen door de tandarts en Mondhygieniste Mona.
Een hele fijne en professionele tandarts al mijn hele leven patient. Ook al heel wat jaren patient bij de mondhygiëne mona, zij is een toppertje.

Fantastic specialists! Before i moved to Delft and started coming here i always thought that cleaning done by hygienist must end up in pain for 2 days. Here they make it absolutely hussle free!
And they listen and care about pain and proper anesthesia.

I have had a very pleasant experience at this place.
My 3-year old needed filling for multiple teeth. Merve was very careful and professional with my son. She patiently communicates with him by showing him the tools and explaining what she would do.
My son had his first tooth filling happily, without a single tear, despite his agitation! All our visits since have been far better than I had imagined.
I found their practice through the recommendation of my son’s daycare, who were aware of the integrity of the people working there. I have been happy with the care I have received and I highly recommend this practice.

So far I had a filling and a tooth extraction. Both nicely done by Merve and her assistant. I have a long history of going to dentists in my home country so I know how this compares. I was unsure about the tooth extraction because this operation is usually done by a dental surgeon. But Merve did just great. Kudos to her. Please forbid me for the initial mistrust.
Arriving at the practice with a broken tooth and no appointment, the dental staff soon put me at ease and were able to spontaneously repair the problem. I have since had a check up, which went very smoothly. The dentist was careful to explain the process to me, and go through the X-rays with me. I’ll be going back for a professional clean soon. So far I have been very impressed and happy with the service and care.
Both Merve and Mina are complete professionals while being super friendly and putting me at ease (never easy when visiting a dentist). They were both very thorough and took their time without rushing me through. I am very pleased with the outcome and will be going back for regular check-ups and cleans, as well as for any issues.

I wish I never went here, years later I’m having problems from their work. I’ve had multiple bad experiences. One time they started giving a filling on the wrong tooth I had to stop them and correct them. Another time I had pain (and what I was told was the head dentist) informed me I needed to get all of my teeth caped (I was 22 years old..) this would have been irreversible and cost thousands. I went to get a second opinion and the proper dentist said I didn’t need anything done and it was fine in the end. The same appointment the dentist was bragging about his expensive cars and holidays and was unprofessional. I then got a whatsapp the next day from his personal phone and he said he got my number from the office and wanted to “see how I was doing”. Was super inappropriate.
Up till now quite good experience. Very kind and friendly dentist, assistant, hygienist, and the lady on the phone who speaks perfect English. They listened to my concerns and fears and took it into account during the treatment. I'm happy to have chosen this dental practice. Hope the future appointments are just as good:)
This is a really good dental practice in Delft. The staff is very friendly and they speak good English. The dentists and hygienists are also very kind and they give a lot of importante to preventive care. I recommend this place highly.

Staff are incompetent. Needed a root canal and they couldn't tell if they had done it right even after 5 xrays. When the final filling was completed it wasn't done properly and was in need of a replacement after only 2 months.
Admittedly they were kind enough to offer a free re-filling. However, they didn't do that one well either and now, in less than one day, part of my tooth has broken off and the filling is leaking out.

First phonecall to schedule a routine wisdom tooth removal. I have the x-ray already from another dentist and know what I want:
Me: I have a tooth problem, it is just a wisdom tooth removal and I don’t think it takes more than 10 minutes, so can you schedule me soon please?
Receptionist: “Are you the dentist?, because it doesn't take 10 minutes”
This is the concept of "care" in this clinic.
Please don't put idiots behind a phone. Put people with some minor idea about dentistry and possibly polite.
