Best view in Edinburgh, in all weathers too,I've been here many times in my 33 years in buckstone and 62 years in Edinburgh be sure to look at the pentlands and down to peebles aswell, best time was in the winter of 2010 in the heavy snow I went up at night with my daughter it was truly magical

Great views across Edinburgh. You can see the Pentland hills to the South, West Edinburgh and all the way around to Arthur seat. A bit of a walk up but worth every step. There is a few benches dot around that you can sit down and taken in the great views.

I’ve lived in Edinburgh for over 25 years and only found this viewpoint today. Beautiful views in all directions in the sunshine. The swifts were swooping all around us. Wonderful spot.
