I had a very positive experience with JM Nutrition. Everyone was very professional, friendly, timely, informative and considerate. I had the pleasure to work with Megan and she was more than amazing. The meeting was held as scheduled with no delays. She was very helpful, friendly, nice, knowledgeable and informative. She continuously checked in to make sure I was on the same page and didn't miss anything. Her review was very thorough and asked the right questions to understand my situation to help recommend the best solutions and dietary requirements. The responsiveness of everyone I dealt with was beyond expectations. Dealing with Julie for the settlement part was also a breeze and such a positive experience. Everyone was nice and very accommodating. If you are seeking dietary or nutritional guidance then I highly recommend giving them the opportunity to help you.

I was looking for a sports nutrition dietitian in Toronto and found this service. The nutrition counselling sessions were very helpful and helped me tweak my meal plan and the foods I was eating to help me build muscle. I ended up getting some great advice and practical tips that I can easily apply to my daily routines and all my athletic activities. I highly recommend the sports nutritionist here!

Worked with Julie and Lyndsay who were great at providing advice on weight loss that was tailored exactly for my needs. They took the time to ensure I understood exactly why and how to eat well, get healthier without restrictions. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

I had a great experience with JM Nutrition. Julie was always prompt with her email replies when coordinating and booking my appts. Kristen was also knowledgable and incredibly helpful. I was sent a meal plan within a few days of my appt based on my restrictions, likes and dislikes. Highly recommend!

Patient with all my questions and clear with all her explanations, I really feel like I learned something. Nicest of all was that she never once shamed me for some of my terrible eating habits and really worked with me to figure out a meal plan that I would actually like and stick to. Highly recommend!
