I agree with all the 5 star reviews here! I just finished my 6 month stay at Urban Oasis and everything was great. Clean, quiet, comfortable and parking was never an issue. Serge was very attentive and really takes pride in the property. It's minutes from the airport, UT, Midtown & downtown Tampa. Highly recommend for short or long term stays!!

If you are truly looking for the ultimate furnished apartment within South Tampa, 'The Urban Oasis' should be your choice! It has a great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere and a friendly and helpful staff. Further, everything about this furnished apartment complex was exceptional. The clean and stylish units are 'roomy' with large amounts of space, well equipped with all of the amenities and comforts of home, and intentionally designed to offer you a very relaxing stay. Lastly, with its excellent monthly value rates and large well landscaped patio that includes a barbeque, this is a "Great Place to Stay!". I will be back!

Stayed for 6 months. It has everything you need. Serge is very responsive and takes action quickly if something is wrong. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking. I highly recommend Urban Oasis for short or long term stays. Serge is a man of his word

I needed to stay in Atlanta for 6 months for work and my company booked me with Avenida Suites. The apartment complex was nice and Avenida really helped me with good customer service. I had some issues with the complex and Avenida was able to help me take care of everything. Shout out to Alexis who really advocated for me and was super friendly! Good service is rare, so please keep it up!

Not sure why, but I evidently didn't send my review from our stay in March 2019. I was in Tampa for major surgery and my husband needed to stay close to Tampa General. Island Suites was perfect! Quiet and clean, very close to hospital. Dan was very easy to deal with and couldn't have been nicer. Would highly recommend. I understand the building was sold since we were there in 2019. I can only hope it is still as nice now as it was then. Thank you, Dan, wherever you are!

If you are in need of a short or long term stay Urban Oasis is your perfect home away from home. This quaint complex is conveniently located minutes to highways, malls, restaurants, Downtown Tampa, eateries, bars, parks, and Raymond James Stadium. Neighborhood is safe to take an afternoon stroll or a quick walk to pharmacy or grab a pizza. Whatever your desire Serge (Owner) will do his best to accommodate you. He’s a man of his word and I would feel comfortable recommending this option to family and friends.

Urban Oasis Is one of the best kept secrets in Tampa!!!! Furnished Apartments that have everything you need! Great restaurants, grocery stores and shopping are right down the street! The Owner Serge is always helpful and keeps the place looking sharp!

Best corporate housing company I have ever used! The apartments are set up with everything you need and always in great locations. Sandra is awesome, as is everyone I have talked to at their office. If you are looking for furnished housing, this is the place to call! I will definitely use them again.

Great place to stay. Great location. Place is Clean and well maintained. Customer service is excellent. We had an issue with the dryer and it was fixed within the hour. Serge (owner) and Lisa (manager) are always available, extremely accommodating, trustworthy and genuine.

As a traveling nurse, it can be hard to find a nice place to relocate to & Avenida Suites made it so easy. The apartment was super clean and even came with some welcome goodies (that I very much appreciated!) The guest service team at Avenida Suites is super helpful. Alexis answered all my questions and took care of any concerns I had. If you are in need of a great relocation company for the Tampa area, I highly recommend Avenida Suites!

For the past 12 years I have been a traveling nurse, staying in temporary corporate housing rentals across the USA. After many horror stories of housing that was below standards, I was fortunate enough to find Avenida Suites in the Tampa Bay area. Avenida Suites is a class act all the way! Their properties that I have been blessed to stay in were top notch! Here's some of my favorite things about Avenida Suites: meticulously clean throughout, high quality modern furnishings, comfortable beds with amazing linen, functional work space available and yet plenty of leisure comfort for down time. I was greeted with an informational booklet set out on the table that gave me all of the pertinent instructions with information and passwords needed -- which took away any guesswork and helped my initial set up be a breeze! The surrounding areas and neighborhoods have been very safe in their properties that I have stayed at, with adequate parking space and an excellent reliable keyless entrance system. Avenida Suites pays attention to all of the little details and I have always felt like I was being welcomed home when I walk into their apartments. I have personally met Dan, the owner. Not only is he very personable, he is the nicest and most sincere guy you could ever meet. Sandra is his office manager and she not only radiates southern charm and hospitality, but she will be a guaranteed ray of sunshine anytime you have any contact with her! The Avenida Suites team is customer service at its finest! Class act all the way! I highly recommend Avenida Suites as a company you can trust for your temporary housing needs.

