Perfect location. Just outside of a major metro stop on the line to the airport. The staff are absolutely fantastic. Alex was on the front desk and was so helpful and thoughtful anytime we needed anything. He also provided great insights and gave great recommendations when we had questions. The rooftop bar is amazing too and has an incredible view of the Acropolis. I highly recommend this hotel.

You will not be disappointed by the rooftop views. Reserve early to guarantee a table at the edge overlooking the square with unobstructed view of the Acropolis. We arrived just before sunset so got bit day and night views.
Casual to upscale feel and although menus limited the food is delicious. We hand the lamb appetizers and the grouper as the main course. The food was outstanding, possibly the best grilled fish we’ve ever eaten. Have dinner here and you won’t be disappointed.

The hotel itself is honestly very nice and clean, the staff downstairs are very friendly and were helpful to us and even held our luggage and set up a taxi.
The only negative in the room is that the AC in the room did not work at all.
Now the bar is a different story, staff did not seem as friendly. I will say though that the bar is beautiful and offers an amazing view of acropolis that you cannot beat.
However, the staff at the roof top bar were far from friendly. They offer a free voucher for a drink but don’t mention it’s only a cheap wine or bud light beer. They also seem annoyed if you use the voucher and only allow you sit in certain areas. In my opinion, maybe just don’t give out the voucher then.
Even when having drinks another night and paying for them, we found it hard to get service. The servers were dancing and drinking alcohol at the bar while we waiting for a while. I know they were just having a good time and I’m okay with that but when we asked for the anything we got some attitude and I’m not sure why…

We went to the rooftop bar for a sunset drink and the view was magnificent! The staff was friendly however if you just want to have a drink you cannot sit at the table. You can only stay standing near a middle block. I saw the food going past and it didn't appeal to me so I was happy to stand. The cocktails are interesting but if you want a classic you need to ask for it as not on the menu.
Another GREAT rooftop bar/restaurant with views of the city and the Acropolis. The environment is cozy and romantic. Their drink menu is awesome with specialized crafted drinks made at your table. Friendly staff. Popular with trendy crowd. Highly recommend. We were recommended by a friend to check this bar out and it did not disappoint.

The view is stunning. We spent there exactly the time when it gets dark outsite (around 5 p.m.) so we’ve had the “day experience” and also the “night experience” - 2 in 1
I suggest if you want to sit exactly on the rooftop, like we did, booking in advance. There are low chances that you’ll find a free table. We booked on the same day we went, 6 hours before and we got to stay on a couch with amazing view.
Went only for drinks, but saw some desserts and looked interesting. Would recommend the hot chocolate with salted caramel. It has a “fluffy” texture and it’s warming for the soul.
Paid around 20 euros for 4 people. For me, it was worth it.

Planned staying for two nights and ended up staying for five. The staff is excellent and the rooms were very nice for the price paid. It’s definitely a value and they do have several room styles. I enjoyed the balcony room with an olive tree on it. The side street is less noisy that the square but then you lose the view of the acropolis. The location is central to everything and very easy to get to and from the airport from the metro that is literally under the hotel.
Perfect location that is near everything and right on Monastiraki square. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Good service friendly and helpful.
Might be a bit noisy at night since the hotel is located right on a busy square where it is usually very crowded. Breakfast was included in our stay: tasty and versified. The hotel has a great rooftop with an amazing view to the acropolis. Food is overpriced tho.

I only went to the restaurant and I can say that the view and the cocktails were amazing as much as very nice and friendly behavior of Maria. She helped us a lot and she is one of the reason to visit second time to the restaurant for us. But I regret to say that I can’t say the same compliments for their foods because we don’t like them at all. None of them. If sum up all, the restaurant is great place to go for a dates and drink some cocktails, not for foods.
Moderate prices but very good cocktails in general. Can take awhile to have them made especially if you're with a group, but that should be expected for a quality cocktail anyhow. The view is great and offers the main square and the Acropolis which is incredible at night and worth a visit. Would definitely recommend.

The view is 10/10 but the service is horrible.
I went there with one of my friends who has a child not even 2 yrs old yet and we were seated in the high chairs. The stroller was not taken upstairs so he had to sit in the high chair risking to fall down.
My friend decided to move to another empty table with the normal chairs. The staff came to us claiming that the table was reserved for a party of 4 who booked for dinner.
These people never showed up. They put 3 customers who were drinking beers just to have somebody seated there.
There were other empty tables but the staff did not offer different option for my friend so she had to leave earlier.
Our evening was ruined by the horrible service and the lies that we were told.
Not recommend it to go just for the view. There are plenty of other rooftop bars around worth trying.

Perfect location for walking to all the sites. Rooftop bar drinks were delicious but we couldn’t get in for dinner. There are some really good restaurants close by off the bear path. The staff had great recommendations. The red room was beautiful, spacious and clean. Brunch and coffee in the morning, also good. Recommend!
The villa is located in Philopappou, close by to excellent shopping and transport links.
The villa is spacious and has rooms spread over three floors. Unusually, the villa offers a guest a lift service and this is very useful when moving heavy cases at arrival and departure times. The villa was spotless on arrival and the agent arranged for our transportation to and from Athens Airport (80 euros each way / September 2023).
Minor niggles included a broken microwave but the agent replaced it immediately. The knives were all blunt and were replaced a few days later after requests were made to send photographs of them??? Slightly more concerning was an intermittent failing fridge freezer. This caused food in the freezer to melt on more than one occasion which was annoying. We reported the issue to the agent just before we left. Another area of improvement would be for the management company to collate a folder with useful information like, how to use the washing machine and dryer (all in Greek on the machines), where to eat, what to do in the local area, transport etc. There was a folder but it was full of blank sheets and forms for the agent to records occupants’ details. We have never stayed in a villa where this type of information has not been available.
The villa has an excellent outside courtyard however, be careful and watch out for mosquitoes!

Excellent hotel in an excellent location. We stayed here for two nights before leaving for the islands and were very pleased with everything. The room (Junior Suite with Acropolis View) was very spacious and clean with all the amenities you could need. The location was great as it is right across from the train station it is easy to get to the airport or the ferry port. There are also lots of restaurants, shopping, and sights well within walking distance. Lastly, the breakfast was excellent and a great way to start each day while looking out at the Acropolis. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Athens.

Διαμέρισμα 50τμ που προσφέρεται για βραχυχρόνια μίσθωση. Βρίσκεται στο Κουκάκι πολύ κοντά στον σταθμό μετρό Φιξ αλλά και στην Ακρόπολη. Είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο πρόσφατα με μοντέρνο σχεδιασμό και έχει όλα τα απαραίτητα για χαλάρωση και άνετη διαμονή. Την παράσταση κλέβει το τεράστιο τζακούζι που βρίσκεται δίπλα στο κρεβάτι. Στα αρνητικά του ότι βρίσκεται στο υπόγειο του κτιρίου..!!
