Fantastic location, great people and support network, very secure

Awful place. In terrible need of repairs, inside & out. Meant to be for older people, however this is not monitored or enforced. Rubbish and urine in stairwells and sometimes the lift and around the building.
Unruly 'Youths' enter easily causing mayhem. Strong smell of cannabis always present!!!

Highly professional organisation - brilliant to see the way this group provide their tenants with all the support required; from weekly food packs, care to counselling, at every single one of their properties across Birmingham! This organisation truly practices providing “secure supported housing”.