Unfortunately our stay at island suites did not reflect what previous reviews have said. We were going to hold off on leaving a negative review, but the owner never even responded to our final email on our complaints. Upon arrival we noticed it was warm in the room. The AC was broken and was not pleasant to deal with for an entire weekend, but I understand things can break and the owner was able to move us to another room to help accommodate. Then there was the times we had to complain about loud music. It was resolved each time but another issue to deal with. The roaches throughout the apartment was our biggest problem. I think we killed 6 or 7 just in the bathroom. Lastly, I have provided a picture of what we had to do with the shower window. The privacy film is chipped off in large spots allowing for a full view from next door if you are in the shower. Someone had previously put up plastic hooks to do the same for some privacy.

We felt like the price did not reflect the quality of our stay.

I just spent 3 nights there. I was traveling alone and had hoped for a place where I felt safe. This was perfect. The place was spotless and I had everything I needed in the apartment. The bed was very comfortable. I would not hesitate to go back there again. It’s also on a very nice area of beautiful homes and close to Bayshore Dr.if you want to go for a walk along the water. Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of staying at Island Suites for exactly one year. I LOVED my apartment! I can’t say enough about Dan and his team. Communication with Dan was great! And he was even proactive in accommodating my need to extend my stay! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, WELL equipped, and the location is absolutely PERFECT! As a huge football fan, it was amazing to be able to walk to my “backyard” to get a glimpse of the Bucs parade! It was so hard to leave but I know where I’ll be staying when I’m back in Tampa! This is a gem of a property!!

This residence gets a two thumbs up! Serge, Kathy and staff service was superb! They're very personable and you, well I, did not feel like just another resident or passerby in my stay. The residence is very nicely furnished with all the necessities. I honestly don't have one negative comment about this place or my stay. When I arrived the dryer did work that great. They replaced it with a brand new one immediately! I would recommend this place to anyone anyone experiencing a transition and need a home away from home whether short or long term!

I stayed on the property for over a year and a half .
I rented the apartment due to a project I was doing in the area. Honestly there is not a single bad thing I can say of my time here. The apartment was exceptional. The property was great and even upgraded even better while I was here.
The one time I had an issue that needed addressed it was taken care of same day with a call to Serge. The property is quite although close to almost anything needed. I actually walked to the fitness center nightly . The neighborhood is also very quite and also never heard or seen a single disturbance during my time.
The tenants where very friendly and due to the fact most are short term I was sad to see most of them go during my extended stay.
I would guess in closing if your looking for a turn key sort or long term stay in Tampa, then this is definitely the place.

Enjoyed my stay at the Island Suites greatly. Added days on to my stay several times and Dan was very accommodating. Ended up spending 50 days here. The apartment is near excellent restaurants and is near the Channel and beautiful views of the water and Tampa skyline. Enjoyed my walks at night around Davis Island. The apartment itself has everything you need and felt like home.

I spent an entire year at Island Suites and could not have been happier. Dan and Claudia are attentive and were the easiest people to work with when it comes to an apartment. They were readily available to answer any and all questions. The apartment’s are fully furnished and when I say you don’t need a thing you really don’t. They are modern and have everything you need for your stay whether a week or a year. You can’t beat the location and I will definitely be staying here on any future trips to Tampa. Small business is amazing and Island Suites embodies this American spirit and I’d recommend it to anyone. You can’t beat the service, location, and experience. If you're looking for a great, cozy place to stay in Tampa, look no further. My girlfriend I stayed here a few weeks ago while visiting. The apartments on Davis Island are close to everything.... A short drive to the aquarium, and a short walk to multiple restaurants.

The apartments have all new appliances, smart TV, free Wi-Fi and are spotless! They look just like what you see in the pictures.

I would recommend Avenida Suites to anyone looking for a professional, customer-oriented company to take care of all their living needs. As I was searching for somewhere to live for a couple of months temporarily, I spoke with an employee named Sandra and she was beyond helpful. I did not know much that went into a company like this, but Sandra answered every question with extreme detail and made everything easy to understand. She was very personal and I felt as if she took my needs into every consideration possible.

Relocated to Tampa for a new job and had to find temporary housing for myself before my wife and kids moved later on.

Island Suites Tampa was the perfect one-bedroom apartment for me. It was clean and had a modern design to feel comfortable throughout my stay. It was also quiet and had ample parking spaced in the back so I was close to my car. Restaurants were a short walk away and Davis Island was a picture-perfect setting to become acclimated to the Tampa area for the first time.

The customer service from booking to check in to check out was first class. You can't go wrong here.

Of all the corporate housing companies I have dealt with, Avenida has definitely been the more efficient and their housing has definitely met and exceeded my expectations. I was looking for temporary housing for my parents and the staff made it so effortless, I knew my parents would be in good hands and they were! My parents raved about "the girls" at the office and how accommodating they were. When they checked in, they were unable to access the web (they are not tech savvy) and a staff member personally came to show them how to log in! It made me feel at ease knowing that my parents had a great staff to tend to their needs.
