I cannot thank Joe Baker enough! He has made our first home selling experience a breeze. He walked us through each step of the way with careful guidance and detail and made sure we knew everything he was doing to help us sell our home. He set up professional photographers and matter-port to make sure our home was looking its best. He was very on top of showing requests and made sure the times worked best for our family. He attended every showing as well as setting up an open house to make sure we had the best offer. Even after accepting an offer he was there holding our hand through inspections and appraisals. If you want someone who communicates well, walks you through every step of the way and sells you house above asking! Then Joe is your guy!

I would highly recommend Matt and the Anew team to anyone with real estate needs. Matt is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and helps take the stress out of buying/selling a home. He has been assisting my family in our cross-country move over the past couple years. We ultimately decided to build a home - he was able to help us acquire a lot in no time and has been helping us with the building process ever since (which he was by no means obligated to do). It's been almost three years since we moved out of Minnesota. Barry helped us sell our home in Burnsville. It sold within days and we had multiple offers. The selling process went smoothly.
