Amazing experience Staff are very traind , prices is also budget friendly

My wife and I took a jacuzzi couples spa here.

First impressions - polite staff, unhygienic place

After massage - polite staff, our masseuses looked highly skilled, unhygienic place

The massage bed was wet since the previous customer had accidentally placed the shower near the bed, but we had to use that wet massage bed and it felt extremely unhygienic. Better place a shower curtain or a glass partition between the jacuzzi and massage space.

The washrooms were as dirty as they can be. There were used undergarments lying on the floor from the previous customers and the urinal smelled bad. Please try to keep a clean washroom in each massage room or don’t keep any washrooms in massage rooms.

Absolutely a horrible experience, this place is very filthy, unhygienic and totally unprofessional staff. Probably paid others to write a good review. Do not trust other reviews. I was visiting from US and wanted a relaxing experience before our flight. Left within half hour of starting the massage

Well, me and my friend decided to have a spa and we came here, however it was sunday noon and receptionist she was there to guide about services. It was our first experience in spa, we never been before in any spa. It was pleasant experience. Treated well. Still, I feel they can improve and do more better.
The lady who given the service to me she was soft spoken and entertaining, also she was a good communicator. I give 4/5.

Visited the Anand nagar branch . Receptionist claimed branch to be 15yrs in market which gave me confidence to go for the Spa , also seeing their review … But after the pathetic services wen I asked the receptionist again he said it’s been only 15 days they opened this branch .. . & 15yrs was the other branch !!!

The therapist did the massage in casual one piece dress which was extremely unprofessional!!! I personally did aroma message & paid 1600/- on suggestion of the receptionist & honestly got no value !!

During the massage loud songs where being played on mobile which could be heard inside the massage room giving No relaxation & making it even more worse !!! If you are looking for a professional place then I can definitely say this is not the place to go..
