Great place to take pictures and enjoy the Lower Manhattan skyline on the East River. I came from Brooklyn Heights Promenade, on my way to Dumbo, until I found this cool spot and enjoyed the view. Thumbs up!!

Unfortunately been there on daylight as I've been told it is not suggested to go there night time alone and with expensive camera equipment. Still enjoyed but I can only imagine the outcome of a pic with all lights on.

Amazing place to visit in NYC. Beautiful night views of Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridge skyline. It’s one of those places you’ll never forget and is definitely worth the effort !
Bear in mind that if you want to walk across the bridge, you’ll have to walk back to Tillary St where it crosses Adam St. There will be a long pedestrian and cycle pathway towards the bridge.
