The concierges are very rude. I stayed there for a month. In the first time I didn’t know how to use their gym, party room but the concierge didn’t help me anything and very bad attitude. Also the room’s equipments are broken. While I was sitting on the chair it was broken suddenly and fell down. The laundry machine didn’t work. Please do not spend your money there. I had a wonderful time at Toronto boutique apartments. Everything was well discussed, planned, and performed, from the booking procedure to the check in and check out. The personnel is highly professional and compassionate, always quick to answer, courteous, and happy to fulfill your demands quickly, making you feel at home sooner. The apartment was nicely equipped and provided everything I needed. Would highly suggest to anyone seeking for a short-term rental.

We hired a security contractor from Europe, and, as a part of the contract, we needed to arrange a place for him and his wife to stay in Toronto for six weeks. I looked at Airbnb but didn't like the options available. After seeing recommendations for Corporate Housing Locators, I contacted them with the desired location, budget, and dates, and they got back to me the same day. I initially reached out through Live Chat and connected with a real person, Fiona, who managed everything via phone and email. She made sure that everything went well and followed up accordingly. Fiona made it clear that she was available for any questions or concerns throughout their stay, though there were no issues whatsoever. Our contractor and his wife loved their furnished suite. I had no idea that corporate housing, unlike hotels, doesn't incur tax, which saved us almost 20%. Highly recommended!

The team at Toronto Luxury Suites are great at quickly finding a location that suits during the periods needed. The apartments that I have stayed in are all very clean, well furnished and maintained.

I'm very safety conscious and the building I have stayed at (twice) is located in an area (Yorkville) that I felt very safe to walk around in, in the evenings.

A good location less than 2 blocks from a subway station; about a 20-minute subway ride into the financial district; surrounds by restaurants that will suit a variety of tastebuds and budgets; grocery stores about a 10 minute walk away.

Stayed in a downtown property, great place to stay for short-term while you're looking for a more permanent place. Everything provided and no need to worry about anything other than groceries. Location was also great: a walk to Eaton, groceries around the corner. Recommended.

Fantastic location. Close to restaurants, shops, subway and attractions. The condo was small, but suited our purposes for a 5 night stay. It was incredibly quiet inside the condo. Happy to have a queen size bed! You can reheat your leftover takeout, make coffee and toast, fry an egg and keep all your beverages cold. Would stay here again!

My wife and I planned a summer in Toronto for 4 months, and we found this agency when looking for places to rent short term, where didn't have to worry about furnishings, dealing with landlords and all the pains that come with renting (especially for a short term lease of 4 months).

We're glad we found this agency. Bassam and the team supporting him were an absolute delight to work with. Complete professionalism was demonstrated through and through, and the agency was quite responsive to issues. We had an AC failure at the start of the tenancy and the agency worked closely with us to remedy the situation, working according to our convenience and getting us a temporary unit immediately. Other similar small concerns were handled quickly and professionally.

The unit was exactly how it was advertised, the rent was all inclusive so no hidden/surprise charges. The furniture was high quality which included a nice sofa and a comfortable memory foam mattress (one can sometimes expect low quality furniture in so called "luxury apartments" but we were happy with the furnishings.

Overall it both the awesome apartment, and the extremely professional service extended by TBA and Bassam that made our stay remarkably pleasant, enjoyable and memorable. We'll be recommending their services to all our friends and will use them next year again when we plan to visit Toronto again.

She was able to quickly search with the parameters I provided and because of the volume of business they do, she was able to give me a cheaper rate than what I was able to obtain on my own. I had a wonderful stay with Toronto Suites. The flat was lovely and clean and the location was perfect (Yonge and Eglinton), a five minute walk to the subway and lots of nearby restaurants and shops. The Toronto Suites team have been so helpful, responsive and accommodating and made me feel very welcome when moving in to my accommodation :)

We have stayed with Toronto Luxury Suites twice (5 months in total) and both times have been great. The suites are modern, clean and well equipped. My stay at Toronto Luxury Suites was amazing! The apartment exceeded my expectations in every way possible. The location at Yonge and Eglinton was perfect for my needs. Not only was it conveniently close to major transit hubs, making it incredibly easy to explore the city, but it was also surrounded by a plethora of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. The staff was incredibly warm, accommodating, and responsive throughout my stay. Any question or concern I had was addressed promptly, making me feel valued and well taken care of.

