Had a great time its perfect for children and parents, the supermarket onsite was fantastic and well stocked, the pool areas are good and safe, staff were friendly but a bit slow, overall good family holiday

The water park is the best family day out in the area, it's safe, fun, well run, clean, and open to the public apart from Jun-Aug (residents only) you can let your kids run free and not worry, plenty of safety staff, and the water slides are so much fun. Still find it hard to believe not many people know about this place! It's never too packed, and still now in October 30°C at midday a perfect time to go. Plenty of bars, cocktails are relatively cheap. Lots of options for food.

great place to spend a day with your little kids, our 4 year old enjoyed it so much! we had a day pass with buffet, food was quite good, place is clean and well equipped, a lot of activities, beautiful bali village, loved the infinity pool and outdoor sauna. would love to come back again :)

A very organized, well-run complex. Very clean, plenty of hot water for showering and washing dishes. Loads of activities, the water park is great, especially for children. The buffet restaurant on the grounds completely surprised me with the quality of the main meals. I wasn't expecting it to be as good as it was. I was expecting a blah buffet (like most buffets) but I was wrong. The pork loin was thick and juicy and the pizza was just as good as a lot of pizza restaurants. The nightly entertainment was also surprisingly good. We phoned maintenance about an issue on our campground and it was fixed within hours (there was a wind storm that day and they were really busy but they still got it done). Whoever manages this place is on point. I'm sure I could find fault if I dug deeper, but this is my real honest impression after a 5 day stay. The place is great. We'll be back.

This should have been a fantastic holiday for my family visiting my parents for their 60th wedding anniversary. Overall the stay was fantastic, and the staff spoke good English as my Spanish is somewhat lacking. However my huge issue was simply this, once you check out that is the end of the stay. I have a young son who we had to then find alternate entertainment for 7 hours before we could check In for our return flight. There was no way to use any facility other than the restaurant. We were willing to pay for the use, but the attitude from the staff was simple, tough luck we don't want to help you at all now we have had your money for the stay, despite being told prior to my arrival and also during my stay when we asked about it that we could remain on site and use the facilities.

The villa slept 7 so I had to purchase a visitor's pass each day and pay for my meals (our party was 8) so why could we not purchase the pass I had for the afternoon we would have paid it gladly. Even if the pass was for 4 or 5 hours that would have been a huge help. I felt let down, the villa was not cheap and the after sales care was nothing short of abhorrent. It left a very bitter taste in my mouth and I sincerely doubt I will ever stay again, this rating would have been 5 star with a little customer care.

Advice is if you are flying back late don't stay here or if you do choose to then book an extra day.

Nice resort for families. Beach is 800m from main gate. Nice restaurants and staff. Site grocery shop is okay but you can find better if you have a car 2 km from site.

Absolutely brilliant! Highly recommend the leading pitch - we drove from England and it was worth it! Pools and slides amazing, everywhere very clean. Staff friendly, buffet was tasty and worth the money, supermarket cheap and has everything needed! We hired bikes and had a great day riding along bike paths along the dunnes. Overall a fantastic place!

The receptionist at spa entrance is rude and unprofessional. It is important how clients are treated at the entrance.
The spa itself is good and the lady inside the spa is super friendly. But the power of first impression is strong and overall experience is rated lower than could have been. Very upsetting that such a great place like this is losing clients just because of one rude person.
