I consider myself extremely fortunate to have found the Queens Home Team to sell my home. My sale was a very challenging situation and this team had the experience and knowledge to get the job done. They recommended several other professionals that helped me out of a tough situation. Their communication skills are excellent, the team members "speak as one" at all times. And on top of all this, they spent time talking to me, counseling me, encouraging me to "hang in there". I never sold a property before and i did not expect so much help and support. - Communicated clearly and promptly via text message, phone, and email. I hate email, so when I asked them to text me, they switched to what was easiest for me!
- Negotiated our selling price successfully
- Never pressured us to do anything we didn't want to

We went to consult about the home buying process and the Realtor Mr. Samrat(Sam) was very informative. He helped answer all our questions and he knew the neighborhood very well. Also Mr.Lama helped us pre-qualify for home loan and explained about loan process and even educated us about all the misinformation we had about the down payment and interest rates. The staffs were very welcoming and professional. Will definitely recommend to all.

Abigail, George, and their team were wonderful. They were always responsive to my texts/emails and managed the entire process of readying the house for sale through the actual closing, including communication with the tenant to aid in them vacating. They went above and beyond and I would highlight recommend them.
Geraldine was a total lifesaver during the long and bumpy road to buying my apartment as a first time buyer. My search kicked off in 2022, but it wasn’t until early 2023 when I got in touch with the Queens Home Team and Geraldine was my agent. Fast forward to November 2023, I was in the middle of buying a condo in the Bronx, and we just managed to close the deal recently. It was a rollercoaster, with plenty of hiccups and a whole lot of back-and-forth with lawyers and banks for the paperwork. Through all that mess, Geraldine was awesome—always there, pushing things along and making sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. She really knows her stuff, especially when it comes to the tricky parts of closing on a place. I’m super grateful for having Geraldine on my side, and I'd definitely say she’s a gem for anyone looking to buy a home, especially if it’s your first time, as she will have your best interest in mind.

I worked with Geraldine and Ana at Queens Home Team to purchase my first home and they're the best - with me every step of the way. They responded quickly to every development throughout the process from choosing/ viewing potential properties to putting together the co-op application to suggesting movers after closing. I couldn't have navigated the New York co-op market without them.
Working with Karma Ghale and the Queens Home Team was a great experience. My partner and I really felt looked after by Karma as he was happy to answer all of our first time home buyer questions. He also made a lot of time for us. He was readily available to us and if he were busy he made the time for us when we needed. Norm is one of the best in the business! He was responsive and up front about everything. He was flexible with meeting me and answered all my questions. Very unprofessional. I was appointed a viewing and the apartment was rented over night. I did not receive a cancellation notice. Made me waste my time and money to come to a place that is no longer listed. Everything about this screams SCAM.