We rented an apartment at Bay st for about 40 days. The apartment was spacious with all the amenities you could need during your stay. It was well decorated and centrally located, making it easy to walk to places like restaurants and grocery stores.

The key pick was easy and directions were straightforward.

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

I stayed with Toronto Luxury Suites at 18 Yorkville Avenue for two months from late June 2023. It was a great apartment in nice building. The views from my 24th floor balcony were wonderful.

The concierge are very rude and unhelpful.What is the purpose of them being there at all.

Fiona was absolutely amazing! We have an employee transferring from a different country and she showed us so many different options that fit our needs for a 6 month stay. She gave her insight on what she thought might be suitable but wasn’t ever pushy. She was so patient in the weeks we worked with her and always remained helpful and positive despite some changes in our requests/needs/budget. She responded extremely quickly with all details, no follow up ever required as she was consistently providing us updates. I’m confident that the rates she gave us were the best. I cannot thank her enough and strongly recommend her.

With assistance from Adam and Maha, we were able to rent a suite at 300 Front for the month of October, and were able to renew it for November and December. Even with the ubiquitous construction projects blocking some streets, this put us a mere 15 minutes from Princess Margaret Hospital, reducing our commute from Burlington by an hour each way - making early mornings far more tolerable. Our suite had a wonderful view of the sunset skies over Toronto and the lake from the tall windows at the end of the cozy living room area. The full eat-in kitchen, including dishwasher, made for easy food prep, and the office chair was a welcome addition to the living room seating when one of us stretched out on the sofa. A low window in the bedroom added fresh air for sleeping in the comfortable bed. Lots of hanging space and hangers were most welcome. The bathroom was well equipped with a large walk-in shower and fluffy towels. The washer/dryer stack was a pleasant surprise and made it easy to keep bedding and towels fresh between visits from the housekeepers every 2 weeks. Garbage and recyclable chutes on the same floor made it easy to leave the suite fresh for next time when we left to spend a few days at home. We were happy to have this home away from home during long days of tests and treatments at Princess Margaret Hospital.

The concierge have not been very accommodating and sometimes been flat out rude. You hear fire alarms go off multiple times a week because of “technical difficulties”. There’s no amenities besides a gym that doesn’t have very good equipment, there’s always an elevator that’s gone out of service, and the list could go on.
It’s a pretty building and it’s in a very good area but I can’t justify living here because of the plethora of problems this building has due to its age.

We rented a one-month stay through Fiona who made the entire process extremely smooth. She was very friendly, helpful and understanding to our needs as we have two young children and travelling from Asia. Due to the time difference she also made sure we were able to reach her at times convenient to us. On our arrival and during our stay she remained attentive and handled our interaction with the landlord professionally with our interests in mind. We would strongly recommend Fiona to anybody travelling to Canada.

Fire alarm almost every single day in the morning
The building is too old. It’s only good for a few night users who stay here with Airbnb.
For long-time users like tenants, I suggest renting another condo. There is no amenities in this building except a small gym.

Not worth it. They were unclear on their payment terms from the very start. Even though pre-payment was not required until 14 days before move-in, they did not let me hold my booking without pre-payment. I also provided my credit card for guarantee but they insisted on immediate payment when I had just emailed them to let me know the accommodation's address.

Been staying with Simply Comfort Suites for a few years already when in Toronto for business. So very happy to have these guys to stay with.
Always very clean, comfortable space, conveniently located and practical to have the underground parking.
My most recent stay forgot my phone changer in the suite. They advised me quickly and made it easy for me to pick up that same day.
Will definitely keep staying with you guys. Great customer service and follow up.

Excellent location close to everything.
We stayed at a Simply Comfort suites apartment for a business trip and would say the location was prime (less than 5min walks from everything, also accessible either outdoor or indoor which is a plus for the cold weather), the amenities were nice, the view was beautiful and quiet. The communication with the staff was timely and clear. There is a refundable 500$ deposit to be made in addition to the price but that was mentioned clearly when making the booking.

The only negatives would be some furnitures were quite worn and old, missing kitch supplies and mediocre mattress and bed sheet quality.

All in all, 5 star and recommended value for money.

I am totally disappointed by the interaction with the staff. I will certainly not book again with them in the future. They had a complete disregard for the privacy concerns I addressed, after the reservation was done and paid for, together with the deposit.

Related to the property, it was fine. I wish I knew which apartment is which, as mine did not have such a good view as some of the pictures.

