Checked in and had to get a different room due to the mold growing along the walls of the room and ceiling of the bathrooms. Staff was quick to apologize and give us a new room, the second room was alright for the price but they allowed the degenerates at the pool to party til 11. I had to call the front and they sent security to disperse the people at the pool, at what point they got loader and I had to call again! They finally got those de-gens to quite down around 12:30 at which point I was finally able to get my six year old to bed. I called in the morning to get a late check out because my son was still sleep they gave me an hour so I had to wake him up to get him out by noon otherwise they were going to charge 28 dollars for the extra hour and 50 for 2 extra hours, the room itself was 28 dollars for the night.. needless to say, you get what you pay for and if deciding to stay here expect to be disappointed and a little disgusted.
My family stayed here one night as a stopover. To be fair, we used no amenities besides the room. But the bathroom in the room had rust stains on the door and tub, the covers were stained, and we just never felt at ease. The staff we interacted with were perfectly pleasant, though, so a little TLC and this resort could be a fine destination.
Whatever you do, do not stay here. I know initially it seems great because it’s so close to Disney and it’s cheap. But don’t.

We checked in and looked at the room, and immediately left and told them we wanted a refund.

Mold on the ceiling, blood on the sheets, piss in the toilet. Horrible smell like something had died in there.

This place was definitely violating health code and needs to be shut down.

Parking lot is scary.

Still waiting on my refund from Priceline.
If you're looking to get absolutely traumatized then this is the place for you. It's got everything: cockroaches, unlit pathways, broken door locks and odd stalkers in the lobby. Arrived with two other female friends at around 11pm. Tried to check in and we were notified that we "did not have a reservation" even after calling to confirm our reservation with the property two days prior. Multiple other guests got the same story. We spent 2+ hours in the hotel lobby trying to find any other place to stay, half of which the employee behind the counter was hiding in the back room in the dark. Eventually the front desk attendant "found" us a room and after navigating the dark, sketchy maze that this property is we arrived to the room to discover a broken door lock and a cockroach in the bathtub. We returned to the lobby and eventually took an Uber to a Holiday Inn and spent the night in the lobby there as every other hotel nearby was booked up. DO NOT STAY HERE.
Literally took the risk of canceling this place before finding somewhere else to stay on a holiday weekend because it was so disgusting. as soon as I walked into the room I packed my kids up and went right back to cancel. This place is absolutely horrible. The smoke detector was disarmed, the rooms smelled like cigarettes, there were stains all over both beds on covers and sheets, the pillows and lamp shades were yellowed stained and torn. The beds weren’t even made. The showers probably haven't been cleaned in years and the place was overall the worst place I’ve ever been to. I had to turn right back around with two young kids because of the conditions and sanitation problems. Not to mention, as I go to cancel two others were in front of me complaining of similar problems. Horrific experience. I actually preferred sleeping in my car with my family over staying here, but after searching through about 5-6 places we found a clean place to stay.
Very terrible hotel, room was very old , rusty and very stuffy. The sheets were faded , old and has a smell to it.
The pillow is nothing to write home about. The fridge door wouldn’t close and has huge ice all around and doesn’t even work at all. Some light switches and outlet were not working and the bed is a disaster. Overall do not recommend. We couldn’t wait for morning to check out! Very terrible!!!!
We have stayed here a few times.(been a while since we stood here).Rooms are very outdated, customer service is the worst. They never answer the phone when you try to call operator. No trash can in Room. Told staff and had no care about issues. Only 1 wash rag. No face towels. The door to room looks like it's been kicked in and about to fall apart. Dog or cat hair all over curtains. Rooms smells bad. Beds smell like urine. Room are filthy. Carpet is dark green but in certain areas you can see its supposed to be a lighter shade. You hear mice in the walls. MULTIPLE Daily resort fees added to your stay when this place is not a resort anymore. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Receptionist wouldn't honor 3rd party prices. She told 3 guests ahead of me "No that is not our prices!". Charged them the price she wanted.
Horrible hotel. We were there not too long ago and everything that could go wrong did. We went to check in and the first thing I saw in the lobby was a sign on the fire alarm that said it wasnt working . Me and my friend got to our room and found a bunch of cockroachs so we went to the lobby to get a new room. On our way to the second room we saw a mattress through a window being treated for something and multiple doors looked like they had been busted through. The hallway was also very dark. When we got to our new room the water in the shower didn't work, the TV did not work, and our lock on the door would not lock. We also found fire ants in one of our bed We were super uncomfortable all night we let the people know what was going on and was still refused a refund. Please if you want somewhere clean and safe to stay this is not the place.
