Top Saunas in Bad Bentheim, Germany

Pros: The outside salted pool is fantastic! The water was ~ 31°C.

Cons (-1 star): We had bad experience with the buffet. They kindly forgot to make what we ordered (not too complicated french fries) and then just served half of the order. They reimbursed what was not served, but was annoying to wait a lot, and then to realise their miss...

The water used to be warm but it was cool today so I paid an entry fee but didn't swim. Really disappointing.

Various ways to relax great bistro, you have to go into the swimming or sauna to use the bistro.

Wonderful thermal baths, indoor and outdoor. The pools are heated but not too much, so you can still stay outside when it is cold but not too long. Super clean, also have free lockers. Water about 28 degrees. Free parking in the covered area for unlimited time, and 3 hours next to the baden.

Too much rules, cold jacuzzi

In comparison to the swimming pools that I know from Holland this pool attracts not only sun tanning families with hysterical kids.

Even with 34 degrees the natural outside pool had a cooling down effect. Even though there were quite some people swimming the natural cleaning capacity seemed to work as I didn't had to throw over of chemical Axe deo or sweet perfumed sun cream. I heard from friends in Bad Bentheim that the nature bath is not accessible in winter time. What a pity especially now with the increasing gas prices a person need to weapon itself against the cold. Ironically this whaling (winter swimming) is a Russian tradition.

Inside it was to busy to conveniently relax in the bubble bath, but would probably be different on another day than Sunday..

Lockers and dressing room are Sauber as only Germans can keep things clean.

Not recommended at all. They don’t care. I like really to go to places where people care.

Very nice and clean swimmingpool with warm, salted water. There is even an outdoor pool in which you can also swim when it is cold outside. It is quite and adventure to swim here.

So tranquil! Lots of shade, lots of grass. A unique system where you pay for everything (including food from the proper restaurant) afterwards via your locker key which contains an RFID chip. Also free parking. No screaming children. Absolutely loved it! Wish they had this in the Netherlands.

Rude receptionist(woman). Gossiping about customers very rude way behind of their backs. Bad attitude while serving customers.
She needs courses in ethics, behavior in public and courses in customer service.

Such people make you not to come back to thermal swimming pools for relaxation. They spoil your mood and spoil your day.

Very disappointing swimming pool. Small and not much to do. Have seen better.

this swimmingpool is not for real swimming unless the outside pool is open. when crowded with screaming children its not relaxing at all. very small and very expencive for what you get.

Great swimming pool. Great for families and for friends. Prices are extremely low. All in all a great place to go if you want to have fun.
