This is a pretty good place to live. The Legacy is a great deal on rent and the Degree has a ton of amenities that are nice to have.

The degree is a nice safe place to live with a lot of amenities. Legacy is not the safest (my apartment got broken into) so be sure to get an apartment on the second floor and change insurance companies. U district’s insurance doesn’t cover many things (like robbery).

I live in the legacy it’s nice for the price. I’ve never had an issue with management. Super close to campus.

Great place to live. Right next to the school. Spacious bedrooms and just a really nice place to live in general! Staff is additionally very kind and helpful!

Live U District near UNLV campus is the epitome of student convenience. With its prime location, modern apartments, and top-notch amenities, it offers an exceptional living experience. The welcoming atmosphere and vibrant community make it a standout choice for students seeking an unforgettable residency.

I live at the degree and I absolutely love my apartment. Everything is working perfectly and when I requested for maintenance my order was attended to in less than 24 hours. Oh! And did I mention my favourite part? The free coffee machine!!

Living here is practical and relatively affordable. If you live at the Legacy, you may likely have troubles with bugs (even if exterminators are called).

The leasing office is pretty quick to complete maintenance orders, though. Another downside I’ve experienced (bugs are the main issue) is that there are no parking stickers provided to residents so parking will sometimes be hard to find.

Living at the legacy I don’t quite feel like we get the same treatment as the Degree, the apartments have lots of problems but staff is usually quick to respond to repair orders. There’s lots of events and giveaways, and I feel like the change in management has helped. Overall I enjoyed my stay but I’m happy to be moving elsewhere.
