These stars are for the massage therapists. But if you're just looking for a massage, there are other places to go with lower prices.

If you're looking for a spa experience, I would not recommend this place. I came specifically for the spa facilities in addition to the massage service. Unfortunately, the experience rainshowers were out of order and the regular shower was broken (light did not work, water did not shut off all the way) and riddled with mildew. There is a jacuzzi you can use before/after service, but we were locked out of the building when we went to use it.

Overall, I imagine there are better spa experiences in the area if that's what you want. The massages were nice, but the spa component makes everything more expensive.

The entire experience was the worst spa experience I've ever heard about. I purchased the Swedish massage with Aromatherapy Bliss for my fiance as an early birthday/"only one more month before our wedding" gift so she could have a nice relaxing day, but what she just told me about was anything but. To start, the Front Desk employee of the hotel wasn't sure where the spa was located, so my fiance was a little unsure of where she was going at first. The massage itself started off okay, but the massage therapist got increasingly rough while attacking knots in my fiance's back, which became the focus of the massage instead of relaxation. She said it felt more like a sports massage, which isn't what we booked. The worst part was the amenities. Whatever keeps the sauna warm made a horrendously loud noise every few minutes when it kicked on, making it difficult to truly relax. In addition, the hot tub was cold, which was made worse by the fact that the A/C is cranked so high in the place. The manager of the location was empathetic in listening to feedback and offered a voucher to return for a complimentary massage, but I can't envision why she would ever want to return given how many other spas there are in the area. I'm hurt that my fiance didn't get the relaxing day she deserved. I'm even more upset with myself that I didn't notice the red flags in previous reviews that talk about some of the things my fiance experienced. Please go with a different spa if you're looking to treat yourself or someone you love.

Got a cpuples massage with hot stones, Nicole and Sharon were amazing. The therapeutic massages were exactly what we needed. The ambiance of the spa is very calming and soothing overall. Everyone was lovely, the grounds at the reort are beautiful. Definitely worth the visit, made for a wonderful anniversary celebration.

This is a fabulous spa! I have been to spa’s all over Europe and North America and this is in my top 5. Great lockers, eucalyptus steam room, retreat area, whirlpool and lovely treatment areas.

What an amazing experience!! I had the pleasure of visiting the spa today and I loved every minute of it. The staff are all so welcoming and friendly - it felt like home. The professionalism of the employees was impressive and the skill level was high - so it was a treat to be pampered here. I would highly recommend it to everyone. Champagne is flowing and people are happy. Can’t wait to be back!

I love the outdoor space here but I was not happy with my massage at all. I ordered a Swedish massage that is said to be relaxing, however there wasn’t any type of pressure - like not even 10% of pressure. When I asked for more pressure they wanted to charge me for it. I did not have a great massages but I did have a great time at the pool are which was lovely with friendly staff. I would not recommend this spa with the price they have. It is not worth it. I’ve received massages all over the world and this was a huge disappointment to me. Never again!

I had a great time at Blue Harmony. My friend and I really enjoyed our massages. All of the staff that we encountered were beyond exceptional and friendly. My masseuse Jenny S. was amazing. She gave me a great massage and was extremely friendly.

While staying at the Wyndham Bonnet Creek, we had made an appointment for pedicures at Blue Harmony. We checked in 15 minutes prior to appointment to complete paperwork and were escorted into the salon area by Dee who treated us to the best pedicure ever. Dee was very friendly and engaging in conversation all the while giving excellent customer service.We were escorted to the quiet room and savored the experience for 20 minutes more. The Ruby and Sapphire pedicure was great and we added the paraffin wax treatment with hot stones. Overall a bit pricey, but the experience was worth it. Thanks to the staff at Blue Harmony for a great experience.
