We had to leave New York for a new work assignment and needed to assign our apartment lease. We immediately signed up with David Aharoni who was super personable and easy to work with. Despite the short time frame he was able to find a suitable renter to take over our lease. He worked closely with the building’s leasing office and ensured the we were set with all paperwork. We recommend David as a reliable and efficient broker for any real estate transaction.
David Aharoni was incredibly easy to work with. He helped me sublet my apartment in such a short time and made the process extremely smooth, I didn’t have to deal with anything myself. He was very patient with explaining the process and handled all communication with potential tenants all by himself up until the very last sign off. He was very transparent and did his absolute best to get me the best value and stuck to his initial word. He genuinely wants to help and was on my side through the process. He is also very easy to reach and is quick to respond to any questions or changes. I was very happy with his service and there was no information held back. I would very highly recommend his services to anyone any need of an agent and you won’t regret working with him!

No communication with tenants poor maintenance service. This property has gone down hill since tgm took over. It's even hard to get a real person on the phone without being Subject to an interagation.
David was phenomenal to work with and exceeded all of the expectations I would have for a broker. He found a tenant for me well ahead of schedule and consistently made himself available over the phone until all agreements were signed. David is a great communicator who pays attention to detail and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure all parties are satisfied.
I highly recommend David if you’re need of a broker, especially if you’re looking to leave your lease early! We had no choice but to break our lease and needed a replacement tenant ASAP. Though I was worried about the odds of finding someone, David took over and made the whole process seamless. He was extremely calm, collected, and organized, which helped tremendously. He produced leads quickly, and we found someone before our deadline. Can’t thank him enough!

Not a fan of this company sharing personal details. Now they will retort and say that they share publicly available data, which is a half truth and an overall misrepresentation. Yes, someone can publicly find info with the tax assessor if they know where to look, but they can’t type your name into google and otherwise get your address like a person can with this website. Two thumbs down for this company invading the privacy of homeowners everywhere and then forcing you to jump through their hoops to opt out.

I looked up my home and saw incorrect and ridiculous information.. such as a picture of the house with the porch and "no porch" . The site said "no swimming pool and if you want to go swimming you need to go else where. It said no firplace, there are 2. it said unsure of the heat. it has radiators. I thought it was a joke!

Wow! The site provides so much information and insight for a prospective buyer. Transparency is so important, especially with the current market landscape and how quick buyers need to move in on a potential deal. This provides more comfort in what can be a stressful process. This site is amazing. Doing a lot of the background research for me when I was looking at potential properties. Looks like some of the listers not happy for being exposed. But that’s exactly the benefit of this site for potential buyers.

The realtors seem nice enough, but the website is BS. No way to contact the website to inform them they have fraudulent information posted.

Was looking at a home, found out the house wasn't for sale but thought I would look at the assessor website to get area information and I discovered that the owner on the Tulsa County page is NOT the same as is listed on the Realtyhop records. You NEED better vetting on properties. Due to this and multiple other notes about fraudulent information on the site, I will not be using the site for my realty needs.

I would first like to start off by saying “do not work here”. The office is gross and the employees dislike working here, especially in the Property Accounting department. It’s hard to take the job seriously when the CEO of the firm consistently smokes in his office and everyone is focused on leaving early. You do not want to work here! They turnover rate is VERY high. The firm would be better if the CEO actually cared. This place is miserable.

Cleaning of common and high touch areas during COVID by staff is almost non-existent. Elevator broken 4 of the past 6 months. Have complained about and reported both....nothing changes. However, the management company is consistently intent on getting their rent on time, no matter what!!!!

Dont lease from there crooks . I been having water infiltration issues for a year and they refuse to fix the issue. They costed me lots of money in damages . And the place is full of deadly mold and they couldn't care less about there tenants . They are happy to take your check but if you have a problem you better have a good lawyer... STAY AWAY !!!

Would give 0 stars if Google would let me. This company is atrocious. I've been on the phone with banks the corporate office the regional office all because they took 2 months worth of rent when I move out in 2 weeks. My account is negitive due to them taking so much. No one is willing to work with me on this and they are calling it a deposit. Absolutely absurd. I recommend nobody do any sort of business with them. It's a time bomb for when you will be screwed next

I worked with the team at Thompson House for a private event and had a great experience! They were quick to answer my emails, were very communicative and helpful-- they made the whole process very easy. Our guests loved the space and it was on brand for our event. I would highly recommend hosting your next event at Thompson House!

This company is Horrible. Sagewood Equity and Property Management are all under 1 umbrella and run by the same owner and people.. Don't buy, rent or invest this is a total scam. The employees are very difficult to deal woth because of lack of knowledge and customer service. There is no real office or receptionist to deal with issues. You need to contact via voice mail or email. It sometimes takes weeks and months for a responce.. Total slum Lord's.. And scam artists.. They have no concept of people's lives.. Mold, Rats, mice.. All they want is your money.. They should be closed down once and for all.

I was a tenant in one of Corigin's buildings and was very impressed with how on top of everything they were. Most maintenance requests were fixed within 24 hours and they were fantastic with communication.

Ever since this company took over our apartment complex I could not wait to move out. They have no reservations about inconveniencing their residents. They are inconsiderate and don't mind inconveniencing the residents if it works out better or cheaper for them.

This place use to be very nice at once. I've been living here for almost 5 year and never had a problem. The menagment and maintanance people were excellent before but not anymore. Disappointed with the menager now. She is as rude and mean as she can be to the point that would push a child's hand of a cookie even though it's a holiday season. That's why in a very short time after she came here all the great staff left. She should be FIRED!!!! The only person that is nice and still here is Marie which is Very sad!!! The one star is only for her. Yes when you come for a first time she will blind you with kindness which is totally not her. The place is not as clean and organized as it use to be. The jacuzzi doesn't work 90% of the time, half of the sprinklers don't work and not kids friendly what's so ever. Can't wait for my contract to be over!!!!!!!

P.S Just so you are not surprised rent goes up every year by at least $200. Be prepared

This management company took over my old apartment community and while there were hiccups at first, the rest of my lease went really smoothly under their management. The pool and gym were cleaner than I had ever seen them and within the first month all the equipment had been updated. At least three times a month community events were were hosted and I gotta say, there's nothing quite like pizza or ice cream to bring people together. Once TGM took over, I met more neighbors in my last few months there than I did in my prior two years. The TGM office staff were very helpful whenever I had any issues (broken stove burner, clogged sink) and they made it an easy transition when I told them I had to end my lease. My security deposit was returned to me in a timely fashion and I even got $100 credit on my last rent payment because I recommended a friend to move in. I was very content living in my TGM community, I only left due to marriage and relocation.

TERRIBLE. My building just sold to this "TGM" company its been one week and all hell has broken loose if you are looking to move here honestly go somewhere else. The management team is a joke, they are so disorganized have the WORST customer service. The manager at my property should be FIRED. They need to put someone who knows how to prioritize in charge, she has the nastiest attitude and the worst people skills i have ever met. She yelled at my boyfriend and gave me an attitude all because i asked one simple question. THE WORST ever. My lease is up in a few months and i am getting the HELL OUT OF HERE. If i could get out now I wouldnt even think twice.