Later edit: the policies are visible, but incomplete. Well, incomplete compared to the requests demanded by the staff. I also stress again the fact that the bad experience was mainly with the staff. I think that the interaction with the staff is an important part of the experience itself, thus it brought the property down a lot. I am honestly sorry I had to write this bad review, this being the first of this kind for me.

I recently had the "pleasure" of staying in a Simply Comfort property.

Initially I looked at AirBnB and selected a property that suited my location requirements.

If you are in this boat be aware that Simply Comfort will also charge you a deposit on top of the price for damages. This was my first AirBnB booking and I was not aware this was not always the case, so I paid it.

My issue with Simply Comfort is not monetary but one of RESPECT. I looked after their property as if it was my own but on leaving they "charged" me for items that were in the same condition as when I moved in.

I stayed at the property alone and had no visitors. I advise anyone to find any other property agent other than Simply Comfort BUT if you do chose them spend an hour of your time recording all items you are unhappy with in the property. Any level of damage at all should be recorded.

After I had vacated the property I was charged $350 of the $500 deposit for damages and cleaning carpets stains that were present on my arrival.

I was charged $250 for damage to chairs and "pouffes". I NEVER used any of these pieces of furniture. I was alone. I only needed one place to sit but somehow I have been accused of damaging more than 4 seats.

I would advise anyone to avoid Simply Comfort and their money grab of a deposit scheme. They can't be trusted. They can keep my money but they will never have my respect, as they showed me none at all.

We encountered multiple hygiene issues (i.e. odor from the carpets, dirty bedding) during the stay - although the staff were very accommodating, would have enjoyed it better if the suite was cleaner.

My stay with Delsuites at 300 front was absolutely amazing. I had the best time ever. The staff were so accommodating with my requests. I highly recommend anyone looking for a short term rental in the city to stay with Delsuites. They are very professional.

I stayed for one night. The bed was so comfortable l melted into it for a fantastic evenings rest.

There was a flood when I entered the unit as the cleaning staff LEFT THE WASHING MACHINE RUNNING. I contacted the host and they told me it was the dryer and not to worry about it. I took pictures and sent them over to show that the kitchen was flooding. They sent over a repair person who told me the drain hose was detached and there was nothing he could do for the evening. The host then gave us a new location which we travelled to and then denied us entry and told us we would get our money back for our stay. We were also STRANDED on the streets of Hamilton at 9pm at night. Now they are refusing to give back the $200 security deposit nor the price we paid for the stay which we spent all of an hour in because it was FLOODED. Crooked company for your sanity stay away! Nobody wants a splash pad in the kitchen of your rental.

I enjoyed my stay with DelSuites in their 300 Front Street West property! The suite was nice, spacious, and spotless, exactly as advertised. The location is also great, and super centrally located.
I highly recommend DelSuites to anyone looking to say in Toronto!

So many airbnb in the building, the security guards are in contact with tones of people each day, and is impossible to know if they have catch the covid 19 with or without his or her knowledge

300 Front St location and Delsuite service are just superb. I would highly recommend this place to travelers for business or for pleasure both.

I stayed with DelSuites for 3 months on a business project with my company. 300 Front was a perfect location and easy to access in getting to work. Everything is within walking distance! Love that it's right across from the Rogers Centre and Ripley's Aquarium! For added security, the building has 24-hour security and even our suite had an alarm system. Perfect service and the condos are well furnished with everything you need. Linens, blankets, towels and a full kitchen to cook! Perfect 'home away from home' experience. I have no hesitation in recommending DelSuites to visitors to Toronto!

This was a complete scam. We stayed the evening of 7/4/19. We arrived after 10:30 pm. The key to the room was in a lockbox located in a stairwell. The "room" was a 2-bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom. The other bedroom was already occupied. Our bedroom was the size of a walk-in closet. There was NO door on the bedroom, only a curtain. We did not receive any details on this "room" until 4:37 pm on the day of our arrival. We took one look at the accommodations and left due to the size, lack of privacy and lack of security. This was a total misrepresentation and feel we were scammed.

We are currently staying at one of the properties on a Gerrard W , Toronto.
The facility is nice , clean , functional and well appointed .
Our main concern is that they put us one floor above the dog park which makes it impossible to get sleep during the day and dogs barking late at night .
The unit we are in is not desirable due to that . Before booking make sure you are NOT near the dog park !
If we had of known this we would have booked elsewhere.

If we were not here due to our daughter being in the hospital the dog bark park would not be an issue but we rotate staying st the hospital day & night and need our sleep .
