Hello my people I have never in the six years I’ve been going here see this place so dirty I think the heath department should take a look at the mold growing in the jacuzzi’s and the bugs flying around the mats are never cleaned the food I ate there I was sick for two days sorry to be the one to tell you black peoples they don’t want you there unless they can use you other than that they gamble right as you walk in yes there’s people like truck drivers that go in to this place just to chill and they will run you away if you’re just chilling after driving 48 states they want you to spend money on poor service don’t do it.

It is really really small but still has several sauna rooms, hot pool cold pool, steam sauna, restaurant etc. It’s like having a korean spa experience in someone’s house almost. There are some musty smells in some rooms not gonna lie but i didn’t think it was as dirty as some reviews said. The ladies working there are so so sweet. Don’t go in expecting Spa land but its not a bad budget option

It was a nice experience, especially for someone not used to going to any saunas.
When you first go in, you'll go to the front desk to pay to go use the sauna. If I remember correctly, it's around 20, give or take, but don't quote me on that!
There are different packages/experiences you can buy, such as a full body scrub with shampooing that starts at $60 or the more expensive ones that'll include facial and more. I recommend the body scrub cause my goodness. I thought I was good about scrubbing, but I was proven wrong when I saw the amount of dead skin that was scrubbed off me. There is also a hip bath you can get(extra charge), but I honestly have no idea what that is and was so scared to find out, but maybe next time.
Near the front desk, off to the side, is a small restaurant. To order, you'll have to first check in to get a bracelet with a number and key. The key is for the locker you're assigned to in the back of the sauna area to store your things. The food you order is paid when you check out, along with any other things you got from the front, such as face masks or scrubbers. The food was delicious. We ordered a fried fish dish, and it was drenched in oil like some places do it. You will get a little side dish tray of 4 different side dishes along with it. I'm pretty sure you can get more if you asked, though I'm unsure since we didn't need much given that we were focused on just the fish and rice.
The sauna provides their own soap, shampoo, and conditioners along with small towels. As stated before, you can buy extra things but it seems you can bring your own.
There is a sign that says check out is 11am, so it seems you can stay overnight, but given I'm staying at a hotel, I know nothing of it. But I'm sure the front desk receptionist can help with that. I will note that it seems to be run by Korean ladies, but they know a good bit of English to communicate with you and your needs.

I believe I paid $25 for entrance fee. You can feel Korean Culture at this location. Maybe not so known, I never seen this place packed but a quiet enjoyable place. There is a small food court inside, but I have never try. The temperature of the hot bath and sauna are pretty high that’s why I like this place. Employee are friendly. Plenty of parking. Yes it’s open 24 hours.

Excellent Korean Spa. I love the steam sauna. The cold pool is very cold. Take the cold pool dip to burn fat and to optimize hormones. Metal detector at entrance. Parking lot has security cameras. I feel comfortable and safe here. Owners are friendly. Sleeping area is cozy.

Gangnam spa has a old school Korean country feel to it which I love. Friendly staff.

I come here because it's less crowded than Jeju Spa.

This is a nice place to relax preferably alone as there are not many co-ed options and it is a bit smaller than other saunas. There is a women's side and a men's side for all the bathing and sauna use..the only co-ed areas are the sleeping area and the restaurant/eating area.. The food was very good and the lady that works in the restaurant is very attentive to all your needs..Miss Brenda that works in the back on the women's side is Wonderful and will show you everything you need to see and tell you everything you need to know to have a seamless visit.. The people at the front desk are always very nice. I like that you are able to come and go as often as you'd like within your 24 hour time period.. When you arrive you pay for the 1st 24hrs they will hold your ID/ DL as collateral during your stay and you settle up when you are ready to leave..just like a hotel check out is 11am.. if you are not gone by 11am you will be charged for an additional day at least that's been my experience... One thing I wish they would bring back to the menu is the Body scrubs, they were removed during COVID.. but since COVID is "over' it would be nice to have them bring those back. All in all, I enjoyed my time there and will return when I'm in town.

I am really relaxing and meditating in the cozy spot. The cold bath was invigorating. The dry sauna could have been a little hotter but I opted for the steam room.
Half way during my time I got some seaweed soup and water. I plan to stay for another two hours jumping between the steam room and ice bath.
I have stopped drinking and using this time to further my detox.

Really great place. Staff and service sre awesome. It's low key and quiet. Food is delicious and fresh. Hip bathes are done correctly. Sleeping areas available. Quantum engery bead beds are warm and comfortable. Gangnam is an experience who won't soon forget 💚
