The people running this place are completely incapable of doing anything. It's a wonder how they function on a day-to-day basis

Despite the kind team at the desk, this place is the worst.

Every time I was here I encountered a huge delay of more than an hour in lines and always had to wait.

The building is old, dirty and crowded with smokers at the entrance.

There are never enough seats for all the patients and no other waiting area but inside, accompanied by a loud TV that's usually on a horrible talk show or the news.

In case you have to go here, I recommend bringing noise cancelling headphones, water, a book or some other thing to do and lots of patience.
If you have a really long delay, there is a lovely park across the street from the building that can be a better alternative for the crammed waiting room.

The technicians are professionals and the medical care is good. So there's that. :)

The place is dirity, and all the appointment are late at least by an hour.
They also make you wait in the hallway

Terrible experience. we waited for 45 min (the ultrasound was for our 2 months old baby) and then we waited 45 minutes more to receive the disk (which we did not receive in the end as their machine was broken).

They don’t answer the phone for a whole day. Unbelievable! Then there’s Dr. Marc Kaplan who is impatient, aggressive and generally a bully. He thinks he is god. Has no regards for his patients, we might as well be cattle. I will never come near to this place again.

The staff is great and fast we've entered to our booking right in time .

It was very quick with about 5 minutes waiting time. It was not crowded. The doctor who received me was very nice and explained everything he has seen and noticed during the check up. It was all in all a very good experience.
