I WOULD RATE U LOWER THAN 1 STAR!!!! I HAVE BEEN INQUIRING ABOUT UR UNITS AND LOCATION IN A NICE MANNER. UR STAFF REPLIED IN A VERY RUDE AND SARCASTIC WAY!!!! THEY EVEN BLOCKED ME IN FACEBOOK!!!! POOR CUSTOMER'S SERVICE!!!! UNTRAINED AND DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE!!!! PWE! I HOPE U WILL TRAIN UR STAFFS! BETTER YET, REPLACE THEM WITH BETTER ONES!!!!!!

Never ever try to stay here...if there is zero I'd rather choose it...the owner of the apartment are rude and disrespectful...especially when u check out they will find ways to not to refund your money ex( if ref isn'tworking they will charged u 2,500 pesos the fact the appliances inside the room was old imagine i never used the refrigerator coz im saving electricity for 4 months and when they turn it on to check kasi nga mag check out na ako it's not working automaticallythey charged me 2,500, the cooking stove isn't working they will charged u )...I'm telling you guys if you're looking for a place to stay in Davao i will not recommend this 200% marked my word...go and find any other place to stay in Davao...hahanpin ninyo ung owner na kayang magharap sa mga tenants hindi yung panay tago at receptionist lang nakakausap ninyo...kahit anong tipid ninyo hindi na kayo gumagamit ng air condition at ref magugulat ka nalang malaki ang bill mo even water bill they charged 400 to 500 pesos lol...

The place is not great but the staff indeed they are really greatful. the accounting doesn't easily to reach out you even wait for almost 2 or 3 hours before they give you the final bills if you check out. And if you rent here better watch your electric and water reading. Take records of water and electric reading every month. This place doesn't recommended.🤢🤮🥵

If you’re looking for fully furnished apartment then this place is not the one. I stay here for almost 2 months and I really experience bad service. The owner is very unprofessional when it terms of refunding your payment even though you already told them about your check out ahead of time and they already said OKAY .. Then suddenly you got scolded when you check out because I ddnt informed them? Also, there is some discrepancies in terms of your bill. They charge TOO much even though your saving for electricity not to mention I seldom use AC. Also the water, they charge you more than 300 pesos even though your saving water bills. I definitely dosn’t recommend this place!! Plus the location is too far.

Simple accommodations, safe neighborhood, and ample amenities in rooms. The place and facilities are a little old though...

Cheap stay for long or short term. Don't expect much since its cheap... A/c is working, ref is working but there's no maintenance or utility or room service if needed. Rent price is slightly negotiable.
